Pros: La facilidad para crear formularios y enviarlos, además de su interfaz intuitiva y rápida. Muy recomendable.

Pros: I am glad I found this form add-on. I needed to collect signatures on documents from the board of directors and this signature tool worked great. It was easy to use and I was able to quickly create the form and get signatures. Their support team was responsive and great to work with.
Cons: The google forms add-on did not work the first time I installed it and I had to uninstall and reinstall. The support team was very responsive and followed up to make sure the issue was resolved.

My experience has been excellent. It is rare to find a software team so responsive to user feedback. BoloForms has streamlined our process while remaining affordable and easy to navigate.
Pros: BoloForms provides great value for the money. The platform is intuitive, but the real standout is the communication with the team. I was surprised by how quickly they responded to our inquiries; they even implemented a couple of our requests as new features within just a few days.
Cons: The tool still has a few minor quirks and could benefit from more adaptability across diverse use cases. However, given my experience with the developers, I am confident they will address these refinements quickly.

Amazing - when I look at the finished app and consider how as I realised what was possible with Google Forms adding signatures we were on a roll
Pros: For years we used Google Forms and then "improved" the experience with Google Appsheet to get for example photo I.D. However, we were not able to implement document signing (indeed we have multiple signatures). BoloForms translates Google Forms or start in BoloForms. There are always features we need that are not available "out of the box". Sometimes just need to understand the app while others were added. Overall, the support team at BoloForms have replied at a quite fantastic rate - currently delivering 100% success to allow us to deliver a registration app that reroutes according to responses. Then the classic Google Sheet updates complete with signature image. Special mention to [sensitive content hidden] for his cheery positive and professional approach.
Cons: Nothing all great - and we're working with R2L and L2R justified. As with all new apps there's a learning curve, but their online help screens were great.

Overall when the form worked it was great. When the form didn't work and I found out I was also being charged triple and customer service wouldn't respond for nearly a month and not resolve the issue, I realized I was being scammed.
Pros: For was nice when it worked, however randomly at different time the form would not work leaving me to contact support for help.
Cons: The form would randomly stop working. After contacting support I realized I was also being charged triple the amount and support constantly ignored my requests for refund.

We depend on the application for our everyday workflow, it's been a great addition to our team and most departments like it
Pros: Unlimited plan saves us monthly expenses from using other known apps. We like that all our users can be managed in 1 interface
Cons: Some technical issues that need to be addressed, application is great and the staff supporting it are very responsive to resolve issues.

I am happy with them. There's potential for a lot of growth. Maybe even more complex forms? We use the forms for patient information + consent forms.
Pros: They were Fast and Quick. Efficient and Test the form to ensure no errors. They are easily reachable.
Cons: The review form is not accepting me to post anything without a minimum of 100 words. It does take a while, but otherwise the actual work/product I am happy about.

Pros: I've been using Bolo for a good while now. I love its clean interface and the ease of use. Primarily the quality of the authenticated signed contracts is much better than most competitors out there
Cons: It doesn't allow me to change the date format to UK so it's sometimes a bit confusing seeing dates with the month and the day in the wrong order

Of four different eSignature solutions I have tested, I like BoloForms Signature the best. They have the best price for performance ratio.
Pros: Ease of use and excellent support staff. The document signing is straightforward, and seems to work. PDF editing is intuitive. It is a cost effective option for eSignature.
Cons: The support team is very good and answering questions, and understanding your objectives. They actually took the time to listen, and made an effort to understand my objectives.

Excellent customer service and the product itself is easy to use and get out to your clients. I will definitely use it again in the future.
Pros: This makes getting forms out to clients easy when you need a signature. This a great product and I highly recommend.
Cons: Slight difficulty getting it to sync with Google Sheets for tracking purposes, but customer service and I got it figured out and working.

Pros: The convenience of allowing individuals to sign their documents instead of a printed signature and the ability to add company logos.
Cons: There is nothing at this time to mention. If something presents it's self in the future, I'll be sure to let customer service know.

I have had a great experience so far with BoloForms. Also, the customer service went above and beyond. [sensitive content hidden] was quick and even called me on Google Meet to make sure he knew exactly what I was asking to he could serve me.
Pros: It's easy to navigate and create forms. The price is also nice.
Cons: So far, so good. I haven't found anything I dislike about the freelancer plan.

There is a lot of potential for this company to rise in this industry. I just wish they would not nickel and dime all the add-ons and offer them as affordable bundles. Overall though, quality signing software that does what it claims.
Pros: I like the easy to navigate and clean looking interface.
Cons: When I first started, they did not have signer attachments. It's available now, but each addon costs which is a bummer, because my budget cannot afford that.

Pretty good. Support has been very responsive and helpful.
Pros: Very easy to use. The Ui is intuitive and can get going within minutes. I love that I am able to add my own PDF and send to others to sign. The notifications are great too.
Cons: On a highest tier, I am not able to access some features. Maybe allow access to some features so we know how good or useful they are so we can upgrade for higher limits.

so far I use boloforms to get all my documents signed. i like that you can organize in folders and can track interactions.
Pros: super easy to create signature templates that i use for guest workshops, contracts and more.
Cons: nothing. just waiting for them to roll out more integrations

Pros: Easy to use and an affordable alternative to other products
Cons: Boloforms constantly downgrades your account to block access to features. Features that are earned and paid for are turned off regularly in attempts to get multiple reviews left on their product. The documentation/help section leaves a lot left to be desired

It's meh to me. Just meh. Not amazing. Not terrible.
Pros: Quick setup and seems like it has most of the features I need.
Cons: Required Integrations are gated. Documentation is broken, missing images, incomplete.

Pros: The form-to-doc template is a Plus and the main reason I keep using the software.
Cons: I really wish I could generate a doc upon form filling and be able to send it to a round of signatures. This is my ideal workflow, I use this to generate agreements with influencers for marketing campaigns. 1. An internal account executive fills the form with specific details about the agreement. 2. The generated PDF is automatically sent to me for digital signature. 3. Once I sign is then automatically sent to the Influencer. This would be my ideal workflow, but it is not currently possible.

I was able to intuitively figure out what to do, with relative ease. This is a big step up from either a cheaper OTO type tool, OR a premium monthly drain such as docusign.
Pros: I did acquire this through AppSumo as a OTO. BoloForms is currently much easier to use than AppSumo's own verification product. I also appreciate that I can setup forms as well as pdf signatures all in one tool.
Cons: I did use their domain switching feature, and it was a little confusing however in the end I was able to completely switch domains/emails - and also find all of my work once I logged in properly. So there is NO con so far!
