Pros: The fast and continuous development of the platform. The recently introduced AI features are especially valuable. They make it much easier to create helpful content and support materials, allowing us to assist our users more efficiently.
Cons: The Tours and hints are often hard to postion and to create in a way that they work for desktop AND mobile. That could be improved.

The pre and post-sale service has been great. The onboarding process has been smooth, and the engineering team have said it was pretty easy to implement. Overall, it's been great, and I look forward to really looking into some of the more creative features.
Pros: Product Fruits follows the fundamentals of this type of product. Allows user to create unpublished flows and surveys etc. But the nuance of audience selection is really helpful. The kinds of comms we provide to our customers really needs to be select, so this was a key factor in our decision making process.
Cons: There is still a small learning curve, so not knowing this genre of app might create some challenges for a new user.

My overall experience with Product Fruits has been largely positive — it’s a practical, no-nonsense tool that does what it says it will. We didn’t have to jump through hoops to get it working, and it’s given our team a way to communicate and educate directly inside the product without having to lean on engineering every time. From a day-to-day standpoint, it’s made it easier to roll out feature tours, in-app announcements, and guided onboarding paths for new users. The segmentation piece has been especially helpful — being able to target content based on user type or account size has allowed us to deliver more relevant experiences, which is critical when you’re supporting both enterprise accounts and smaller teams with very different needs.
Pros: $7c
Cons: Limited Visual Flexibility: Design options are serviceable but not fully on-brand. There’s some customization (colors, logos, etc.), but layouts and animations feel a bit rigid. If you’re picky about pixel-perfect alignment with your product UI, you’ll notice the constraints. Analytics Could Be Deeper: You can see basic engagement (views, completions), but you don’t get much behavioral insight beyond that. We’re compensating by layering PostHog analytics on top, but ideally, I’d want more native reporting — e.g., correlation between tour completion and feature adoption. Segment Syncing Limitations: Product Fruits doesn’t yet support robust two-way syncs with CRMs like HubSpot or customer data platforms. That means we rely on manual uploads or API workarounds to align segments — not ideal when you’re trying to keep messaging dynamic and data-driven

Using Product Fruits has been a smooth and intuitive experience. I’ve built product tours, hints, checklists, and pop-ups with ease thanks to its user-friendly interface and flexible setup. The support has been excellent - FAQs are clear, and live chat is responsive and helpful. While the reporting tools could be more comprehensive and cross-environment copying isn’t seamless, these are minor trade-offs for a platform that makes onboarding and in-app guidance simple and effective. Overall, it’s a reliable tool that empowers teams to create engaging user journeys with minimal effort.
Pros: Product Fruits has been a fantastic tool for building product tours, hints, checklists, and pop-ups. Its intuitive interface makes it easy to design and deploy in-app guidance without technical complexity. I’ve found it especially helpful for onboarding flows and feature adoption prompts. The support is excellent - FAQs are clear and comprehensive, and live chat has been consistently responsive and knowledgeable. Whether you're enhancing user engagement or reducing support queries, Product Fruits delivers a seamless experience. It’s a reliable, user-friendly platform that empowers teams to create impactful, personalised user journeys with minimal effort and maximum flexibility. Highly recommended for SaaS teams.
Cons: While Product Fruits excels in usability and support, there are a couple of limitations worth noting. The reporting and analytics features are relatively basic, which can make it harder to track the performance of onboarding flows or user interactions in depth. Additionally, not all elements - such as checklists - can be seamlessly copied between environments, which adds friction when managing staging and production setups. It means that these elements need to be rebuilt which is a bit time-consuming. These aren’t deal-breakers, but they’re important considerations for teams looking to scale or analyse impact more rigorously.

Product Fruits has made communicating with users so much more convenient. The learning curve was minimal, and it integrates smoothly into my workflow. Instead of spending hours coordinating updates, I can publish and share them instantly, which keeps momentum going and users engaged. Also whenever I was stuck, their team was always quick to respond with solutions and suggestions.
Pros: It’s incredibly quick and easy to use. I don’t need to rely on engineering or design resources since it’s fully no-code, and I can share product updates seamlessly in just a few minutes. It really simplifies keeping users informed.
Cons: Some customization options feel a bit limited, would be great to have more flexibility in styling to match brand guidelines more closely.
Ysabella M. · Product Marketing Manager · Information Technology and Services · September 15, 2025
Pros: The support in product fruits is unreal (good!). So patient, super friendly and are always able to find a solution. As a super beginner, this is so valuable. Also product fruits truely understands where to place self-help items, which helps a lot with the frustration that comes when learning something new. I also really like the way you build a flow.
Cons: There are minor things that aren't super intuitive: Renaming the steps in a flow, how you have to click away from editing when wanting to navigate on a page. Minor stuff.
Kalypso M. · Customer Success Manager · Marketing and Advertising · September 5, 2025
Pros: Very intuitive to set up and use — minimal learning curve. Flexible options for creating guided tours, tooltips, and checklists without coding. Good balance between simplicity and customization. Smooth integration into existing workflows. Helpful analytics to track engagement and completion rates.
Cons: The UI could feel a bit limiting when trying to design more polished or branded experiences. Some advanced customization (styling, layout control) requires extra workarounds. Analytics are helpful but could go deeper (e.g., more granular user-level insights). Occasional small quirks when setting up complex flows across multiple pages.

Pros: In general, Product Fruits is very user-friendly. It's well-structured and features an attractive, intuitive interface.
Cons: Product Fruits is quite expensive, so if you don't plan to use it regularly and consistently, it may not be very cost-effective.

Product Fruits is a really helpful platform even for us firms that are non-English countries. It's really convenient for PMs or Marketing departments to make real quick changes and announcments as our SaaS updates.
Pros: 1. Easy to learn 2. Includes most of the functions that can quickly solve customer problems 3. Big time saver for PMs to post notifications or tutorials online without coding
Cons: 1. different pages' tours can't be linked together 2. Sometimes pointers for elements shows up late 3. If my subscribtion is expiring, it'd be better to recieve a notification since functionas like these we usually check in monthly so it's easy to miss the renewal
Nikki C. · Product Manager · Marketing and Advertising · August 25, 2025
Once you get through the trial-and-error and nuances, it does what it's supposed to, and looks good doing it.
Pros: End results look great. Lots of flexibility in what content is delivered and to whom. Most of the development is intuitive.
Cons: Took a few tries to get the payload right when adding custom elements. Some features/settings were organized in a way that wasn't as intuitive as it could have been. Took some searching to find out why some accounts were being suppressed.

I'm quite satisfied with migrating to Product Fruits thanks to its wide range of features, excellent value for money ratio, and overall experience.
Pros: Product Fruits is the most cost-effective digital adoption platform in the market. It offers a wide range of features, including powerful tours, surveys, a knowledge base, and more, all seamlessly integrated.
Cons: At times, the product seems a little raw, but it's understandable since it's been on the market for not a long time and seems to be evolving rapidly. Also, the browser extension used for editing the tours has some frequent bugs that fortunately don't prevent the work from being done.
Erick C. · Product Marketing Manager · Computer Software · August 11, 2025
Pros: It is easy to use. I like the Help Center.
Cons: It would be very useful if the documentation could be translated in other languages. In addition i would like to be added subcategories/groups in Life Ring Button, inside of a group of Home tabs. Additionally i would like to be able to change the background in Life Ring Button / Launcher icon.

Pros: In addition to that, their support and reactiveness is fantastic. I have interacted several times with them and they were always super supportive in finding solutions or even implementing quick fixes.
Cons: CSS selection for hints can be tricky sometimes

We've had an excellent experience with Product Fruits. Everyone goes above and beyond to be helpful. Support is extremely responsive. The software itself is extremely easy to use, intuitive and user friendly. It's also endlessly customizable and we have been able to quickly implement things.
Pros: How easy it is to use and how fast it is to learn. It's also very affordable. We got more features than we wanted and they're all useful to us. They're constantly updating and improving and adding new features. It's fun to use and never frustrating. We're enjoying learning how to use each feature and implementing them for our customers.
Cons: Some advanced features are difficult to figure out but the support is always able to help. We're looking forward to a better integration with our CRM Hubspot.
