Overall, my experience has been very positive. Again, they are very responsive and genuinely interested in business partnership.
Pros: They are great partners and work to ensure you are properly setup and operational. They respond to questions quickly and work to resolve any issues.
Cons: Because we are open seven days a week, it is important to have weekend support. Unfortunately L Squared doesn't offer weekend tech support hours.

Pros: Customer support answers their phone and gives clear directions on solving issues. It sounds like a basic concept but so many companies have moved away from a live person for support issues.
Cons: Nothing. Everything on my call was answered fully. The support team does an amazing job and quickly identifying the issue and resolving it.

Pros: I like most about L Squared the follow up emails that i keep getting to make sure our DDU still working.
Cons: I like least about L Squared offering to contact directly to the agent ( [sensitive content hidden]) to solve the issue.

I have a good experience. The steps are easy and different options, like schedule or gouped content, are available to share content on screen.
Pros: It's easy to use and share content on different tv. I just need to use an online platform and it can be shared through different user across the country for the company.
Cons: Sometimes it can get tricky to solve bugs. Especially when it needs to be rebooted on a tv that is not really accessible

The sales and technical team are very quick to reply and to maintain a professional and pleasant approach. Follow up by the team is good when issue during an issue.
Pros: When having issues with updates or new programs the service and response time was very quick and friendly.
Cons: Updates to an issue with reader board took longer than hoped. But do understand that they are outdated and new software/ hardware is evolving constantly. A resolution was presented and corrected to our satisfaction

Any time I contacted L squared, they help me immediately. I often dealt with [sensitive content hidden] and he was kind and calm. He even followed up with me to see if we could resolve the issue so it did not happen again.
Pros: [sensitive content hidden] was very helpful, and calm. Unfortunately, he could not help me with screen sharing. He did share with me a document that helped me navigate, but I had to seek further assistance to find a way to do share screen.
Cons: All was good, just not able to resolve screen share issue. I wish I could just press one key and the computer and TV would share.

good follow up and quick response, reliable system but check why it goes offline ,the staff are amazing
Pros: Very good system and reliable and the service is very good and the staff are available to look after all situation

It's been great. Their sales and support teams are very knowledgeable and timely with their communication.
Pros: The easy-to-use user interface on their cloud-based platform. Uploading and changing content is quick & efficient with very little delay.
Cons: Would be great if there was a feature to be able to input different priorities on which schedules are displayed. For example, I should be able to flag a "Meetings Widget" to display as a priority over any other schedules assigned to the same device if there is an active meeting being shown.

I liked the ease of configuration and flexibility of the system, the ability to do almost everything. The support team is verry responsive and able to fix issues almost instantly. They also listen for enhancement and consider them for the product roadmap.
Pros: There are a lot of feature and they are easy to use and configure. The web portal is making it easy to use and the configuration is intuitive and easy to find. The different roles available are allowing for a good separation between users and define what they are allowed to perform.
Cons: The main issue I have is the way that the icons are presented in the device view, mainly is the ability to have them in the position that they are being displayed on devices. There should be a way to rotate them to be in sync with the screens. Currently the icons and the screen shots are only presented in landscape regardless of the fact that the device is presetting them in portrait mode.

Great service. Everything went according to plan. Tech staff arrived on time and connected everything promptly.
Pros: Easy to upload prices. Easy to use. Clear instructions. Standard remote with standard batteries is a plus.
Cons: A bit delay getting the monitors, otherwise everything went perfect. No major issues. Monitors arrive on time.

The staff has been very helpful and when I needed extra training they did not hesitant to give to me.
Pros: Convenient doing it from your computer and I like that you can preview it each monitor. I also like that you can put different things on each monitor.
Cons: It gives limited widgets and some of those widgets I have no idea what they are. Does not give the local weather where this Lenovo is at. Also some of news would be nice if it looked like a new channel and not articles.

Great! Never had a bad experience but there is some what of a learning curve we have found. But we only have one location using it, so with practice I think we will improve.

Excellent. Very happy we went with L Squared. L Squared support is top notch. I am happy to have the confidence that i can reach out to L Squared support and they will try to help regardless of the situation.
Pros: - Light weight application - Low system requirements - Excellent Support - Good communication - Flexible Modules / Widgets allow multiple use cases - L Squared will automatically span across multiple displays - a lot of your competitor products require a lot of configuration to do this. - Multiple platform support
Cons: - I wish Squared had better logging. There are instances where i am wondering what it is doing and it can be difficult to troubleshoot with a lack of information.

Strong product for most use cases, lets you set up stuff across display networks fast and efficiently. The service team and leadership are also deeply involved with projects, so things move fast.
Pros: Simple and easy to use, very hand-on service.

My experience with L Squared has been excellent. They have been very supportive in training us on the product. Their support team is very proactive and provides suggestions on how we can improve our implementation to better communicate with our employees using their solution.
Pros: Comprehensive product. Easy to use Good integration with existing tools. Excellent support team.
