Pros: What I liked most about Zeetaminds is its easy-to-use interface and centralized content management. It allows us to control and update digital signage screens across multiple locations from a single dashboard, which saves a lot of time. The scheduling and playlist features make it simple to manage promotional content and campaigns. Another great aspect is the cloud-based system, which lets us update displays remotely without needing physical access to the screens. The platform is reliable for day-to-day operations, and the support team is responsive whenever assistance is needed.

Cons: The initial setup and device configuration can also take some time, especially when deploying across multiple screens. Additionally, a few advanced features require some learning at the beginning, so new users may need a little time to fully understand the platform. However, once everything is configured, the system works smoothly

Pros: Excellent product to use and very comfortable. Value for money and very easy to learn for new users.

Cons: UI, Display management and security. Design templates are useful to start to beginners. and no where issues found while using the application.

Pros: We needed a simple do all CMS to offer high end control over our QSR clients ,Zeetaminds went from let’s talk to being tested and offered to our projects within days. In all my years we have never had sales so rapidly This was us having foresight and willingness to learn something new after using the same CMS for the last 20 years change came instantly.

Cons: There are minor changes to some aspects that would improve usage I would also think a better scheduler is required. I am used to having a manual push of content .

It’s reliable, scalable and very practical for businesses that need quick content changes across many locations.

Cons: Some advanced features feel a bit limited without higher-tier plans and the pricing can become costly as the number of screens increases. Also, for first-time users, a few settings are not very intuitive and require some time to fully understand.

Pros: It has almost all the features I was looking for in a CMS. I particularly liked the DOOH features which were not available with other CMS

Cons: The widgets cannot be overlayed at the moment. I have discussed this with the team too and they have assured me it will be picked

Cons: dislike Zeetaminds' limitations with advanced reporting (like audience counting), some deeper integrations (finance/invoicing), and occasional slowness in the editor/image loading

Pros: Zeetaminds is an excellent digital signage platform with a very intuitive user interface and smooth performance. Content scheduling, device management, and real-time monitoring are extremely easy, even for first-time users. The cloud-based dashboard saves a lot of time and allows centralized control across multiple locations. Customer support is responsive and knowledgeable, which makes onboarding and troubleshooting hassle-free. Overall, it offers great value for money with powerful features.

Cons: While the platform is robust, a few advanced features could benefit from more detailed documentation or tutorials. Occasionally, minor UI improvements could enhance the user experience further, but these are very small issues compared to the overall benefits.

Pros: Its stable digital signage software, excellent support, ease of use (especially screens/dashboards), good value for money, and continuous feature updates at a consistent price.

Cons: The WiFi connectivity settings could be improved to be easier for non-technical store staff to handle.

Pros: User friendly and secured access. Our requirement is full filled. We can able to manage our displays in region wise.

Cons: Support is good . Timely manared our videos and align display groups. Multiple videos based on offers can run in displays by time schedule

Pros: Excellent product and support from the team. All responses are dealt with immediately and the product has been very stable.

Cons: Nothing much as such. Display management can be made more easier especially for our used case.

Cons: -No native HTML5/weather/news ticker widgets that are actually good -Minor but annoying: no bulk player reboot/power-off scheduling

Pros: The platform is really easy to use and easy to schedule the contents etc, totally user friendly software

Cons: Nothing much about to dislike it , but I would like to notify the synchronization function , eventhough it works well , I feel need some more fine tune … else all are perfect

Pros: Zeetaminds provides with simple and efficient made multiple display management. It also provide prompt response.

Cons: Pricing can be altered and there can be better discounts which are expected from Zeetaminds. Better pricing can be offered

Cons: Honestly, there’s nothing I dislike about Zeetaminds. Everything works smoothly and meets my expectations well.

Pros: Very easy to us the CMS Impressive features as well. Especially love the Canva Integration and API access

Cons: Nothing specific. Could improve the mobile version of the CMS. Had to think hard to come up with a drawback

Pros: Quality of the screens are very and dashboard was neat and very easy to handle. We love the screen clarity very much.

Cons: Nothing much to mention here. I find they are very good. They can improve WiFi connectivity settings to make easy for the staff to handle. Because store staff was not that much advenceed in modern electronics.

Pros: Ease of Use Easy for the customers to train & start using Simple User interface No connectivity issue very fexlible to use it across all major Brand's display

Cons: Yearly subscription costs are looked down upon customers as major brands like Samsung & LG give their software at a perpetual licence and basic version is free

Pros: Site is user friendly and they were able to make changes in the site as per our company requirements .

Cons: Nothing to say .No complaints at all . Very satisfied with their service

Pros: The flexibility of the software and the backend support by the team is excellent. On odd hours also we can able to reach the team.

Cons: No such negative feedback on Zeetamind as it delivers wat customer requires. Small feedback is the last published content is running continuously even schedule is not there.

Pros: Zeetamind CMS is a game-changer! The UI is so smooth and intuitive, it actually makes work feel fun. Everything’s right where you need it clean, fast, and just smart. Love the experience

Cons: The overall experience was great, but a few advanced features felt slightly hidden or required extra clicks to access. A bit more streamlining in navigation would make it even better and i don't have access for there canva .

Pros: Friendly and helpful user with full access to all available features and tools for an optimal experience
