Cheqdin

Pros: Cheqdin is an easy system to use and is great for us as we only need to pay for a certain amount of children so we can keep the cost down as we are a local authority nursery school, it is easy to navigate and the support from customer service is great. It also helps to monitor our staffing and they can also sign in and out on this system

Cons: There is nothing I don't like about Cheqdin, it is easy to use and there is always support when needed.

Pros: Delighted with all that the software provides. Has made invoicing so much easier. Also it has streamlined our enrolment process. Customer support with [sensitive content hidden] is outstanding.

Cons: Sometimes the invoices are too detailed and lists each individual day a child attends instead of giving a general from and to date of attendence.

Pros: Simple to use for signing up children with little staff involvement. The diary and booking system is much easier to setup than other system are much easier for parents. also better control on finance than other systems

Cons: Occupancy planner is clumsy, as can only see a day at time and have to load new page each time, but no major issue

Pros: Easy to use, fantastic tool for managing wraparound care, no fees taken from money received from parents.

Cons: If a parent needs to cancel an individual booking it does not automatically reverse the charge. The set up for a new academic year is time consuming - especially when setting up for a new year.

Pros: Ease of use. Great features for example: parents are notified when their child is checkin in givign them peace of mind. there are many more so far its been great.

Cons: Can be a bit faffy to set up, trying to get parents to complete registration forms on the new system was a chore and some we had to do ourselves but now its set up its great.

Pros: Customer service is amazing. [sensitive content hidden], Customer Success Executive is just a phone call away. [sensitive content hidden] always follows up with phone calls and emails at the earliest. Online training and request a call back services are fantastic.

Cons: No negative experience so far. We have just started to use all functions of Cheqdin. We are looking forward to partnership with Cheqdin.

Pros: Synchronised bookings with attendance quick and easy invoicing

Cons: Sometimes struggle with feature being consistent with each function ie downloads, reminders etc

Cons: I have no negative comment as the support I received from Cheqdin has been impeccable.

Pros: This is a great one stop app for parent communication, its quick and easy to use for both staff and parents we wouldn’t be without it

Cons: Nothing not too like this is well developed

Pros: It is a very easy to use interface, with what should be a complicated task, simplified by the way the menu options/items have been created for the user to navigate.

Cons: There isn't really anything that we like least about cheqdin, the only process we would like to see introduced is the ability to create template reports for items such as producing customised layouts for registers etc..

Pros: It is a professional looking online booking app for parents, which is easy to use and cuts down on chasing adhoc booking invoices. Lots of help is provided by the Cheqdin team if needed. Parents mostly fine the app easy to use and Invoices and collecting money is more organized than in the past.

Cons: manually deducting granted hours every month. No easy way for practitioners to check future whole class registers on either cheqdin or notebook app.

Pros: It's user-friendly and has everything under one umbrella.

Cons: It would be good to get a cap on bookings even for the Rule invoices but understand the reasons why. Also, we would like the carry forward balance to be taken off the invoices.

Pros: Having information all in one place and on one system. Childrens records, staff records & invoicing. The customer service provides a personal experience always on hand and willing to look into issues and possible change in future updates.

Cons: The filtering options are lacking - not being able to see all children on one page. When you select a filter, and complete an action, it automatically refreshes te filters which isn't helpful when you need to action the same filter more than once. Not able to bulk upload (although you used to be able to)

Pros: Sending invoices has become so Much faster, responsive customer care and advice

Cons: Booking in sessions- wish we could book in using specific days and dates for the year ahead. For example, ‘[sensitive content hidden] is going to attend every Mon tues and Wed from Aug til June’..would make my life so much easier and less potential human error clicking the wrong dates in error. I’d prefer if the site was a little easier to navigate…I feel like it’s full functionality isn’t obvious. Also, would love if session registers could be printed directly rather than exported to excel…

Pros: Excellent customer service, the support I have received from [sensitive content hidden] has been amazing and always there when a hit a stumbling block. The easy to use registers are great for your setting and been able to look at the children's information on apps, such as tags or contact details has been much easier.

Cons: The system appears slow, I thought it was our Wifi but actually where ever I use the website it takes an age to load causing delays and hold ups in the process. It would be useful to have information buttons where you could find a little more information about different areas such as products for example.

Pros: I found Cheqdin really easy to use and the customer service was amazing.

Cons: I didn’t love that I had to log in to enrol each student before they could book. Sometimes I wasn’t near my laptop and then it meant the customer had to wait until I could get to it, which just made it extra waiting time for them.

Pros: Once set up, the platform is very easy to use - it allows me to run the centre efficiently and easily. I really like the automation it provides when booking places and invoicing.

Cons: Setting up can take some time to figure out - grateful for the support provided by the Cheqdin team ( [sensitive content hidden])

Pros: I think it is great price for what you get. Customer service is amazing, never experienced something like this! [sensitive content hidden] was brilliant, always helping me, answering any questions. Fast replies!

Cons: An app doesn't have all functions like the web format.

Pros: The support received from Cheqdin has been amazing. [sensitive content hidden] is very patient and talks through the program advising whenever needed. Feels very friendly and approachable.

Cons: I would love first aid notifications to be able to be sent from the app.

Pros: I like how easy it is to set up invoices and the register

Pros: For me the best thing is the time it has saved spent doing paperwork. Just the click of a few buttons and all invoices are generated. It’s been life changing!

Cons: Some parents have had problems with registering a second child or figuring out how to book a place. But we are all learning so it’s not a negative comment.

Pros: The training sessions are great and really help me to get to grips with it [SENSITIVE CONTENT] is fantastic! Very patient and always there to help me wen needed

Cons: Haven’t quite figured it all out yet but getting there!

Pros: This product allows you too keep all your Children’s records in one place, can add tags to each child for example a their school, an allergies which is brilliant when collecting children from different schools and also planning snack menus. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] the development manager is amazing, so friendly and helpful and is always available to offer her help.

Cons: Parental feedback, that you can’t have one booking for siblings
