Gaviti

Pros: One of the biggest benefits is that Gaviti automates invoice follow-ups, reminders, and collections workflows so we don’t have to manually chase payments. This saves tons of time and reduces errors.

Cons: I feel limited on the reporting capabilities of gaviti. Deep analytics is difficult and not intuitively navigable.

Pros: I like the ability to look up my bills and see what I owe prior to the bills being loaded into my online payment portal.

Cons: I can hardly see the bills with the way they are listed at the bottom. It doesn't even show the entire line and then you have to scroll.

Pros: I really like the automated workflows to customers. I like the notes name and date stamped. Basically, it's on autopilot and that's awesome

Cons: My main complaint with Gaviti is the lagging. A lot of times we are waiting for it to quit spinning and pull up what we need. I don't know if it's because we have so many companies.

Pros: What I liked most about Gaviti was how it streamlined the entire collections workflow in one place. The automation features reduced manual follow-ups, while still allowing room for personalized outreach when needed. I also appreciated the real-time visibility into aging, disputes, and customer touchpoints, which made it easier to prioritize accounts and stay organized. Overall, it helped improve efficiency, accountability, and consistency across the AR process

Cons: The main drawback for me was the initial setup and learning curve. Configuring workflows and reports to match more complex customer requirements took some time

Pros: Ease of use. Reporting. Note taking features. Learning curve. Invoicing. Accounting and Bookkeeping.

Cons: Functionality. Inconsistent data display. Implementation. Missing / conflicting account information.

Pros: The interface is so user friendly. I just started my position and this has been a great help to providing quick and detailed insights

Cons: Trying to change the automatic email settings. Sometimes notifications go out to customers that should not.

Pros: it has helped us clear up our collections so much and allows a lot of correspondence from customers.

Cons: The aging is counted from due date and not actuals days aged. It does not match any other reports from other accounting software.

Pros: It was easy to use and helped me make my payment without issues. The process was quick and clear. I have not complains.

Cons: There wasn’t really anything I disliked. If I had to mention something, maybe more payment method options would help, or a mobile app to check status would be useful. But overall, it worked well.

Pros: I love the ability to see the invoice pdf, past notes, and other information for a specific invoice all from the same screen.

Cons: I wish there was an ability to see the notes, pdfs, etc of all past open invoices of a company while looking at a more recent invoice of that company. Sometimes I am looking at a brand new invoice for a company, so there are no notes attached to it, but I know that on previous invoices I left notes, but I am unable to access those notes while looking at the newest invoice.

Pros: Gaviti is user friendly and easy to learn. Gaviti's automatic communication to customers has saved so much time for my team from sending out manual emails.

Cons: I wish the activity under the invoice was listed under the notes, such as when a pre-due or past notification has been sent. Instead you have to look at the notes to see what the AR Rep is doing then under Activity to see the emails. It would save me time from having to look under two tabs to see the whole picture.

Pros: very fast and easy to use. Great way to keep on top of all your work. Great way to stay on top of your invoices.

Cons: wish it would be able to send email to several people instead of just one when sending out the automated emails.

Pros: Dashboard and real time info. The ability to be able to get all kinds of useful information in one place.

Cons: That we were forced to use Bluesnap as our credit card processor and could not use the one we already had in place.

Pros: Organization of vendor invoices and ease with which to pay them. I can always check status of invoices and use it as a statement to reconcile to our payables.

Cons: I have none. I only use it to pay vendor invoices, but I have no cons to speak of using it in that manner.

Pros: The way it tracks our staff's efforts to collect money and control the pipeline of aged invoices. Way better than spreadsheets.

Cons: I wish it had more robust reporting. Sometimes, for our clients, we need to tell a story. For instance, if I could track the receivable aging pipeline over time I could show how good things look now comapred to when we started using Gaviti.

Pros: Dashboard analytics, being able to see when someone opened our emails and the notes section are all things I like about Gaviti.

Cons: Nothing so far! For my needs and why I use Gaviti, it is a lifesaver and is incredibly easy to use!!

Pros: The ease of use and amount of data provided at my fingertips. Customer service is responsive. Helps to weed out invoice delivery issues before they get out of control - bounced emails, unopened emails, etc

Cons: I wish it had realtime updates and/or syncs with accounting system so that payments posted are reflected immediately.

Pros: I absolutely love the automations of these site. Helps keep me free and focused on more important things.

Cons: I have not found any dislikes with the system personally. Gaviti works as I think it should, as it is a great tool and great functions.

Pros: Gaviti is a great app, i like how it keeps our invoicing simple. It is always on time and on track when sending out the invoices

Cons: I never got the last gift cards from the last 2 times, so I won t be doing anymore surveys or reviews

Pros: I just love the number of things it can help me do faster to make work a lot easier and more efficiently.

Cons: Generating reports can be a bit very detailed and can take a lot of steps to filter and complete. It also does not allow me to copy from fields.

Pros: Automatically sends invoices and reminders. I also like the reporting part of it were i can log on and run a spreadsheet to check my open invoices.

Cons: Have to fix the it all the time and cooperate has to load the invoices making it not automatic. I have to touch it too much.

Pros: Excellent assistance via [sensitive content hidden] in Israel with all our company questions. Easy to enter notes whether customer or invoice.

Cons: When the invoices are emailed to our customers, our customers often "short pay" an invoice, and Gaviti doesn't understand that an invoice could be under appeal, etc. Also, many of my customers are called, and the general email says they are not responding to a previous email.

Pros: helps with productivity and making sure automated emails are being sent for invoices. We can also set the type of workflow so different actions would be made per workflow

Cons: nothing much really, there can be times that the site is slow and would just load. But it would be a quick fix by refreshing the site
