Pros: Smart functions and easy in use. Saves time. All drivers can optimize their route and the dispatcher knows the process pf each route. Also the history of the routes helps to solve problems at last mile.

Cons: sometimes geo-data fail drives you to wrong location but happens under 1%. this may only be a local problem.

Pros: What I like most about Circuit is that I can add stops by voice or scan and the app automatically optimizes my route so backtracking is minimized.

Cons: What I like least about Circuit is that the route optimization can sometimes (but not all the time) miss nearby stops.

Pros: Very easy to use and customer service team was super helpful!

Cons: It's a little pricey, but still a good value for everything you get. This is an extremely versatile app with a lot of capability.

Pros: It is really reliable, easy to use regarding admin and drivers. Also user friendly in terms of our end customers and customer service is great.

Cons: I think driver tracking from customer point of view can be done better. Something like live tracking, like waiting for a taxi. ETA times differ and are fixed so sometimes drivers are faster/slower and customers do not get the right info.

Pros: Great for route planning and keeping our customers in the loop.

Cons: Nothing really, would love a your next notifcation for the customer

Pros: I like the platform overall. It's never buggy, and drivers seem to get along with it. However on the route management side - the story is completely different

Cons: Some simple features are still missing (see me points). In addition your routing algorithm requires more features. You have to understand that not everyone who uses your software runs a amazon/ UPS style package delivery route. For some logistical company's it is highly important to serve a specific delivery at an exact time. However the algorithm literally choose this for you based on the route (i.e - I need to deliver package A at a 10am, when pressing the "optimize" the algorithm might decide on a allocating the delivery window to 2pm...)

Pros: I adore this platform. It's so easy to use both in build out and in user experience. But my favorite part is the customer service. I know I can bring any questions related to our virtual tour to our rep, [sensitive content hidden] , and that we'll get a quick and helpful response!

Cons: We haven't had any barriers or issues with Circuit while creating our virtual tours.

Pros: Having a more scalable billing method, for clients like mine who don't have a very high or seasonal demand.

Cons: There's nothing not to like about it, it's a very good system.

Pros: Circuit made a usually tedious process of planning my routes for philanthropy and charity a breeze. To be able to plug in multiple different addresses across the county and have their algorithm standardize it in one simple route is what is making me consider subscribing to this service in the future. No other service does route planning better.

Cons: I personally did not find the other services Circuit offered to be useful to me - but that is more so to do with my goals than theirs. While they offer Route Planner and Teams to differentiate different accommodations and goals, they might need to further this visually (e.g. different color schemes or branding). They already attempt to do this, but Circuit is what people will remember - so maybe consider combining them into one application with one brand and making sure the difference is clear for both users of Route Planner and Teams.

Pros: I love how easy circuit is to use. It is user friendly and easy to understand.

Cons: I would like to put larger routes in and breakup by day.

Pros: Being able to keep track of deliveries that are in out for the day.

Cons: I can not think of anything negative about this product.

Pros: The ability to easily map stops, optimize and reuse existing routes. Real time tracking of a delivery driver.

Cons: Actual route tracking if a driver deviates from the planned route provided by Circuit.

Pros: We tested several other programs (some cheaper and some more expensive) but Circuit had the best value. It was very fast to implement and learn how to use the software. I really like the monthly updates and features they push to us.

Cons: Overall the multiple clicks to get add a stop, make changes to a route is a bit cumbersome. It would be nice to streamline that process.

Pros: Saves me time when I'm at my busiest part of the day

Cons: From the beginning to now, most of my needs have been met with version updates. Would be nice to be able to add a driver to a route currently in progress.

Pros: Easy to use, the import spreadsheet tool, drivers able to get on with it very quickly.

Cons: Interconnectivity was previously not available, we wanted feedback straight into the back office ordering system. Couldn't buy different licence for different users when advanced features only used by some.

Pros: The most liked feature of the circuit is giving our customers a proper update.

Cons: It's the support.For a reply, we need to wait more than 10 minutes

Pros: The lightness and clarity of the product, the multitude of options available in it, and the fact that it is constantly being updated and advanced

Cons: Lack of a variety of languages, and mobile access to control the route preparation system

Pros: The ease of route planning and adjusting routes for the delivery drivers is excellent!

Cons: The one thing I'd like to see is the ability to number the deliveries quickly rather than set a time and delivery window.

Pros: If you are running a small fleet of delivery vehicles, then the circuit is a must have. It is a cost effective solution with loads of great features. The one feature we love is how the customer can track their delivery to their business.

Cons: None thing really. The only feature that would be fantastic to have would be to upload a week's worth of deliveries and for circuit to optimise the run for the week. At the moment you only do it for the day. Which means sometimes we go to the same area in the week.

Pros: I feel confident with the routing choices and it works flawlessly

Cons: Would like the ability to import a Google Sheet. Now I create the route stops on a Google Sheen then convert to an excel sheet to import.

Pros: This product really changed the way we used route optimisation.

Cons: Our customers are recurring customers. We would love to see if we can save the data of the customers in the portal instead of uploading every time.
