Nextech EHR & PM

Pros: I liked how you could see all of the visits on one tab. It made it easy to find.

Cons: Too many different pages to look at, sometimes it was hard to find things

Pros: I love how you can link your Lab company to your EHR and get patients immediate results without having to call repeated times for results to be faxed over.

Cons: Appointment rescheduling. You have to copy and paste to do this and then cancel preexisting appointment. There are too many steps. A right click and reschedule appointment would be much easier in a fast paste Dr office.

Pros: That it was on the cloud and was easy storage that did not run out.

Cons: Difficult to run reports, The report were difficult to find and use. Different reports with the same numbers would sometimes be different.

Pros: It’s nice because it gives you a reason to pay extra attention to everything that you put into it

Cons: There is a lot of unnecessary clicking and the appearance is just awful. It looks like the first software that was ever made.

Pros: We can create all kinds of EMRs that help you work in a pleasant way and keep your information tidy and handy.

Cons: It does not have the option to send messages to patients.

Pros: Easy to navigate through, self explanatory

Cons: To many crashes when to many people were using system.

Pros: The quality and reports that can be acquired. Easy to navigate

Cons: Cost & Not always being update on new features

Pros: We don’t currently use the PM function but are looking to switch. The EHR is so easy to use and train on.

Cons: We can’t load our own forms into the EHR for patients to fill out or to fill out in clinic.The WHR needs better reporting options and capabilities.

Pros: The EMR system is so user friendly for our staff

Cons: Implementation can be a bit tedious, but it’s worth it in the end

Pros: Developed by an ophthalmologist who understands retina

Cons: Difficulty in customizing - hopefully with thrive program can do so

Pros: Everything is simple and easy to navigate

Cons: Not understanding the financial close and how to correct after the close

Pros: For me it is very easy to navigate and anytime we need help we can always call for assistance

Cons: We definitely could use more of an update with our system that we currently use.

Pros: Easy to customize to clinic preferences.

Cons: Reports are sometimes hard to drill down to.

Pros: Very accessible and easy to use. The coding is eay and easy to train on

Cons: Nextech is great i have no complaints. Everything works great and IT is very easy to work with

Cons: Trying to navigate regulatory compliance

Pros: Sync ability to medical ehr and real time access

Cons: Not always able to get help at finger tip

Pros: Seamless integration between the 2 softwares

Cons: Billing and Claims Module is very hard to figure out and a lot gets lost in the system

Pros: Ease of support and timely of new updates

Cons: The reporting is not that great. There arent enough fields to report from.

Pros: Very informative, educational and the slideshow was very helpful

Cons: The walking I would prefer if the session on 1 floor

Pros: The program is easy to maneuver compared to other practice management programs that I have used.

Cons: The calendar feature on the scheduling page doesn't always take me to the correct date.

Pros: Product is easy to use and train with--patient information is clearly displayed and organized.

Cons: Would like more document subcategories, cannot save them unless they have specific designations.
