I absolutely love this diagramming tool. I regularly impress managers with the level of details and easy to understand network diagrams. I add new and update documentation to a large company with over a hundred site. It's easy to find drawings and I can search the entire project for any text.
Pros: 1)Easy to document layer 2 and layer 3 drawings. 2)No more searching for the latest visio drawing on a site or project. 3)Easy to modify a drawing while in a teams meeting. The management team is impressed with the documentation I can produce right in a teams meeting when I share my screen.
Cons: Trying to get my coworkers to use this tool. I would like further enhancement when using aliases to summarize an overall topology.

Very informative, i currently do not have access to do most of the things they were showing but it was good information.
Pros: All of it was very informative, i'm just not getting access to work with the product so everything was new to me so I really cannot pick something out of all the new information that I liked the most.
Cons: There wasn't really anything i didn't like. It was all new information to me.

I have had minimal experience at this current moment, but from my limited exposure it has been very powerful and useful!
Pros: It can be overwhelming at first, but it is so customizable and user-friendly that you can get a lot done relatively quickly and accurately. Definitely review the shortcut keys!!
Cons: Along the same line as the Pros, there is a LOT to this application, and takes a little bit to get familiar with, but just takes a bit of time.

We have been using it for a few years now and absolutely love and rely on the information in there.
Pros: This product is the easiest way to organize and see all of your connections.
Cons: I wish creating a custom item was a little easier for me to build. They are great about building them for you. I am just impatient.

Pros: You can document everything with this system and the data is easily accessible and stored in structured model.
Cons: Object linking could be easier objects in another page

Our previous software was retired and in looking for a replacement we found netTerrain which was mainly at DCIM application at the time with minimal logical diagramming options. But over time after working with us and our needs and feature requests for a replacement this has matured into a very capable diagramming solution for our company.
Pros: The customer support is very responsive when it comes to new feature requests or bug squashing along with fast turnaround of device icon requests. Detailed help documentation provided if you like to read. Able to integrate with our internal apps to have our diagrams data-driven. Web based versus client software on each workstation. Ease of use which keeps improving with new features added after each new release.
Cons: Starting to implement the DCIM portion into our project and wish a wanted add-on feature was not an add-on option but included as a new release or part of the whole package per the cost spent.
