For me, it’s one of the more comprehensive CRM analytics tools because it’s naturally integrated with Salesforce, which has always had a wide range of customizable capabilities. Additionally, its analytics features are never lacking. Although its features and services are highly customizable, it would be a great addition if the interface could also be customized to some extent.
Pros: Salesforce, with its numerous features for analytics and reports, is a perfect business intelligence tool with advanced data analytics capabilities. Its highly customizable nature makes it ideal for businesses of all sizes.
Cons: The only disadvantage I’ve found about Salesforce, in general, and its CRM analytics capabilities, is that its interface is visually unappealing compared to other systems.

Pros: 営業担当者でも簡単にデータ分析ができる。SalesForceでもある程度の集計、分析は行えるが、大量のデータを取り扱う場合はCRM analyticsがかなり便利。コーディング不要のAIがレコメンドを出してくれるので、半自動でデータ分析、レポート生成が可能。
Cons: ある程度のSales Forceの知識がないと使いづらい。また、ユーザーごとの課金なので、チーム全員で使うとなると割とコストがかかる。

Pros: La plataforma es fácil de usar. Se Pueden ver los datos en la propia herramienta y se pueden realizar cambios de formato en la misma nube. La conexión con otras aplicaciones de la misma casa es un complemento genial. Las opciones de personalización para los informes son un extra.
Cons: Creo que debido a que este CRM es el líder en este espacio, también viene con muchas herramientas y características, que a veces pueden ser un poco abrumadoras. (Aunque también hay muchas buenas capacitaciones sobre el uso de este software disponibles para ayudar).

Pros: ・ダッシュボードの作成は操作しやすく、コンテナ機能も備えているため、開発と改修どちらにも有利・動的ダッシュボードなのに、ダッシュボードの挙動が速い・保持できるデータ量が多い・GUIでカスタマイズできるダッシュボードとグラフの設計が細かく、豊富・全体的にGUIが見やすく、作業負荷が小さい・GUIで前処理を簡便に行うことができる・AutoMLをアドオンでつけることができ、そこで返された結果をダッシュボードでそのまま可視化することができる。ツール間の移動がなく、ストレスフル
Cons: ・前処理は基本的にGUIをベースとしているので、コードベースでアップロードや改修ができない・ダッシュボードとETLにはゴミ箱機能やバージョン管理ができない(コピーを作成するしかない)ので、バックアップ用のアプリケーションを作成することが望ましい・日本語でも英語でもインターネット記事が少なく、公式のドキュメントやコミュニティに頼るしかない。

CRM Analytics has a several customization options for visual analytics that are being used to server our clients. It is a huge plus that it can integrate the Salesforce products really well. So, if you have a Salesforce stack then this product will be an added advantage for analytics and get insights to the datasets.
Pros: 1. The platform is easy to use2. You can view the data on the tool itself and can make minor formatting changes over the cloud itself3. Connectivity to other systems is an add-on4. Several customization options for reporting

I think that overall Salesforce was for sure a positive aspect of the job that I was hired to do. It was easy to learn and easy to use. It was pretty straight forward and uncomplicated.
Pros: It was easy to learn to use and easy to switch functions in the usage in my daily use.
Cons: I think a help feature wouldn't be amiss in the actual program.

Salesforce Analytics Cloud is great to use to engage with customers. Pay as you go can be a pain but it is worth it

If you need the best CRM, with the most tools and features, this is the CRM to get, bottom line. The analytics it tells you can really help yourself, your company and your team too
Pros: I was a user of Sales Force while working for a larger company. Many of the features were set up by the company, and these tools and features were quite robust. The sales function tools help you keep track of closed sales, opportunities and events meetings and potential leads. Plus you can customize reports to help you determine your success rate and areas to help you grow your business.
Cons: I think that due to this CRM being the leader in this space, that it also comes with many many tools and features, which at times can be a little overwhelming. (Although many good trainings on using this software are also available to help).

I use this software to report daily work and tasks and to keep everything in the company's database, so it is easy to find and follow up later.
Pros: The Salesforce software makes my daily reporting sorted and easy to find. It keeps me updated and it makes my daily tasks easy to follow up.

Pros: The most effective was getting the information that the patients needed about sales of the medication elsewhere other than CVS. We could see where the medication was being sold where as the competitors would not do that for the patients.
Cons: The most difficult was navigation wise and the amount of help someone would really give because they expect you to know everything about the software you know nothing about.
