It was not bad but it wasn't great. The tool was easier to use as I got familiar with all the nuances.
Pros: Value for money - no cost for me a=or any user to my understanding. I feel there should not be a fee for any rental tool.
Cons: User interface was not the easiest aspect of this tool. It took me a little while to navigate through the tool.

I love it. It cuts out the need to switch between different platforms and keeps everything in one place, which makes managing the business far easier.
Pros: As a rental property owner with multiple properties across several booking platforms, I love that all of our bookings, messages and automations are handled in one place. No more logging into several different platforms to manage everything. It has genuinely simplified the way we run our properties.
Cons: The costs are on the higher side, but it solved limitations we found with other software and allowed us to run our business smoothly.

Overall, we love Uplisting. We moved over from another platform which was extremely limiting - no one has it perfect, but for where we're at right now with our business this suits us well.
Pros: We use this software to run our new holiday rental business - it mostly makes things very streamlined, although was a steep learning curve and not a perfect platform.
Cons: The extra subscriptions for things like security make it a very expensive platform but its the best of a tricky bunch.

Overall, it is good value for the money, specially for a small family business. It can do a lot better when it comes to customer support.
Pros: The things I like most with uplisting is the platform is user friendly. Set up is easy though it is not that intuitive, it will be hard for people that are not computer savvy. It felt that the datas are secure safely and the guests personal information are handled securely during checkout payment of their reservations. The value is good for paying monthly subscription for 5 properties.
Cons: Payment processing can do better specially the verifying of identity, this should come default and not extra feature that you need to pay. There is no phone support at all, you will be lucky if you will get a prompt reply when you use the email or chat feature. That is really a downer for me is the customer service can do a lot more better. There are frequent outages that they won't even be bothered to update you through email about it.

Overall it has been a good experience.
Pros: Massive value vs costs. I like the interface and the have security deposits, cleaning, smart locks, client statement etc are all integrated within Uplisting without having to connect 3rd party apps.
Cons: Not being able to send invoices Limited functionality to setup custom notifications. No option to integrate multiple companies and billing methods

Very good. Only letdown is since vince sold it the customer service response is slower.
Pros: Easy to use and built correctly for hospitality
Cons: Only allows card payments for booking guests, with options of 1 or 2 payment structure only. Would be great to have bank transfer option and multiple payment plan options.

It took too long to get help when I had issues. I felt it was more geared to European customers.
Pros: Direct booking website. Low monthly fee. Nice looking user interface.
Cons: Customer service was not available during most of the day in the United States. Response to questions usually took 24-48 hours. Poor reporting features and overall ease of use. Limited features in app. Calendar started on Monday and not Sunday.

Good system when first started but customer support fell away after integration with AirDNA.
Pros: Calendar optics are great. Ease of setting up.
Cons: Poor customer support. Guest messaging is clunky.

CS agents are friendly and helpful, but limited availability and seem to not have centralized ticket management. Help pages are inadequate for more in-depth use. Overall good operation.
Pros: Has most of the features I want for a low monthly subscription.

Started out OK then quickly tanked. I begged for help, and got nothing
Pros: Not only did I pay $100 a month for one property, but its malfunctioning cost me thousands more in lost bookings. Plus the hours of frustration trying to get help from their “support” team. DON’T use this.
Cons: Lack of support. It was abysmal. Got worse

The online support is great and if not available they get back to you with in a few hours.
Pros: You can integrated multiple platforms. keep calendars in synced and everything in one place.

Great onboarding, but issues are slow to get resolved.
Pros: Easy initial setup and use. Onboarding support. Great Airbnb integration. Automation of messages.
Cons: The app is still very basic, so you often need to switch to the web version for some tasks. Messaging does not keep up with the capability of Airbnb ie does not show images. Integration with VRBO has limitations which affect the completeness of VRBO listings. Connected with Google travel but have absolutely no way to verify if I’m actually listed. (It says it’s listed but cannot find listing after hours of searching) Support hours do not line up with international time zones. Lack of support during off hours and weekends

Easy set up with direct booking. Has streamlined my messaging and calendars. Great for booking.com

Cons: The VRBO integration isn't great. No picture captions.

Cons: No Phone Number!!! Chat box is rubbish - says 20min wait and takes an hour. Once you are connected to a person they take 10 mins a question

Cons: No integration with Breezeway. Really, really, really bad support. impossible and if it does not improve will be the reason myself and i suggest many others will have to look at other systems.

Fantastic so far. No complaints. Easy to use and understand interface and excellent customer service team when I have questions.
Pros: Most of the channel management tools are very similar in product scope. At their most base level, they all provide calendar synchronization, unified inboxes, and message automation. The features that sold me on Uplisting were the direct feed to the Google Rentals platform, easy to use in-system cleaning scheduling and management, and integration with other important tools like PriceLabs and Zapier.
Cons: The price is the biggest con for me. With only one listing $100 / month is on the more expensive side, but I can add up to 5 properties for that price, so as I grow, it will become more economical.

Very bad, Paid to get trial, but almost nothing works, many bugs , mobile version is useless.
Pros: The only Pros is sales man [sensitive content hidden]. After you get nothing.
Cons: - No support - - very dangerous functionality, in calendar, it may close all your rooms if you move a guest from ine room to another. And in the company nobody cares of anything.

Overall, highly recommended, even with just a few apartments / accommodations to handle.
Pros: Uplisiting is indispensable for me, organizing all bookings and automating messages. Its integration with smart locks, easy direct booking page and an app (even though still very basic) make it a valuable tool. Overall, highly recommended.
Cons: Two suggestions for improvement: a) Enhance the app's capabilities, and b) Integrate guest ID verification for all guests, not just the main one, which would be crucial for certain countries.

overall ok it is helpful and it does reduce time.
Pros: we like that almost everything can be shown in the one place
Cons: Data doesnt pull correctly, VRBO wont link with account, had multiple accounts of the help bots and people not understanding whats being said. People in the team cant get full access despite being given full access meaning they can only see the calander not the whole screen as the owner

Pros: I researched dozens of property management systems in depth and UPLISTING had all the features that were important to me. They offer a small business discount if you have less than 3 properties to manage making them affordable. The customer service is A+. I have been very happy with my experience and recommend this software to others operating vacation rentals.
Cons: I cannot think of a con. Other than VRBO being a pain when you use a PMS, but that is not the fault of UPLISTING.
