Advanced Data Systems

Pros: What did you like most about Advanced Data Systems? I'm a podiatrist in New York and currently serve as President of the New York State Podiatric Medical Association, and therefore many members discuss their systems with me. I came to ADS after my previous billing vendor shut down abruptly. Very frightening considering that your billing is your cash flow. ADS got us onboard and back on track faster than I expected, and the transition was seamless given the circumstances.

Cons: Getting accustomed to the new system was a challenge but I found it to be superior to my old system and far more advanced.

Pros: Highly customizable and strong billing/claims management features has helped my team improve efficiency and catch errors before submission

Cons: Customer Support can be slow and inconsistent. This can be frustrating in the initial stages because certain workflows are complex but most answers were found with AI assistance.

Pros: I like knowing that my billing is taken care of and the confidence that it is being submitted timely and accurately.

Cons: I don't know if there is really anything that I don't like about MedicsRCM, I would definitely recommend it to everyone.

Pros: Love the patient demographic and scheduling features, very easty to use. Also can't live without electronic filing. In today's medial practice electronic filing is a must if you want to get reimbursed from insurance companies.

Cons: When calling for support. Sometimes I have a hard time understanding the technician because of a language barrier. Otherwise, no dislikes.

Pros: the billing is pretty easy to understand

Cons: some of the personel in india are difficult

Pros: User friendly, good support, Medics Elite and Doc Assist work well together.

Cons: some of the features like Doc Assist Medication Program has too many steps to achieve results.

Pros: ALL: ease of use, billing, statements, reporting, scheduling, pricing, integrates with our Ophthalmology EHR

Cons: There are no cons to ads-medics premier.

Pros: This product is user friendly and easy to train new employees for the job duties they are going to perform. The pre-scrub of claims is very helpful letting us know what errors the claim may have and we can fix on the front end and send the claim out clean.

Cons: I am still familiarizing myself with the reports that are in the system. In some cases I may have to run more than 1 report to gather all the data we are looking for.

Pros: I have use Advanced Data Systems for the last 24 yrs. I find the software user friendly. We have trained office staff in a matter of hours. The support team is on point.

Cons: At the present time everything Medics Premier has to offer works great for my company.

Pros: User friendly. The customer service is very responsive.

Cons: Nothing I can think of. We are very pleased with the experience we have had.

Pros: Medics Premier software is straightforward and uncomplicated. The program allows you to simultaneously post payments/charges and view detailed patient history without closing certain applications. Most importantly, the support staff at ADS are extraordinary--they're professional, kind, knowledgeable and will diligently work with you to resolve any issue!

Cons: There are myriad reports available, however, it may be necessary to run multiple reports to obtain the exact data needed.

Pros: Medics is a very robust program. If we want to do something with it, we can. Support staff are very helpful.

Cons: For people unfamiliar with the program it takes a while to get used to it.

Pros: Medics Premier combines intuitive ease of use with a thorough well-developed platform.

Cons: I would like for the template assignment screen to be able to be built out indefinitely..

Pros: Easy to use and navigate throught.Reports are easy to run and understand.

Cons: Customer support is difficult to reach at times. Sometimes it takes days to get a response.

Pros: ease of use and how the view of each module is customizable to each user

Cons: their are no features of this software that i do not like

Pros: My favorite feature of the software is the scheduling. I use this software daily for both billing and scheduling. It is easy to navigate and user friendly.

Cons: The normal response time to help calls sometimes is extremely long. Also, so representatives are hard to understand which can take longer to fix issues. I will say that I have never had an issue not be fixed. So it is not all bad just lacking in some areas.

Pros: Reprts, data presentation, billing software, Appointment scheduling, demographics

Cons: The inablity to move money from patient to patient.

Pros: From the beginning it was really easy to work with the company, they ask questions to better understand our needs without trying to push for products that we might not need; there was a lot of back and forth trying to understand our workflow so to offer the product that better suited our needs. they requested information to get our setup started in a way that was very easy to complete, they worked in conjunctions with the other vendors we used for our operations to find the best path for integration. the software itself it very complex and has many features however it's very easy to configure to meet your needs. there are many ways to get from point A to B so you can find your own preferred method.

Cons: Some of the features cannot be customized by the user, they require the company technical support since some changes could affect the background operation of the software. Certain customization are not available but they were specific to our practice needs and they might be able to be programmed into.

Pros: Easy to use, love the customer support, Appointment scheduler is clear and concise, and much easier to use then other products I've tried

Cons: I really have no complaints about any of the features of this program, have used it with no issues for years

Pros: The software is highly customizable to suit specific business and workflow needs.

Cons: The interface is not flashy, but it is very functional and that is actually preferred.

Pros: The ease of being able to learn quickly and the support you get if something is wrong.

Cons: The bad thing is you have to purchase more and more logins for all of our employee to be able to sign in at the same time of course.

Pros: Posting charges is the best feature for me. System is user friendly, makes it easy to make corrections before posting into an account.

Cons: Some reports could use a little more detail.

Pros: The software is very user friendly. We have been using this software for over 10 years and overall have been happy with the program. Software support has also been very helpful when needed.

Cons: The reports could be a little easier to use as well as more specific detail.
