Nothing but great experience . Not just cloud 9 but every thing that I learned is adding value to our day
Pros: User friendly love the treatment planing and the phase of treatment and changing as you go with treatment
Cons: So far the best for orthodontic treatment I worked in a pedo before and this is made for ortho office

The office was sold this program, given positive feedback and reviews only to be dismissed and dumped when they have not been able to fix their own software issues. The sales pitch that was given has not been what we have received. Little to no support or trained staff to help. They continue to put your requests off leaving accounts incorrect for months and months. This has created upset patients regarding their accounts. Management will not even call when requested. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Their offer is to buy another program from them to replace Pedo Cloud 9. An investment was already spent on this program, buying another is not an option.
Pros: Ease of being on the schedule and navigating wherever you need to go. Ortho side of Cloud 9 is so so...
Cons: Lack of support. LITTLE to NO trained staff on the Pedo part of the software. Months and months to hear back and usually we have to be the ones following up. They are not able to fix issues within their own program.

For years we used Carestream/Orthotrak, so many clicks to get to one thing. I am very happy with the switch. We have been using Cloud9 since 2019 and I wouldn't go back. Very user friendly
Pros: I love how easy the software is to use. I like the fact that patients can make payments through their portal and is logged in their ledger.
Cons: Sometimes when calling support, I don't feel they are very knowledgeable. When I get someone that knows their stuff it's great.

My overall experience has been positive! Cloud9 is SO EASY to work with. The customer service team is always super responsive and works out the kinks in a timely manner!
Pros: I love that we are able to connect with our patients efficiently! The software is super user friendly and meets all of our expectations in the clinical setting!
Cons: I sometimes get confused with making adjustments on ledgers. I'm sometimes not sure to choose reversal, correction, or make a balance adjustment.

Love the software and appeciate that Planet DDS probably was able to infuse some more capital into Cloud9 to make it better. But since Planet DDS took over, it is hard to get support with Cloud9 or Planet DDS.
Pros: Since it is exclusively an orthodontic software, it understands patient flow better than most softwares in my field. It is fairly easy to navigate and intuitive. I appreciate the "one-stop shop" of it meaning it has integrated imaging, email, text, document storage, etc. that prevents having to have multiple softwares to perform the abovementioned activities. A solid software without the glitches.
Cons: I don't like the add on costs for new features that have been added since I became a Cloud9 customer. I understand raising your costs, but the "extra's" I use in the software (and pay extra for) should just be in the software, period. Also, since it has come under the Planet DDS umbrella, it has been nearly impossible to speak with a human about billing issues. It is easy to zap my money out each month, but when I need customer support, I need a human. And I need them in a timely manner to respond back. My bookkeeper never got a callback or response from our last billing question in July.

Overall, I have had a good experience with Cloud 9. My office switched from OrthoTrac to Cloud 9 in 2019, and we are chugging along happily!
Pros: Cloud 9 is user friendly software, and the staff is amazing from setup and beyond! I love that in our ever technical society, they are a personal company always listening to and adapting to your needs!
Cons: Sometimes the reports you want can be a little difficult to get, but I am always able to get the help I need either though the online portal or with a live chat

C9's customer service is always helpful, and I love chat feature!
Pros: Cloud 9 is very user friendly and integrates with several other systems. It is simple to use and very intuitive.
Cons: I wish it would automatically save things and give me an option to delete later.

Pros: I like how easily you can navigate to different screens for ortho! I think there's way more to learn as I only work with certain areas of the software!
Cons: There's nothing I don't like! The Club9 offers a cool place to ask for help or suggestions, and ask for feature request!

We have had a good experience with Cloud 9. I also like that I can chat with technical support and they can help us almost immediately if we are having a problem
Pros: I like the function to be able to easily write letters to doctors. I also like being able to write an extraction or expose request for an Oral Surgeon.Some of the staff in my office recently went to New Orleans for the Cloud 9 User meeting and that was extremely helpful to learn more tips and tricks to the system.
Cons: No ability to use 3D technology. Not sure if that will be updated soon or not

So far it has been a good experience. Looking forward to updates and hopefully quicker steps .
Pros: I really love that we are cloud based, makes working remotely very easy. There are a lot of things I love about Cloud 9. Scheduling is very easy.
Cons: Running reports is extremely difficult if it is not a standard report. I also think there are way to many steps in completing most tasks.

We've always had a great experience using Cloud 9. Its easy to maneuver, easy to teach to new staff and just simple and effective for our day to day
Pros: I love that you can access Cloud 9 from anywhere, even more so now that there is a mobile app.
Cons: I definitely think the app needs to have some kinks fixes but other than that there are no big complaints.

My experience has been mostly smooth. There are a few features that I wish would be ironed out and perfected, but other than that I am very satisfied.
Pros: C9 is very easy to use and is user friendly.
Cons: The platform could benefit from some more complex options for customization.

Going down hill fast! If I could go back in time and see the problems I have now back in 2018 I would never have purchased this software.
Pros: Initially we like the user friendly ability of this software, but the company was bought by an equity group and now support is non-existent.
Cons: Three is no support, and no one to give us the solutions we initially had but now not working and they will not fix these problems they blame everything on other factors, like Google! WTH does Google have to do with running our software like is used to run when we initially got this software.

I do like Cloud9 overall. As I said before they have came a long way since I first started using the software. I used is in my prior office from 2015-2018 and now 2019-to current.
Pros: This software is easy to use. They come a long way with making it user friendly. I like the new Cloud9 Signature it has helped a ton with less paper and getting the information right into the patient chart
Cons: I don't like having to click into all different boxes, in all different areas of Cloud9. I don't like how you can't make small little notes on actual schedule. I wish this was a function that could be done. We used this for hold appt spots with multiple people answering the phones, or if a certain chair needs to be closed and we put note on it as to why.

Pros: Many helpful reports and ease of scheduling
Cons: The layout isn't always intuitive and learning to use the various reports can be challenging. I wish there was a summary of what the report offers on the software rather than having to dig through the manual.
