XOGO Decision Signage helps businesses manage digital displays with cloud-based tools for playlist control and remote updates. It’s most used by IT and administrative teams in daily operations. Users value its ease of setup and centralized screen management, though many cite limited multi-screen support. Recent updates include browser-based playback and Microsoft Teams Rooms integration.

Amazing experience with xogo. Great value, convenient on Amazon fire stick and quick updates and customer service
Pros: Easy to use, prompt customer service. The user interface is amazing, very easy to update, manage and import files to playlist
Cons: There is nothing to dislike about the program. We've used other programs and this is by far the best

Really enjoy using the system for our signage - it gives us a clear and easy platform weith which to use.
Pros: Great simple interface to use for our signage at reception - was easy to set up and good to use adding media easy.
Cons: Nothing so far that we have come across has caused us any issues with the software and platform. All good

I dont come from a signage platform but i did try a couple of other vendors before trying XOGO and can easily say it us far better than the others i tested. The customization options available in the platform makes it better than the others.

Pros: The user interface is quite good with easy to follow menu options and there is enough documentation and videos available on Youtube for you to learn.
Cons: XOGO is an amazing signage platform but it can get pricey if you have a bigger inventory. From a platform perpective, it met all our requirments.

I hate it, i wish I had bought something else. I wish that there was a way to reset it and to start over.
Pros: The idea of this sounds amazing. I can stream whatever I want on my TV in my lobby with no monthly service charge. The thing is it’s not that amazing because I can’t update the videos.
Cons: I cant update the videos on my box. The software is very laggy and not very user friendly. There is no reset button on the device.

It has been a good experience and very easy to use and I cannot complain about right now just want more upgrade feature if possible.
Pros: What I like most about the XOGO Decision Signage is how easy and user friendly it is to use, and it is very easy to learn as well.
Cons: I wish there was more option for time set image or when we would like to use the image. For example, creating an image that we would like to display in a month but only have it up for a week.

Our offices have been using XOGO Decision Signage for almost two years, and overall, it's been a good experience. As with any electronic equipment, sometimes there are glitches/outages that require additional attention, but for the most part, we've been satisfied with our XOGO experience.
Pros: I never thought I'd say this, but working with the Technical Support team has been a breeze! They're always quick to respond!
Cons: From time to time, the devices we use are glitchy and need to be restarted. It can be a hassle having to manage all the devices around the globe when some are working and some aren't.

We were looking for digital signage to run on our expensive Microsoft Teams Rooms screens whenever they were sitting idle (not in a meeting). We have our MTR devices set to launch and run XOGO whenever they're idle for 3 minutes or more. It's kind of a like a screensaver on steroids - we display corporate comms, KPIs and our company Instagram whenever the screens are not in use. Pretty cool way to get a lot more value out of these expensive screens.
Pros: XOGO is super easy to set up and use. And the best part is -for our business anyway- that it's integrated directly into Microsoft Teams Rooms. We have our MTR devices set up to display signage anytime they are sitting idle.
Cons: Haven't really had any issues so far, once we got everything set up in XOGO and in the Microsoft Pro Mgmt. Portal (PMP). It just works.

It was my first time using XOGO Decision Signage and so far love it.
Pros: The thing I like most about XOGO Decision Signage would be the communication between management to employees.
Cons: The thing I least like XOGO would be the choice to put the slides in order. When creating my playlist, the slides sometimes get out of order.
Fatima B. · Human Resources Generalist · Human Resources · May 14, 2025
It's good...it does what we got it for. We only have one screen at the moment and that is very easy to handle.
Pros: It's a great way to distribute content to people. It's mostly easy to use and allows for a variety of file types.
Cons: That is has quite a few steps to upload. I understand why but I have to upload to the library first, then to the playlist and then add that playlist to the player...could probably one step less, e.g. anything that is uploaded to a playlist gets added to the library automatically.

Extremely good, licensing options are accurate
Pros: Really easy to implement all the things, stable config for MTRs
Cons: There could be templates (which can be modified easily) to notify people in an urgent situation

Very happy overall. No issues so far beyond what is mentioned in "least liked" section.
Pros: Great product that meets our display needs! We use the display for our daily job schedule for our trucking company. We show the schedule and other slides with company notices as well. Some have animation and others do not. It's nice to have both web address display and image/video display as well
Cons: Sometimes when slides are hidden, they still how on the slide show and they have to be fully removed from the playlist.

My overall experience with XOGO Decision Signage has been very positive and efficient. I found the product to be remarkably easy to use and quite fast, which has been a big plus. A major positive for me is how effectively it works and integrates specifically within Microsoft Teams Rooms, as that was my main reason for getting the platform. While I did run into a limitation with dual display support in that specific environment, I understand this is likely a technical issue with Microsoft's platform rather than a problem with XOGO itself, so I'm not faulting XOGO for that. Basically, I've had a highly favorable experience. I've really appreciated how easy it is to use and how quickly it performs, and it's been successful in integrating with how I intended to use it in Microsoft Teams Rooms, even with that minor external technical constraint.
Pros: Very easy to use, quite fast too. Works quite well on Microsoft Teams Rooms which was my main intention with the platform.
Cons: Lack of support for dual display within a Microsoft Teams room, likely an issue with Microsoft so not going to ding XOGO for that.

it's fine for basic stuff, we have to reset our device everyday as our Wi-Fi shuts down every night
Pros: That you can display and promote your products on a TV and that we can create little productions in our phones then transfer them to XOGO.
Cons: It's not user friendly at the beginning, unless you start researching and watching other people's tutorials then it makes sense. I'm not sure if the music has a copy right restriction, but have to use other resources.

My overall experience with XOGO Decision Signage was positive. It’s a solid platform for businesses looking for a quick, reliable, and easy-to-manage digital signage solution. The setup process is smooth, the interface is intuitive, and content updates are seamless thanks to the cloud-based system. It worked well for basic to moderate signage needs without requiring extensive technical knowledge.
Pros: What I liked most about XOGO Decision Signage is its simplicity and flexibility. The platform makes it incredibly easy to turn any screen into a digital sign within minutes, and the cloud-based content management system ensures updates can be done remotely and instantly. I also appreciate its compatibility with a wide range of devices — from Windows PCs to Android and Raspberry Pi — making it cost-effective and scalable for businesses of any size. The user-friendly interface, combined with powerful scheduling and playlist features, really sets it apart in the digital signage space.
Cons: What I liked least about XOGO Decision Signage was its limited customization options for more advanced users. But it can be provided in future when expansion.

Its been really good, just dont want to constantly be resetting them.
Pros: It's great. Easy to use and can organise them all from one place
Cons: They seem to go offline a lot and need to be physically reset.
Alex C. · IT · Logistics and Supply Chain · May 6, 2025
Pros: Simplicity and easy to use. Integrates well.
Cons: Customer support is not proactive. We need to do lot of follow ups.
Nagur S. · Senior Cloud Security Engineer · Telecommunications · May 5, 2025
Very good. We are able to communicate with our tenants much easier. And play educational videos.
Pros: Being able to post different announcements on each TV or message board. Makes it much easier to send mass messages.
Cons: software is a little difficult to learn. Wish the item you are posting would show on your desktop as it shows on the TV so you can edit it if you need to.
Lisa S. · Executive Director · Government Administration · May 1, 2025
Has been really good so far. No problems. Can easily change over all the tv units we have at the same time.
Pros: It bears changing out usb all the time and can quickly get all tvs to run the new PowerPoint in a click of a button
Cons: The setup process did take a good amount of time. But in the end was really worth it.
Chris G. · Facility Tech · Machinery · May 1, 2025
This has been a pleasant experience thus far. The customer service provided by [sensitive content hidden] at XOGO has been phenomenal as well.
Pros: I like how user friendly the website is and the ease of adding, editing and making changes.
Cons: No Cons so far! We are still in the initial testing stages but haven't had any problems.
Haley P. · Executive Assistant · Airlines/Aviation · October 2, 2024
Still trying to understand how we can utilize it in a useful way.
Pros: Integrations with Microsoft and brightsign.
Cons: User experience isn't easy to understand. Very minimal capabilities of the platform. Zero integrations for dynamic content.
Shane P. · Customer Experience Manager · Telecommunications · October 2, 2024
I found XOGO when I was looking for a Signage software to stream content in our office. I want a online management system, where I can setup and test easily, where I can update the sources (pictures, videos, web dahsboards, powerBI reports, etc) and manage the content that I want to stream in the screens. Also, one tool that doesn't require aditional hardware. And finally I found out all of this and much more within XOGO Signage Software.
Pros: Felixibility, agility and usability. XOGO provides a excellent range of options to stream and through a very user-friendly interface it is possible to adapt the content in real-time using just one click. Its really good!
Cons: So far, except the features that I don't have availble because I still only use free version, everything is perfect!
Pedro S. · Serviceability Manager · Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing · September 27, 2024
THis was a nice solution that was cheaper to implememnt then some of the other platforms.
Pros: This is a nice simple solution for displaying non-complex digital signage messages and content.
Cons: Lacks the complex banners and multiply types of content in a single pane.
Joe W. · Director of IT · Entertainment · July 22, 2024
So far good, had one hangup that was quickly found to be a player issue.
Pros: The ease of use and cloud based format makes it easy to update for anywhere on anything.
Cons: I haven't really found any had "cons" yet
Matthew P. · LT Tech · E-Learning · July 22, 2024
I had no issues once setup was complete It has been a low maintenance product.
Pros: easy use to use very well laid out and consistent up time
Cons: hard setup to connect to wifi and get it to configure , but once setup and configured is fine.
Nathan O. · IT Manager · Mining & Metals · February 29, 2024
Overall, I'm happy with it. I have learned that I can only give it 1 or 2 play options for it not to glitch. But it is still an awesome product. Just minor frustrations.
Pros: I like the way it works with the tv sets that i have on hand. It makes it stand out and its easy to change if needed.
Cons: It seems to be very glitchy. The screen will go black and it needs to be unplugged for it to reset itself.
