Xodo Sign

Pros: I have been using this product for almost 4 years, and have RARELY had a hiccup. Not only is it cost-effective as a business, but it is also extremely easy for my customers to use considering the intuitive prompts given for anyone that I asked to use it. Document management has been seamless for both myself and my customers, and I almost forget about the issues I dealt with beforehand with other E-sign platforms. The level of integration that this program has with my estimation software in Builder Prime is top notch, and I will continue to recommend it to anyone who will listen.

Cons: If it is even considered a con, I would say that the only issues that have risen over the course of my time using XODO Signh almost entirely tied to other service providers, not having the bandwidth to integrate e-signature 24 seven. Customers that I’ve worked with that are a little bit older have had almost no issues using this, but occasionally they will get confused with the E sign process in general that is not specific to XODO.

Pros: It love its simplicity and its dashboard. Its nice to have something that you can just login to and it works.

Cons: Not a lot - its all great. There is very little that is hard to use or annoying about the program. Very good job.

Pros: It's very easy to use! Once you get the general idea of how it works, you're good to go. I feel like my clients appreciate the ease of being able to sign contracts online.

Cons: Initially it took a little bit of time for me to get my contracts loaded into the system. I feel like i had to go through it 3 or 4 times before the whole system clicked for me.

Pros: The site is very user-friendly and is perfect for what I need for my business. I have few issues with the platform, either myself or with the signers of the documentation. Overall, its worth the monthly cost.

Cons: With the SMS verification feature, you cannot change the number after the document has been sent out. So, if you input the wrong number you have to cancel the document and resend it again regardless if other parties have already signed. As well, would like if it had the ability to save message templates for the email messages that are sent to the document signers.

Pros: Easy setup, easy login, easy UI – has all the features a self-employed freelancer would need. It is easy to invite others to sign on their behalf and get contracts digitalised fast. No more email rumble back and forth!

Cons: There isn’t much I don’t like about Xodo. Of course, there could always be improvements to the UI but this works also. I have got nothing to complain about.

Pros: Xodo Sign is very user friendly and easy to navigate for beginners. I liked that they offered 3 documents a month for the free membership.

Cons: I wish they offered more than 3 free documents a month with the free membership because I've had a few instances where a client wanted to revise details in the contract after it was already sent and there is no way to be able to edit the document that you sent out so you have to use another one of your "free document" spots to send a revised contract.

Pros: The interface is intuitive, making it simple to upload, sign, and send documents quickly.

Cons: It was pretty slow syncing and document upload delays..... Customer support could be more responsive or helpful......

Pros: I discover Henrii unpropose and I can be able to use it for years. It was easy to use and Useful to send more than a document

Cons: I use Henrii for years and it’s too bad that it’s still not in French. Moreover it’s such a shame that’s not even accessible freely

Pros: Xodo Sign makes it easy to set up templates for frequently used documents, as well as easy to prepare these documents for signature. We have been using Xodo Sign for several years and have found it more user friendly and budget friendly than similar programs on the market.

Cons: I do wish there was a way to set up a document that could be signed by more than one administrator. When we send documents out, we need a manager to sign them when they come back, but that manager could be one of 5 or 6 different people. Currently we all have to use the same login to make this happen.

Pros: I like the ease of using the platform. The user interface is easy to understand and navigate, and I can complete all of the tasks I need in one place. Signatures, document editing, templates – they just make it easy; and easy is better for me.

Cons: I don't have any complaints about the functionality of the platform, I think my initial confusion was the changing of the brand to Xodo Sign. I didn't know what it was at first, but I've been a member since eversign.

Pros: What I appreciate most is the ease of use when I am sending docs to my clients. Xodo is intuitive for my clients to use so I avoid delays of signatures.

Cons: My least favorite Xodo Sign experience was due to user error. It was easily addressed with support.

Pros: So versatile and allows clients to easily sign. I love the layout

Cons: Nothing I really enjoy easy access and accessibility allows even my senior clients easy access

Pros: i like that i can just input my signature and that it's already saved in. i also like that i can customize the branding to fit my business

Cons: the document limit per month, 3 documents per month isn't enough for my business

Pros: They're so easy to use, and the platform is so seamless. Makes my job easier all the time.

Cons: I haven't yet found something that I don't like about Xodo sign.

Pros: This system was easy and simple to use, our clients loved it, easy to create templates, and upload documents.

Cons: They suspended our plan without notice, at 5pm on Friday evening, with no ability to contact their support due to apparent bounce back's or email complaints. We only ever send stuff to our clients for signing and we have the clients email address correct in our database. This is a ridiculous way to operate a system, close it down without at least checking with the client first. We'll certainly be using somebody else in the future.

Pros: Easy to use and quick. You can use templates and save a persons information.

Cons: Cannot give admin rights to two people. Always asks for email verification. Branding is kind of unclear. Is it eversign or xodo sign?

Pros: It has an intuitive interface, making it easy for anyone to sign and send documents. Works on multiple devices and documents signed on Xodo Sign are secure and legally recognised.

Cons: It had quite limited features in free plan, but already helpful, specially if you just have very occasional docs to sign and don't need to bulk send it.

Pros: Easy to use-it took me just a few minutes to get going.

Cons: Nothing so far-everything works as ecpected

Pros: We have recently started using Xodo sign to speed up the processes involved. So far, this has worked perfectly with Xodo sign

Cons: Not everything has been translated into German yet. Example emails

Pros: I recently used Xodo Sign for electronic signatures, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The platform is user-friendly, allowing me to upload, sign, and send documents seamlessly within minutes.

Cons: It would be great if they offered more customization options for signatures and templates.

Ces atouts optimisent le processus et réduisent les délais de traitement. Je recommande sans hésitation.

Cons: Je n'ai pas assez utiliser le logiciel pour avoir des points négatifs.

Pros: I loved that it’s super easy to use and very intuitive. I did not need to look up instructions on how to do anything!

Cons: Honestly I can’t think of any cons. It did the job I asked of it with perfection.
