With the addition of the mobile app, I really can't say enough good things about QuickESign. I've recently recommended it to a colleague, and now they're using it too. We utilize the simple and friendly Roku platform, and it's been a breeze. I've been using QuickESign for over 7 years now.
Pros: I can update my digital signage from anywhere, instantly. It's versatile, and the UI is clean and clear. It continues to get updates and improvements, and the customer service is fantastic. The cost is affordable, and it's easy to use!
Cons: Sometimes there are upload issues, but they're rare and quickly addressed by customer service. And sometimes when Roku makes an update, it changes QuickESign functionality, but those moments are rare and quickly addressed so that customers always have what they need.

Love it. I was going to try and use Google Slides but this ended up actually being easier to use with the products we already had on hand and easy for other employees to set up daily.
Pros: This was fast and easy to setup and get going on my current screen. We use the Roku player on the back of a FireTV and it works great. Super easy to edit on the fly.
Cons: I thought it was free for one screen but I ended up having to pay for the year. Not cool but it was so easy to set up and use I ended up just paying for it and may try to find another option next year when my one year paid is up.

Overall, QuickESign has been great and I have recommended the program to many people because of the ease of content management, the value of the program, and the scalability of the program.
Pros: QuickESign has been easy to use and easy for the team to learn. The ability to use it on any smart tv has been the biggest benefit.
Cons: Not a detriment of QuickESign, but using different tvs/monitors, it is difficult to work through settings and keeping the displays on at all times to make them effective digital signage

QuickESign has been the best option for displaying marketing flyers quickly and easily on our studio tv.
Pros: I appreciate the connection to Canva to quickly and easily link a platform I already use. I also appreciate being able to try it out for free for 7 days and the actual cost is reasonable.
Cons: QuickESign's platform is not the most intuitive user interface in my opinion. It took some time to play around with it to learn how to use it. Now that I've got it, it's not too bad.

Overall, it was very secure and very reliable. Did not expect it to go that way that it did especially with the capture of the signature motions most items that do it online don’t do it correctly.
Pros: I like that the integration between apps was very easy to read through from the app that was needing it for my job. I didn’t think signing was a real thing online.
Cons: The fact that the latency would give out certain times on how to recognize signatures faster than most apps, which have a pretty quick processing time, especially with iPhones
