This company was presented as a "promising" option for web hosting and SEO, but my experience was extremely disappointing. After almost a full year, the return on investment was ZERO. None of the results they promised were ever put in writing, and no measurable improvements were delivered. The only thing they consistently managed was collecting their fees. It felt like empty promises with no accountability, all wrapped in a contract that offers no easy exit for the client. I would strongly caution others to look elsewhere and get everything in writing before committing.

Good experience, still won't change Renuewell for any other patient comunication because they have more futures than any other sofware. They are all in one solution.
Pros: The constantly reminding the appt to the patientsand also can scheduled my facebook post for specific date and time. The forms are very easy to build.
Cons: I can not made any phone call through the phone app if I am not connected to a wifi, but still can answer the calleds.

It has been absolutely terrible. It was unbelievable how bad our new patient numbers dropped when we changed to them.
Pros: they promised big things and did not deliver. I am so frustrated that I now have to pay them for 10 months of services that I won't use.
Cons: 1-Online scheduling is terrible for patients (I had a 50% decrease in new patients when I switched) 2-long term contract they lock you into 3-insurance verification is bad, they either did it wrong or did not do it. 4-Patient communication software is had to use, cannot even edit it to send a save the date text, only emails

Terrible experience. Revenuewell is the worst company I have ever worked with in my 24 years of practice. Run from this company, it will save you money and loss of sleep.
Pros: In the beginning there was excitement because of the promises that they made. I was told to be patient and the money spent on the SEO and Paid Google Ads will pay off.
Cons: Revenuewell is a very dishonest company that only cares for their bottom line. RW does not care if you are successful, they only care for the study stream of income they receive from you. I told them I was having financial problems, their solution was to upsell me to another contract promising me that the "advanced" SEO will pay for itself. It did not. I tried to get out of the contract and they basically said "screw you". The customer service was terrible, especially with Niko, the person in charge of billing.

Our overall experience was fine. Not good, not bad, just okay. The price was high for what you get.
Pros: Revenue well was easy to use and pretty self explanatory. I liked the communication system the most.
Cons: What I liked least is that we had to use multiple vendors to the job that our new service does all in one.

Poor. In the end we became quite unhappy with how convoluted the service was and with the lack of help. The final straw came when we could not reach customer device through any method and when we finally managed to be routed to the seemingly correct department they transferred us again to a random dental office’s voicemail.
Pros: It synced well with Eaglesoft when it had to and there are a few (very few) features that it has that we have not found with other services.
Cons: Very outdated and counterintuitive. Every seemingly simple change was hidden in a sub submenu. It was difficult to coordinate between the different departments handling each feature and customer service was nearly unreachable.

Pros: Our dental office has used Revenue Well for about the last year. The product is extremely user-friendly and intuitive. The customer service department is always helpful, patient, and quick to answer. It is one of our most valued software programs. It keeps our day on track with its scheduling and communication features. I can’t imagine work life without it!
Cons: Too many outages and periods of time where we could not get help in our office.

Pros: I appreciate the automated appointment reminders as it cuts out a lot of wasted phone time.
Cons: Not a fan of RevenueWell, does not integrate as well as similar software to Softdent.

Communicating with patients through texting and letters has improved through the years. But now, there are plenty of other software out there that can do this much more efficiently than Rev Well.
Pros: Integrates with my practice management software, Eaglesoft, really well.
Cons: Very very poor customer service. Could not fix our voicemail problem for 6 months - patients cannot leave voicemail after hours! Customer service has gone down hill for the past year. Ex: [SENSITIVE CONTENT], I called at [SENSITIVE CONTENT] about this voicemail problem, since my staff got the run-around with them. Spent 20 minutes of the phone call on hold for various reasons. Later was forced to end the call because it was 3 min after 5pm.2) poor mobile app. Cannot make calls. Only text. But on pc, we can call and text.3) dashboard layout awkward. Can't access all the important features of patient information in one screen. Have to switch diff screen, like the daily schedule, to see that information.

Great service to work with. Great customer service whenever I have had to communicate with them.
Pros: This software is so easy to use! It has so many options. Makes my day so much easier to be able to communicate with patients through messages verses being tied up on the phone all day.
Cons: Occasionally it lags or has errors but IT seems very on top of getting the issue resolved quickly.

Being able to text patients personally is a game changer. A lot of people can look at a text and respond quicker than listening to a message and then remember to actually call us back. They can quickly respond to whatever request we had.!!
Pros: The appointment reminders are the most important reason we chose this product. The easy set up and personalization of it made us love it. We do not have time to call and confirm patient's everyday. The patient's tell us daily how they love being reminded! There's no way they can say they did not know when there appointment was set! Being able to text a patient is AMAZING!
Cons: A con that would be helpful is in the appointment section that allows us to look at who is scheduled is if it could mark whether the patient was scheduled for hygiene or the doctor. Also, when we text a patient we have to scroll clear up or down on the text messages sent. This was not like this before. When we went to text a patient the last or end of the messages popped up not the entire list of messages ever sent. Bummed about that.

my overall experience with revenuewell has been great best software ever!!
Pros: I like most about the software is that we are able to keep in contact with parents regrading up coming appointments also able to remind them about appointments. And to also being able to use the software anywhere else to let parents know if our office will be closed due to weather

Exceptional! We love it!
Pros: The appointment confirmation and reminder system has saved us so much time and has helped lower the overall number of broken appointments. The ability to text a patient when you need to speak with them about something has shown a much greater response that leaving them a voicemail. Patients seem to respond back from those texts much more than to voicemail. The system is easy to use and has become a vital part of our practice.
Cons: Nothing. We love everything about our Revenuewell!

Revenue Well has made the daily tasks and patient communication in the practice so much easier. It frees up time to focus on other tasks. We use the mobile app for all team members to access their schedules from outside of the office.
Pros: It was so easy to incorporate the system into the practice. Patients are impressed with the technology and the ease of use. In our busy lives sometimes a text or email is the easiest form of communication. We love having so many options to contact patients.
Cons: Reviews that could be automatically linked to Google would be nice.

Overall our office uses RevenueWell daily to communicate with our patients. It is easy yo train new employess on this software.
Pros: RevenueWell software is great for mass communication to our patients. Its features are easy to use. Our patients love email and text appointment reminders. We send a reminder to update patient forms before appointment. We text patients when we cannot reach them instead of leaving a voicemail. Patients love answering text. Patients enjoy receiving birthday and holiday cards. RevenueWell recognizes a new patient and sends a welcome email. Our patients enjoy emails explaining procedures such care after an extraction. RevenueWell is fun!
Cons: Our office would like to send forms to individual patients who are scheduled after we send our weekly forms update.

This past year has been a challenging one for many reasons. Being able to stay in touch with our patients and updating them on the changes where it be weather related or changes due to some of the unexpected COVID requirements. Revenue Well has been my first go to for communication.
Pros: Having used this product for many years, I have seen some great new additions. The time saved by being able to communicate with our patients has made my job so much less stressful. I am looking forward to adding the new phone system in the next month.
Cons: I have no cons for at this time. My experience with this product has been wonderful.

Over all our experience with revenue well has been good. We will continue to use their services as it is essential to our office's patient experience.
Pros: Our practice uses the texting options as main correspondence over calls which is preferred for patients. Also sending Eaglesoft documents that upload straight into our systems is very helpful.
Cons: We have had issues with RW updates that have cause syncing issues making extra steps in our office. However they were able to resolve the issue after a couple weeks. Most issues are fixed in timely manner.

Pros: This product is very easy to understand and can be used from home if neccesary.
Cons: The text messaging goes out a lot and we cannot send the reminders for recall out sooner than 3 months.
