Accountable

Pros: How intuitive the platform is, and the confidence I get from their tracking and completion visibility.

Cons: They offer a wide library of training topics, which is great, but we currently only use the platform for HIPAA. Since Dynamic Quest provides extensive internal security and MSP compliance training, most of the additional topics available don’t apply to our environment or client requirements today.

Pros: What I liked most about Accountable is how clearly it simplifies HIPAA compliance for healthcare teams. The platform provides well-structured policies, risk assessments, and compliance workflows in one place, making it much easier to understand, implement, and track HIPAA requirements. Its focus on security, documentation, and ongoing compliance monitoring gives strong confidence that sensitive health data is being handled responsibly, without overwhelming users with legal or technical complexity.

Cons: While Accountable is very strong on HIPAA fundamentals, some areas feel a bit rigid and less customizable for organizations with complex or multi-product environments. Advanced reporting, deeper technical control mapping, and tighter integrations with existing security or compliance tools could be improved. For teams with mature security programs, parts of the workflow can feel more guided than flexible.

Pros: The ease in which I was able to get our employees training was spectacular. I loved the platform and all it does.

Cons: None! It was simple and stress free! No need for hidden fees and complex courses that cost an arm and a leg.

Pros: The ease of use, it makes everything really simple to set up for HIPAA compliance.

Cons: It's still a lot of work getting the policy set up, but I don't know if that's avoidable.

Pros: The simplicity of the platform and the follow up by our rep to make sure we are on top of everything and any new officer is onboarded quickly.

Cons: It seems very rigid. Compliance is not the most interesting part of any job. While what Accountable provides is very helpful and to the point, finding a way to make it less dry could go a long way.

Pros: the education is good quality and the functionality is also easy to use

Cons: way too expensive, and Lack of customer service

Pros: 1)Responsiveness of your team to questions - it's nice to have an expert in this field. 2) Ease of use of the product - I especially love the dashboard 3) Comprehensiveness of the solution - the ability to send BAAs and other documents from the software are huge wins!

Cons: The video content is great - but now that we've been using this for a few years, my team has mentioned that they are getting bored with with videos -they know what to expect and it's not holding their interest.

Pros: Easy to navigate and 24/7 support team. Suitable for both small teams and larger organizations, with tiered pricing plans to match.

Cons: None as of this moment. This product helps a lot in terms of compliance monitoring.

Pros: I love accountable because it's as comprehensive as it is easy to use.

Cons: It takes some time to develop out your documentation properly, an AI guide would be helpful.

Pros: Accountable is user-friendly, easy to navigate, and provides clear HIPAA explanations. The training is especially beneficial for those with limited experience, and the overall interface ensures understanding without difficulty, making it an excellent tool for beginners and professionals alike.

Cons: What I liked the least initially was the difficulty of adding candidates already registered in Accountable, especially those who previously worked with a different company. When they needed to take HIPAA training, we couldn’t add them to our system because their user profile already existed. I hope there’s a way to access all registered emails, regardless of their previous company, so we can activate or include them in our organization seamlessly.

Pros: Everything in one place and the price is great

Cons: Needs to have a better breach investigation tool

Pros: I like the handheld approach to HIPAA. This certification has helped us close significantly more clients.

Cons: The UI could do with some improvements, but otherwise the product is good as is.

Pros: The support. Aside from a one-stop-shop for all compliance needs, we choose to say for their attentive and knowledgable support teams.

Cons: Small, insignificant, bugs that once reported are handled quickly or queued for update very soon.

Pros: Very easy to set up, navigate and reminders when trainings are due.

Cons: Honestly, there are no cons that I can think of.

Pros: Good to use for training and easy to track who has completed necessary trainings. Also let us know of a data breach.

Cons: It would be nice to have more video walkthroughs so we aren't reliant on scheduling meetings with support

Pros: Extremely affordable HIPAA training for an uncapped amount of users at a fixed price.

Cons: Functionality is very manual, requires a lot of time spent in accountable to get the full Benifits of the tool.

Pros: ease of use and videos. keeping track of member compliance is great and great UI/UX.

Cons: accountable should send early notifications for people to renew before deadline.

Pros: easy to keep track of employee progress. with a few click I can see who is and is not compliant

Cons: I would like more courses for our staff to learn about cyber security

Pros: Simple, Easy to use, and Reminders/Notifications.

Cons: Some of the "Standard" Document Templates are not in depth as we would like. However, they provide a good starting point.

Pros: I like the seemlessness of it, easy to put things together.

Cons: I dont like that I dont know how to view who has vs who has not completed the policies

Pros: It's very simple, It's been smooth, and the platform is very user-friendly and has everything you need.

Cons: some templates are not very applicable to tech startups, maybe choosing between more templates would be great.
