Rise Vision

Pros: It works on everything! Very flexible, nice, and has everything I need. I enjoy using the schedules and the presentation designer.

Cons: It has a learning curve. But support can help. I really can't say anything bad about the product because it doesn't get in the way.

Pros: What I like most about Rise Vision now is how simple and efficient it is to manage content across multiple screens. The platform makes it easy to create professional-looking displays using ready-made templates, and the scheduling feature allows me to update information in real time without any hassle. I also appreciate that it’s cloud-based, so I can make changes from anywhere, which saves time and keeps everything running smoothly.

Cons: One thing I like least about Rise Vision right now is that some of the customization options can feel a bit limited if you’re trying to create more complex or highly unique designs. While the templates are helpful, they can be restrictive at times. There’s also a slight learning curve when navigating certain features, especially for first-time users, and occasional lag when loading or updating content.

Pros: Rise Vision is incredibly easy to use. The program has allowed our school community to strengthen by allowing us to share information easily. It also allows us to celebrate and share success stories. I often will make a custom image graphic on Canva and be able to upload it onto Rise very easily! The user options are very easy to use - the amount of template presentations is truly overwhelming! There is so much there that you didn't even know that you needed! I have yet to need customer support, which is a good sign!

Cons: Sometimes I will upload just a picture into an image presentation. It is difficult to sometimes add text to it - it looks very plain and it's hard to center it.

Pros: I love the ease of use and the ton of templates they have available. They are adding more all the time and you can create your own in canva and import them to display on your screens. We use them to display our menus to students and staff.

Cons: So far nothing! We have not had any issues come up with the software. They have a great team available and are quick to answer emails if you have any problems.

Pros: It is easy to have multiple users access and able to upload and update content. It is also nice to be able to schedule screens to turn on and off.

Cons: The interface when upload your own custom designs is tricky. We have the images set to the correct dimensions of the TV it is displaying to, but then have to trial and error getting it to fit the way we want it because the interface doesn't "preview" the screen borders.

Pros: I like that it provides a safe and secure platform to provide useful information across the district I work in. It also provides great graphics when it comes to uploading images and videos onto the slide. There are not very many bugs or issues with this platform at all and and if there are customer support is usually right on it. I am not sure about the value for money as I do not deal with that aspect but I think it is a great platform

Cons: I think it would be nice if the user options for the platform were a little more broad. Easier tracking of your slides would be great as you are able to share it amongst different staff members

Pros: Dynamic & engaging content, user-friendly, & pre-existing slides you can easily modify with your information

Cons: There are no cons at this time. You will need consistent internet access to run the software to avoid any connectivity issues.

Pros: Very easy to use and very easy to send custom content to each individual display, ensuring the right audience sees the right content

Cons: The behind-the-scenes android-based UI on the displays and on the Rise Vision boxes feels a bit choppy and unpolished; however, the audience viewing the content never sees these screens, so it's a minor point.

Pros: Rise Vision is an exceptionally intuitive digital signage platform that makes managing high-impact displays effortless for any team. It offers a vast library of professionally designed, auto-updating templates; including a wide range of festive holiday options that keep your content fresh and relevant with minimal work. Its seamless integration with tools like Google Slides, Canva, and Instagram allows you to sync your creative assets instantly. Backed by a remarkably quick and responsive customer support team, Rise Vision is a powerful, reliable solution for modern communication.

Cons: It's still got a few bugs that need to be worked out with the Apple TV app. Some templates are not super customizable.

Pros: Ease of use and bountiful templated content. They are always releasing new content for focus months and holidays. The automatically updating content is cool!

Cons: Limited edit capability for some templates, especially those already tailored to a specific holiday. Compatibility with Apple TVs is a minus. You are not able to use a lot of great content because it will not play on Apple TVs. You also lose live broadcast capability because of Apple TVs.

Pros: Customer Support is great! They have created customized instructional videos for me when I needed assistance!

Cons: I initially had issues navigating the website, but with a little bit of assistance it was pretty easy to figure out.

Pros: The functionality, ease of use and navigation. The fun and festive templates are a plus! Whether you need to share something informative with the team or boost morale, you are covered with Rise Vision.

Cons: The image compatibility issues sometimes cause difficulties especially images captured on your mobile devices.

Pros: The pros of Rise Vision include its ease of user interface, pre-created templates, and its compatibility with AI-generated images and uniquely designed videos through software like Canva.

Cons: The one con of Rise Vision is the inability to "stretch" portrait sized images or videos into landscape mode in order to fill the frame completely on our monitors.

Pros: Very easy to use and set up, even for non-technical staff Strong template library makes professional displays quick to create Reliable for school announcements and communication across multiple screens

Cons: Pricing can be a concern, especially for smaller districts Some users report interface or scheduling features can be confusing Support response time can sometimes be slower than expected

Pros: I really appreciate how Rise Vision simplified getting information onto our displays and put everything under one management system. It allows us to micromanage down to different departments, who can then control the displays in their area. Most of our employees have been able to easily take hold of the built-in templates and edit them. The integration with Canvas was especially beneficial for our school district. Overall, it’s been the ease of use that stands out to us, and the initial setup was quick and easy.

Cons: The back end portal could use a little bit of reconfiguration. Sometimes you get lost in some of the menus.

Pros: I like that it was easy to learn and implement on a daily basis. I learned to use the system in a matter of minutes!

Cons: I have yet to come across any cons while using this system. If anything, it has became a much easier process.

Pros: Customer support is great, video and image upload if fantastic, and user interface is fun once you learn how to use everything, especially when combining it with Canva!

Cons: It was definitely hard to learn if you don't have a tech mind. It took me months to learn, from three different people, who all had three different ways of using it.

Pros: Easy to setup and deploy and the customer support is top notch. Working with Rise Vision is a joy. Thanks so Much!!

Cons: There really isn't much I don't like. There was a hiccup when I deployed my very first one but essentially my fault.

Pros: I like that we have muliple screen with multiple users and we can all post whatever we need to on our given screens.

Cons: RiseVision can be a llittle clunky and challenging to figure out initially. But after using it a few times it becomes much easier.

Pros: Rise Vision is an affordable way to create professional looking digital displays throughout your business, school, college, university, etc. It is easy to use, has great premade professional looking templates, works with other programs like Google Calendar and Canva, as well as your movie or video programs. It was easy to self-teach how to build and display across multiple displays as well. In addition, I love that it can be taken over at our district level in the event of an emergency and help to display any pertinent information.

Cons: Although very easy to use, it took a bit of time to figure out duplicating templates vs just creating multiple versions of the same template in order to display menus for each week. Other than that, amazingly easy to use.

Pros: RiseVison is very easy for a school system to setup on each screen and then deploy building/ district wide.

Cons: RiseVision is a little expensive when broken down by a per student amount for a small school district like ours.

Pros: Its a very intuitive application and is easy to implement within our library system. I liked that we had so much support getting started.

Cons: I wish there were more options to update the individual pre-made templates. Many are created with schools in mind but we are a public library.
