Practice EHR

Pros: They are always available and willing to help. Very knowledgeable staff. They are updating the system all the time which is helpful.

Cons: We do not dislike anything about practice EHR. They have been good to us for 6+ years. We would recommend to any practice.

Pros: First and foremost, why we chose Practice EHR is that there is somebody who answers you whenyou call them and it is not automated. The support are very helpful friendly and nice. They really help me when I was learning billing. they were very patient and ready to help at all time.

Cons: When I commit a mistake like enteed the wrong date of service and it s already billed, if I make corrected ckaim i have to create a ticket for them to change it. I would like if they can flag the last wellness/screening visit.

Pros: Easy to use and can take it home if needed

Cons: Sometimes the lagging or frequent tests ran

Pros: The service is amazing and their EHR is very easy to use.

Cons: Whenever we have had issues they have always been resolved

Pros: The software is user-friendly, clean, and just overall great to use! Quick support team!

Cons: Nothing- anything that we needed adjusted was fixed quickly!

Pros: Creating our own templates for the med spa

Cons: The weight and height don’t transfer over to the next note for semaglutide

Pros: Chart notes, customized templates and patients forms

Cons: Says representative Mr. X are liars and hide the true agreement, terms and conditions when you ask them straight questions. Says person are not truthful and deceitful to get you into the deal and then will charge you for the whole year, even if you are not happy with the software . Software details -Normal physical exam can not be populated with one click. For each prescription, you will have to calculate the milligrams and ML and total amount of dispensing ML or milligrams. Software is slightly slow, sometimes prescription does not go through, the support team customizes template for you, but you will have to teach them every micro details like you’re teaching a computer which is very frustrating.

Pros: customer service and constant training with user errors

Cons: nothing everything was clearly laid out from initial training to daily operatins

Pros: Cheap EHR for startup practice. Not much else to say.

Cons: This company auto renewed my subscription after multiple conversations with me telling them I would not be renewing. This company sent me my encrypted patient data 2 months prior to the expiration of subscription. After notifying them again of my cancellation and need for refund, they now want me to pay $1000.00 for my patient data. This is absolutely absurd and they refuse to rectify the situation and are now holding all of my practice information and patient data hostage.

Pros: It is very user friendly and it is relatively easy to navigate where you need to go.

Cons: The way the medication screen is set up. It does not save but one pharmacy at a time but gives a drop box like it should save all that have been entered on the patient.

Pros: It is easy to document in this system. Also easy to put copays in.

Cons: The update where you can not see all the names on the schedule at the same time. You have to hold you mouse over the time to see who is on schedule.

Pros: Team members were responsive to requests and questions

Cons: Change of staff internally so the momentum was lost in getting the templates customized quickly

Pros: Easy to use, easy to learn, great support

Cons: that I did not get this Practice EHR sooner.

Pros: Easy to navigate, scheduling, confirmations

Cons: have not been able to upload patient forms for them to fill out

Cons: Download speeds could be more consistent. More control over template creation rather than going through support to implement.

Pros: Easy, had a point of contact to help us every step of the way during the implementation process.

Cons: Can be glitchy, the system was down for about 1-2 weeks and really caused major scheduling and delays in patient care.

Pros: Easy to navigate, easy to use, was easy to learn system

Cons: Sometimes there is a system delay then it refreshes

Pros: Practice EHR is pretty easy to use so i like that.

Cons: The Billing and Financial good be done better.

Pros: Ease of use. Response time when help ticket submitted.

Cons: Sometimes when reviewing patient chart, all of the visits don't show using chart link to review documented daily notes.

Pros: I go to many facilities and this sorts them out well

Cons: Takes time to set up letter head, change office address and get billing statement correct. When completed it looks grest.

Pros: Ease to submit electronic claimsCalendar use is pretty straight forward and clear
