Pros: It’s all in one it’s great for communication, enrollment and staff

Cons: I really don’t have any cons it changed my daycare for the better

Pros: This app helps you manage your children's health and safety. I think it's good to be able to manage your child's growth, height and weight, and check their location. I think it's good that if you register various medical information, you can easily share it with medical professionals.

Cons: Sometimes I feel like the sleep pattern tracking feature doesn't quite work. Also, since it involves writing down a lot of information by hand, it doesn't seem to be completely professional.

Pros: Easy to use and any request or assistance I need is handled by the same person I have used from day 1. I love the personal connection.

Cons: A few features that aren’t included. But when I really needed a feature I called and ChildPilot created that feature so it’s really not a negative

Pros: I have a great experience with ChildPilot.This software has made child care easy it allows or gives one time to spend with their children

Pros: I love the ease-of-use and how many features it offers, making it the only app we need to seamlessly operate our school.

Cons: Some glitches may have been noticed so i would say that bugs should be fixed more often.

Pros: Customer service is top notch. I am a new customer and have experienced support that has met my needs and beyond. [sensitive content hidden] has been available for all of the questions that I have had and all modifications that have been made to ensure that the product aligns with our vision. The sytem itself is very user friendly and easy to understand. Great product!

Cons: At this time, I have no cons to share, as everything that I have needed has been provided.

Pros: I used this for my niece it is a great platform for parents to communicate using valuable tools.

Pros: Child Pilot is very comprehensive yet easy to navigate for both staff and families. Having a specific tech support person is an invaluable feature that sets Child Pilot is a league of their own!

Pros: [sensitive content hidden] has been instrumental in the deployment and training of our team since last winter. She continues to be our go to person when questions, issues, or new requests arise. She asks detailed questions so that the solutions CP offers are addressing our needs. She is very good at balancing our business needs and advocating for us with CPs developers. When there is a problem, she is quick to respond and keeps us apprised as solutions are developed. The platform has been very well received by our families and our staff. We like being able to share photos and information with families and especially like how many of our tasks we can now manage on a tablet versus on paper.

Cons: The platform is customizable although there are times when what we request and what is provided doesn't fully align. My impression is that the developers give us what they think will work best instead of what is requested. This has happened with some features as well as some reporting. Part of this is ensuring that we are all speaking the same language which, when technology is involved, is difficult.

Pros: I really like the electronic payments, attendance for students and employees, employee timeclock and the different type of reports.

Cons: I don't really have anything I don't like about ChildPilot.

Pros: The convenience is great for the number of kids we handle daily. We are able to keep our parents updated all day with message and picture. There is no need to call parents on the land line all the time to check in.

Cons: More often than not there is a glitch with checking children in and out or messages sending. I will say the technical support team is amazing and ALWAYS fixes our problem and is quick and polite.

Pros: The most important aspects I think are that it is a reliable communication tool for families and teachers/administrators, notifications sent in real-time, and ease in creating invoices and accepting payments. Also sales associates and customer service are always very friendly and helpful.

Cons: Sometimes there are little hiccups in the app when things don't quite work right but those times are quickly resolved- and customer service is always friendly and helpful. We enjoy using the Milestones for our infant classroom assessments, but they are too long for our toddlers and preschoolers.

Pros: The cost! We were beta testers, so we are locked in at $75 per month for life. Can't beat that!

Cons: We still struggle with finding the best way to do a Mass Enrollment at a particular time for over 100 people at a given time without running into some issues.

Pros: Child Pilot is awesome. After many years of Procare, we found that Child Pilot had more to offer and was much more simple to use especially for our smaller after school/summer camp. We have one person assigned to our account which has been awesome when we have specific questions, I am no longer waiting on the phone for 1 hour or longer to ask a simple question. They have a lot of training capabilities and are very friendly.

Cons: I would love to be able to customize the child information form on my own without having to contact Child Pilot for every little change, as well as the inquiry form, but it's not something that drastically effects the overall running of our program.
