Overall, RXNT was cumbersome and not user friendly. It was difficult for patients to navigate and did not improve practitioner patient communications.
Pros: RXNT has a feature in which it notifies patients that their prescriptions have been sent to the pharmacy.
Cons: I've been with RXNT now over two years. I'm leaving even though there is still time left on my contract. It doesn't alert patients when I send them a message. The patient has to log into his/her account and see that I've messaged them. I've also had multiple complaints from patients that they get locked out of their accounts and can't get back in. Finally, I would describe the software as being glitchy requiring the practitioner to log out and log back in. It was difficult to get staff support.

They suspended our service without any notification. We were unable even to see our appointments and medications for close to 2 weeks. Last year when weI wanted to change to another company they told me that I need to notify them over 60 days in advance. They send you from one to another person and nobody does anything to solve a situation. Even that they suppose to have a team to solve emergency situations, they do not care if the patient is unable to receive their medication for several days.
Pros: NOTHING! They use to be a good afordable company but is getting worse and worse and much more expensive.

Poor, to say that I regret enrolling in this worthless product and committed to a full year, is an understatement.
Pros: security, albeit cumbersome to gave to go to an authenticator app got to meet Paya-Nuvei team (another company)
Cons: worst EHR ever disjointed non-functional not intuitive requires a long training period does not work ell with safari

Used it for years without a problem, but since they're been changing things to increase their cyber security, there's been problems and no customer service to resolve it. Now I have several days w/out being able to send prescriptions. I'm thinking of switching.
Pros: I have used it for many years without a problem. The program is very straight forward and intuitive.
Cons: Now that I do have a problem, customer service is absent. I've been calling since thursday (it's monday now) and I've had zero response. In fairness, there was one other time I had a problem about a month ago or so and their responsiveness was not great, but adequate. The problem did get resolved, I never received a call back, but I received emails.

My experience has been very good. The training was easy to understand and easy to implement. RXNT is making my job more efficient and saves me a lot of time for other tasks.
Pros: I love having everything in one place. Being able to take payments without going to another site is very time saving. I also thing the patient reminder information is very helpful. RXNT has made my job much easier and streamlined.
Cons: I would like the notes to be all in one place. To have to go thru schedule, EMR, and billing to find where the note was made to make changes or delete it is time consuming.

RXNT has been a great EHR for my practice. The system is intuitive, easy to use, and includes everything I need without unnecessary complexity. It integrates well into my daily workflow and saves me a lot of time. Customer service has been prompt and responsive whenever I’ve needed support, which I really appreciate. Overall, I’ve been very satisfied with RXNT.
Pros: RXNT strikes a great balance between simplicity and functionality. It’s easy to navigate, fits naturally into my workflow, and provides all the essential tools I need. The customer service team is also very responsive, which makes a big difference.
Cons: Like most EHRs, there are occasional minor glitches or brief slowdowns, but these are not frequent and haven’t significantly impacted my workflow.

just beginning but training with [sensitive content hidden] has been very helpful and supportive, choosing multiple encounters for a complete note is cumbersome.
Pros: ease, cost, built in billing and scheduling and patient portal, pre-made charting for basic notes, easy to add patient records and send for labs and pharmacy meds
Cons: Have to choose multiple forms to get the total note I want, unable to combine multiple forms into one encounter
Gretchen H. · Nurse practitioner · Health, Wellness and Fitness · January 5, 2026
Pros: Ease of usage, user friendly, helps with workflow, easy to e-prescribing. Having the apps make it easy to use on the go
Cons: I didn’t have any problems with this product. It’s easy to use and I don’t have any issues with this product

Overall I would not use another platform. I have used RXNT for close to 8 years and it is my favorite prescription platform.
Pros: RXNT is quite easy to use. You can alter the prescriptions to fit what you need which is not possible with other platforms I have used. I rarely encounter trouble recalling prescriptions if needed and I receive refill request without issues too.
Cons: It can be hard to reach someone quickly if you need assistance. Typically when I have needed customer service it is because I need them while trying to send in a prescription for a patient but it can be hard to reach someone right then.

I think RxNT works well most times. But once in a patient's chart, it is difficult to navigate and view prescriptions.
Pros: I like that it is a convenient way to send patient prescriptions and it is easily accessible from my browser
Cons: I do not like how difficult it is to navigate a patient's chart and that I need separate accounts if I am working in different clinics.

Very pleased with RXNT. Would highly recommend this product. We have another electronic software in my other practice and RXNT is far superior.
Pros: Integrates into our EHR so very easy and efficient to utilize during busy workflow and populates fast.
Cons: Some medications can be difficult to search up and find. Formulary information is not always accurate.

Overall experience is great! I am really happy with my selection of RXNT. From the first inquiry, to setting up my practice on the site, I felt supported and not rushed or stressed. I uploaded my logo no problem, my trainer helped set up my schedule, forms and EMR notes templates. There are endless templates so you are sure to find one that suits your needs, from simple SOAP forms to more complex and detailed templates.
Pros: $7a
Cons: Nothing to dislike. I spent a weekend inputting cases. I found out it is more comprehensive to add patients and details through the scheduling module not the EMR module.
John L. · Psychiatrist · Health, Wellness and Fitness · November 1, 2025
I don't like RXNT, because costumer service representative not available in time, I have to weight too long for someone to pick up the phone, after 3 pm nobody answers the phone at all, very often not able to open progress notes because of technical issues and representative never able to give me approximate time when issue will be resolved, not helpful with EFT or ERA enrolment at all, they don't even bother to help providers.
Pros: nothing special. Postings is frustrating, representatives not willing to help with EFT and ERA enrollment.
Cons: after using RXNT for two years, annual fee increased too much. does not have option to record consultation, it can be done only from phone and very poor futures and takes too long,

My overall experience with RXNT has been positive and convenient. It’s one of the best EHR/EMR’s that we have used! Lightyears ahead in the ease of access!
Pros: I like the ease of the user interface. Charting and patient scheduling is a breeze. Our clinic runs smoothly thanks to RXNT.
Cons: There’s not much to dislike. It’s simple, user friendly, and convenient. Our patient flow stays consistent.

I love RXNT. It is very time saving for the backend biller and payment poster. RXNT is far better than any EHR I have worked in.
Pros: The many automations. From posting payments to the ease of creating claims. Payments from payers is so much faster and billing and posting patient payments is the easiest I have ever used.
Cons: Not being able to review a rejection without going into the claim. I prefer a rejection bucket with the actual rejection to work.

Overall, this has a good system for us after learning how to effectively use it and working out the kinks in the beginning.
Pros: This system is very affordable and easy to use once you learn it. It is very easy to enter a new patient in the system and completing the required fields. When I have had to call customer support, she was very responsive, helpful, and said she would take my suggestion back to the team.
Cons: The initial training for the platform was not the best. We were expecting more from it. With any new system and never have seen the screens before, it was a bit overwhelming. Now, of course, after being on it for a couple of years, we know how to navigate it.
Stacy H. · RN · Hospital & Health Care · October 8, 2025
Mostly happy. I use RXNT daily and rarely have problems. The issues I have had are usually when we do not "profile" patients in our E3 platform properly. I cannot stress enough how lousy the "Live ID" 2-FA is for controlled substances from a mobile device. It is not "live, " and often does not work.
Pros: Easy to register and manage new patients. Usually interfaces well with E3 Pro/Enclara that we use for home hospice patients.
Cons: The 2 factor authentication for the mobile platform. Live ID does not work well. Customer service does not seem to get the message, no matter how bluntly it is delivered.
John H. · Hospice Physician · Hospital & Health Care · October 7, 2025
Very helpful staff, always there to go thru any issue with you and show you how to get through it. They explain it in easy terms.
Pros: The ease of the billing program. Everything flows very easily, from the coding to the cost of each item.
Cons: That you have to enter the insurance information seperately every time you enter a new patient. Explaination: If it is a child you have to enter the parent in before you can enter the child, even if the parent is not a client. Don't have any suggestions as to how to streamline it.
Jaymie W. · Business Manager · Health, Wellness and Fitness · September 29, 2025
It makes my work more efficient, and I can quickly navigate to enter orders, including checking the status of pending and processed medications. It is more cost effective for my organization.
Pros: It's user friendly and the accessibility is awesome. I can search and navigate through my patients' records and customer support is readily available in the event I encounter any issues. I feel this platform is most secure and permits the privacy of handling patient sensitive documents.
Cons: I didn't find the functionality to be as easy and user friendly prior to the upgrades. It wasn't as seamless to navigate the patient management portal.
Keisha C. · Clinical Manager · Hospital & Health Care · September 19, 2025
overall good so far it is meeting my requirements/demands. Would be nice to see the enhancements I requested to be approved
Pros: simple and efficient. was using advancemd prior to this and even though I was paying double, it was very cumbersome. very happy with the switch to RXNT
Cons: lots of bugs. there are errors that are coming up as I delve into RXNT further and further. however so far RXNT is attempting to fix them and I am hopeful
Shahzad C. · CEO, Founder, and Physician · Health, Wellness and Fitness · September 17, 2025
So far, it has been relatively intuitive and easy to navigate. It feels very searchable. The layout is simple, open, and easy to interface with.
Pros: Patient records are easily accessible. Allows for personal customization to facilitate my personal workflow rather than requiring me to work according to a fixed workflow.
Cons: No cons at this point. Just started using it. I would not consider this an actual con, but I suggest the navigation buttons be placed above the individual record listings rather than on the left side. Just a personal preference, but not really a negative. One con which I'm sure you hear often is the ads at the bottom of the screen tend to slow my computer down. I will look into ways to get them removed as some point.

Positive for the most part. As I’ve been exploring the system, I’m seeing a lot of great things to use.
Pros: The customer support is great. For the most part, prescribing is easy. I really do love the controlled substance process. It appears that security is fine. I’m still working through the templates.
Cons: The new AI component. Realizing that it is a new part of the charting, it still needs to be more intuitive. It picks us and uses irrelevant information (especially what the patient says) part. Consistency is also not quite there. It’s like multiple people are collating the information obtained. I’m hoping it will get better as time passes.
Michella H. · CNM · Health, Wellness and Fitness · September 10, 2025
Excellent! Easy to enter patient prescriptions, track prescriptions, refill prescriptions, and even cancel a prescription if needed.
Pros: RXNT is safe and secure, yet still easy to use after setup. Prescribing for patients is quick and efficient.
Cons: The initial setup takes a few minutes, but it is so worth it in the long run. Having a safe and secure prescribing program that is compliant is essential.
Rachel H. · PMHNP · Mental Health Care · September 8, 2025
I've had positive experience so far. It's a user-friendly system that offers a robust atmosphere. I look forward to a deeper experience.
Pros: I like the ease of scheduling and patient follow up. The reports are easy to run, and we will be learning new ones once the other modules are purchased.
Cons: I don't have cons yet. We are going to be purchasing more modules in the very near future and my input of any cons may appear.
Theresa F. · Credentialing Manager · Health, Wellness and Fitness · September 8, 2025
Very good. Easy to use. Only issue was for a period of things the verification by camera would freeze and not process. Appears fixed now.
Pros: Ease of use. It's straightforward and you don't have necessary steps. Also seems complete and up to date.
Cons: Lack of options on the mobile version. There are certain things that guy can't do on the mobile version that only the desktop works.
