My experience has been a very positive one and the ability to provide feedback in some of the beta processes has been well received. The team is great to work with and they are improving its functionality regularly
Pros: They are improving the AI Capabilities and it is directly integrated with our EMR. We are able to respond to patients quickly and it also removes cancelled appointments from the providers schedules right away.
Cons: With every software there are glitches. Occassionally it allows patients to create duplicate charts when self scheduling but it is improving

Its been great. We use it for everything in our office. So easy to upload and use your own templates.
Pros: I love that it an easy and fast way to reach out patients. It really cuts down on the amount of nurse calls we have.
Cons: Sometimes has bugs to work out. Will shut down for a whole day sometimes without any warning. It will always come back up.

On a scale of one to ten, I would say 5. It could be better, it could be worse. I do wish there were other options of platforms out there that function better than what Klara is offering.
Pros: I like the Klara patient reminder system, it has allowed us to customize what we send out to your patients, like new patient forms, Prep instructions, reminders about appointments, and even allows patients to send us follow up in the form of a survey about their most recent appointments.
Cons: There are always glitches that take forever to get worked out by the Klara team. Most recently is with their self scheduling platform, we were to go live at the end of April and they still have not figured out what the issue is, and the communication has been pretty sparse. If I dont reach out, I dont receive updates.

Overall it is a great app to use as a main source of communication and appointment setting
Pros: It was easy to clearly communicate regardless of platform.
Cons: I have noticed some sign in issues but they were easy to fix

Very useful. I feel like are patients enjoy texting over phone call sometimes.
Pros: It is really easy to use, I like that i can see all conversations with patients.

My overall experiences with Klara have been great.
Pros: I like the way we can text through the patient's chart.
Cons: There isn't really nothing I don't like about Klara; I think you could add a drop down for insurance is not in network with our practice.

Excellent experience for me! It is user friendly and organized. This was easily incorporated in our work flow with every department in our office.
Pros: Everything!! Patients can leave voicemail or texts. The dictation of the voicemails are pretty spot on or at least I can make out what the message is. I love the fact it is HIPAA compliant for us to do our Telehealth video calls and send and receive documents from patients.
Cons: I don't have any "cons" about KLARA. I feel every practice should incorporate this system.

Overall it is a great app to use for clinics

My experience with Klara has been very helpful when it comes to commitment with our patients.
Pros: Messages from patients come straight to our inbox and its easier for patients to reach us in regards to any questions or concerns. Or if they need to request any prescription refills.
Cons: Patients tend to opt out due to the frequent reminders. There should be an easier way for patients to choose reminder notifications without being annoyed.

This was as close to being a game changer as you can get for office communications. Issues that used to take hours to deal with (reading post its, calling patients back, having to leave voicemails if they are not answering) can now be handled in a matter of minutes. The setup took a little while because you have to reorganize your phone tree but its beyond worth it.
Pros: Completely solved the phone call traffic problem that we had in the office. Most patients like having a way to leave a message that isn't complex. It also puts voicemails in there too, so we can still see messages from people who are not online.
Cons: They recently changed the way documents are viewed online. So, from my experience, some people who are using mobile devices have difficulty viewing attachments.

Pros: I love how quickly and easy it is to access. The app is fabulous! Love how it easily connects me to my providers.

I'm very happy with how simple it is to use and that I can see if parent has seen the message and respond back with no trouble. I am very satisfied with klara.
Pros: I LIKE THAT IT EASY TO GET PATIENT INFO AND SEND MESSAGES TO PARENT.
Cons: I really don't have any complaints about klara.

overall has been a great asset to our front desk team
Pros: Easy to use for patients and staff. Time on phone has decreased with ease of using chat function.
Cons: some limitations such as being able to list the day of the week in the reminder. Also, cannot block certain patients from using online scheduler like previous program could.

It like it a lot compare to when I had to listen to my messages.
Pros: That I can see my messages right away and not have to listen to the messages. So I can take care of the message quickly I also like that I can copy and paste the message and put it in there charts.

Great overall use. Convenient. I can converse with patients online. I can send texts securely. It helps me also to confirm or cancel appointments.
Pros: The convenience of Klara to confirm or cancel appointments.
Cons: Sometimes the patient pushes the wrong button and their appointment gets cancelled and then they come in with no appointment. But I don't think Klara is necessarily responsible for that. It's operator error.

We use Klara to text patients to reschedule or schedule appointments, give detailed instructions about their medical care or medications and answer their questions about their medical conditions. We also text patients their biopsy/pathology or lab results.
Pros: Easily reach your patients without disrupting their day and you can see that they have read the message.
Cons: Not being able to message land lines. It would be nice to have a way to message land lines with a computer (Ai) to call and relay the message for us.

Klara does a lot for us as far as communication, providing a way to receive pics and info from patients when a visit is not possible or necessary.
Pros: I appreciate the convenience of having the option to text or call, sending/receiving forms and pics.
Cons: The complexity of merging charts is sometimes a challenge especially when you are new to klara. Sometimes it is difficult to link patients and they sometimes don't show up in searches. That could be an internal office issue though.
