Pros: Very easy to use and clients can sign by text using their smartphones. This is the best feature by far as our clients often do not own a computer and only have a phone.

Cons: It doesnt let me upload my own digital signature and forces me to draw my signature which isnt a great look as my finger drawn signature sucks!

Pros: What I appreciate most about VineSign is its ability to clearly display all documents that require signatures and identify which ones need to be removed. This functionality is incredibly efficient and user-friendly. I truly enjoy using this platform.

Cons: The only issue is dragging the initial blocks onto the page. Aside from that, everything else is perfect.

Cons: Having to manually input data into the client contact fields when sending documents for signature. Only being able to have either the client's email address or phone number automatically populate into the client contact information fields.

Pros: It's easy, engaging, and most importantly, useful. If you or your organization needs help, Filevine is the way to go.

Cons: I don't find the sidebar assistant very useful. In fact, when it was introduced to the platform, I found the button position super annoying. One miss click, and the bar would pop up—almost like a jumpscare.

Pros: I like how simple it is easy for people to sign a contract without having to see them physically. I also like the notifications Vinesign provides when a contract is signed.

Cons: I don't dislike it at all and I would continue to use it.

Pros: Easy integration with filevine. Very easy and straight forward to use.

Cons: Nothing negative stands out that I can think of.

Pros: It's easy for my staff to use, it's easy for my clients to use, and it makes us run smoother. I really like that you can simultaneously sign with multiple parties now. We love that it goes to our clients via text. That makes things go a lot faster.

Cons: I wish I could set up a follow up system to remind people to sign something if they haven't done it yet.
