Pros: It is very easy to use especially if you are not a computer guru. The messages are instant. So far I have not had any security issues. Our patients tells us everyday how much they love the service and how much it has helped them keep up with their appointments. It has cut down on phone calls during office hours and it has 100% been the best decision our office has made!
Cons: You cannot edit info easily or at all on certain situations. There needs to be new campaign templets.

Doctible has saved me so much time with their reminders and recall. I know there are so many things I can use it for I am still learning
Pros: The patient communicator is life changing! I didn't have the ability to text before and this has saved me so much time.
Cons: I honestly have zero complaints. Honestly I do not use it to it's full capacity, but I truly can't complain. If I have an issue I can call and thy walk me through whatever I need.

Doctible has been a game-changer for our practice! Pros: Digital Forms! It changed our lives! We used to have constant issues and frustrated patients filling out paper forms in the office or sending them back and forth by email. Nothing integrated properly with our EHR, and it was a mess. With Doctible’s digital forms, everything is smooth, efficient, and easy—for both staff and patients!
Cons: We would love to see full integration with NextGen. While the current features are incredibly helpful, a deeper integration—especially one that pulls demographic and medical info directly into the EHR—would make the workflow even more seamless.

Underwhelmed with entire experience. Would not recommend.
Pros: The onboarding presentation was great. The thought of getting more reviews is obvious, but they don't really stand behind their product.
Cons: Doesn't integrate with EMR, making for more steps for my staff. Also, they rope you into a self-renewing contract for $300/mo. Not worth it.

Pros: Doctible is very user friendly. The patients love that they can text, the appointment reminders are great. The ease of also using the campaign to send out messages to more than one patient at a time is nice.
Cons: The fact the campaigns can only be emailed and not able to text if over 500 people

It's great, our patients love the appt reminders and being able to communicate with the office via text message.

Their two page contract allows them to NOT BE liable for any errors of their part, but yet they will not allow you to exit the contract early. If you sign a one year contract, it automatically renews, and then you can't get out of it without sending in writing, 30 days before contract expires, your cancellation. Now we are stuck with Doctible until July 2024! Not fair when they didn't hold up to their agreement to provide a service to our office. READ THE CONTRACT CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU SIGN WITH THEM, but I don't think anyone should do business with cheaters, liars, and contracts that you can't get out of.
Pros: Price was more reasonable than Revenuewell and Lighthouse 360
Cons: They hold no responsibility for their errors in syncing with our Eaglesoft system. Patients are confirming appointments and then it doesn't indicate on our schedule. They claim to have corrected this issue several times, but it keeps happening. Patients get aggravated that we call them to remind them of their appointments when they have already confirmed through Doctible, but Doctible didn't change on our schedules.

I plan on using Doctible indefinitely. You can’t afford NOT to!!!
Pros: Implementing Doctible was one of the best business decisions we ever made. It automatically sends out links for patient reviews and requires no input on your part other than patient cell numbers and providers. They do all the work for you!!!
Cons: Integration with our system was seamless.

Our experience has been great. They call and check in a couple times a year to make sure everything is going well. They have other products that we don't use because our in house software does them, but they still check to see if we want to try any of them. The few times we have had questions they have been quick to help us. I have already recommended them to several other practices.
Pros: Doctible is easy. Easy to set up, use and maintain. We already had a great reputation after being here for 40 years, but people don't always go and add their own review without being asked. Doctible worked with our software to ask our patients, via text or email, for feedback and to review our practice after their visit. People started leaving reviews and we now have over 1000 between google and Facebook. Most reviews were great, a couple weren't, but either way it gave us a chance to engage with the patients and try to improve when needed. As the world goes more and more digital it is vital to have reviews to give potential new patients the information they need to decide if we would be a good fit for them. I rarely have to make changes to doctible, but on the rare occasion someone asks to be taken off the review list, it is easy to do.
Cons: Hmm. Hard to think of one. I wish it were free? Or less expensive? It is still well worth it.
