Shogun

Pros: I use the Shogun Editor to create landing pages and to build on top of some product pages in our Shopify store. As a graphic designer, I love how easy it is to drag, drop, and edit pages without having to code anything. Also, Shogun's support team is super responsive! I had an issue today with a new pop-up form we recently integrated. [sensitive content hidden] replied to my support chat right away and was able to not only fix it but help me understand the problem so I can fix it in the future!

Cons: Not a lot to say about any cons. It would be nice to see more block templates regularly, and sometimes the responsive page breaks don't always work the way I want them to but otherwise I love the editor tool!

Pros: great product and great customer service.

Cons: it's quite difficult to manage image sizes.

Pros: The user friendly aspect and functionality as well as customization abilities

Cons: I can’t seem to pin in my Shopify apps.

Pros: Shogun is a great tool for web developers to build landing pages. It has all the necessary elements and I appreciate the desktop/ipad/mobile differentiations in settings of each element.

Cons: The regular text element don't have different settings for mobile which makes the adjustment for different width a bit tricky.

Pros: Great support!! Really quick responses. Shogun is a gamechanger and great customisation alternative to expensive Shopify themes.

Cons: Sometimes hard to horizontally centre elements. That’s all!

Pros: Their customer service. Both fast and accurate.

Cons: We had 1 bug. A modification we did not do was published.

Pros: Quite easy to use with no need to know coding

Cons: nothing so far, maybe the drag-and-drop feature could be more flexible

Pros: Their customer support was great! quick to reply and help solve this issue.

Cons: UI is bit difficult to get accustomed to.

Pros: Intuitive operation and very fast support

Cons: number of logins in our plan and sometimes the text formatting and colour s changes when you copy and paste text into shogun.

Pros: we liked the simplicity and functionality of the app. We used it for A/B testing.

Cons: We liked everything, they have everything we needed.

Pros: The customer service is exceptional when you need it and it’s pretty easy to use as a non-designee/engineer.

Cons: I didn’t like the monthly payment cost. When I started it was only $28 a month but that plan got phased out and I was paying $78 a month.

Pros: I've been using Shogun for some time now and the support is exceptional. I had an issue relating to a page anchor, of which was resolved within 24 hrs. I had heard fomr them right away and actually spoke to someone about my problem.

Cons: The blocks can be tricky top move around at times, however they have just improved this. I would like to see more blocks added in the near future

Pros: What I love most about Shogun is its flexibility. You can fully customize your site without needing to be a coding expert. The drag-and-drop builder makes it so easy to design stunning pages, and the templates are a huge time-saver.

Cons: If I had to pick something, I’d say the pricing could be a bit more accessible for smaller businesses. But honestly, for the value it offers, it’s worth every penny.

Pros: - ease of use - suitable for novices who know very little about web design - easy to install with Big Commerce - support team - I dealt with Sweetan and he was very helpful. I left work at 5pm and when i came in the next day it was all sorted :)

Cons: - very glitchy if you have autosave on - no preview option

Pros: Easy to learn and build creative pages without coding knowledge. AMAZING support team that is easy to contact and ready to answer all concerns quickly. Also love the animations feature.

Cons: A few wishlist items to make building a little faster that hopefully can be added in the future - all feedback is received well.

Pros: How it integrates directly with Shopify, allowing me to build on brand landing pages for our ppc campaigns using the theme's fonts.

Cons: Building your first page take a bit of time, getting used to the features. Having used unbounce in previous projects, shogun is a different, but still very good.

Pros: I absolutely love the flexibility of creating your OWN website pages from scratch!! You're no longer at the mercy of expensive web designers and waiting endlessly for them to help. No more of that nonsense. Shogun lets you be as creative as possible and I just created a main page that no other designer has been able to do for me effortlessly. Im so incredibly happy!!!!

Cons: It's a little glitchy. I find I have to click on things a lot for them to work and things disappear and need to redo things sometimes when Im working on a page. I've no idea why. Sometimes while my page is loading I see things appear only briefly that should be hidden. Im hoping these are things they can resolve easily for flawless page rendering.

Pros: Good design templates, easy to navigate and learn, great customer service

Cons: I do have issues with sizing things(containers/font/spacing) across different formats like desktop vs tablet vs laptop

Pros: [sensitive content hidden] was great in helping with my understanding of the design process. He was able to pinpoint exactly what my problem was. Customer service was great!

Cons: No real cons, I think it would be great if the design portion was more flexible between the mobile and desktop versions.

Pros: Provides a number of activity pages to refer to

Cons: Page setup is not that simple,Sometimes after setting up a page, it is clear that the page has been saved and published, but in the background, it is still unchanged.

Pros: We use Shogun becuase it offers us the flexibilty of build great page layouts and removes the limitations of native page builders. We can embed forms and widgets within the page builder, which allows us to add extra elements to our site.

Cons: Its a bit of a learning curve if you've never used a page builder before, but once you learn what all the elements and componets do, its very simple to use.

Pros: Easy to use. Great for building web pages and blogs quickly. Always improving and bringing out new features. The support team are always helpful, friendly and speedy with replies and fix's.

Cons: The syncing system seems to be a little glitchy at times.

Pros: The customizability options that I specifically needed. The customer service is also always very helpful.

Cons: Glitches within editing and some limited features. It would be brilliant if I could edit an ordering page that looks just like Shopify's instead of having to try to recreate it and keep things edited across numerous variants. It takes forever to save and load and often doesn't save my changes, also.
