Pros: Easy to use at any location. I like that I am able to save cover page templates to save time when sending faxes.

Cons: There is nothing I do not like about Documo at this time. I cannot think of anything to improve at this time.

Pros: Seamless JaneApp integration, easy to use, reliable faxing with zero downtime. User friendly for all team members.

Cons: Found out they had issues with a few of the numbers they had provided us - worked with them AT& T and local reseller of lines in our rural area and they just kept needing and needing from the others (100 plus days) - and stated they could do nothing unless these were provided. THEIR NUMBERS AND THEY WANTED EVERYONE ELSE to find their problems...we ended our association with them immediately upon their pithy responses to the problem of theirs that noone locally in 17 years of being in the business had been asked to provide..

Pros: The days of a traditional fax machine aren't as popular these days plus receiving a document isn't always legible. By using the cloud to deliver, it's a much faster way to do so from anywhere and the documents looks the same just as when it was sent.

Cons: I don't see any Cons about this software as I have been using it for only a little bit and there are only plusses about it.

Pros: The user interface is very easy to navigate and the porting process took just a few minutes to convert our old fax line to e-fax. Hippa compliance was also important. It was nice that everything we needed was included in one low price package.

Cons: That everyone can view the history if they have access to that fax line.

Pros: I have been using mfax for over a year now. Easy to set up and support is unmatched. I was able to port 2 voip phone numbers that were costing me $75/month. Now I pay $85/year for 2 numbers. One I use as my default fax number and the other I have basically parked there so I wouldn't lose it. Overall, the best fax software I've used over the past 10 years.

Cons: Not much to complain about. I have been very satisfied.

Pros: The simplicity of integrating the fax API with an existing fax application and the great customer service and support.

Cons: None as of now, would be great if it supported faxes to more international destinations.

Pros: The website product is very easy to use. We operate most of it through email programs. The ability to combines files to one PDF was a game changer for our office. I am sure there are other features available but we make the most of the features we use most.

Cons: The system is able to give a total count of pages sent at the end of the bill cycle. It would be helpful to know the count during the cycle.

Pros: I have been with mfax for over 2 years. During this time I have had the pleasure of watching this company grow from an internet faxing service to a full scale business faxing company, servicing both small & large companies. I use mfax at least once monthly. My favorite feature of this software is the ability to fax documents via email. Customer service is excellent, responsive, and courteous. They send out email updates when new features are added. There are many bells and whistles that I do not use because I have no need for it, such as the ability to fax documents from other cloud drives. There is no other product on the market with this many features that you can get at their price point.

Cons: My only con is not being able to fax documents from my camera roll on my iPhone. I would really like for them to update this feature.

Pros: Excellent replacement for legacy fax machines. Support’s paperless policy and provides easier and more secure solution.

Pros: The integration of MFax with Skyetel integration was a very easy process. MFax allows you to easily use the Skyetel fax #'s within their interface. Training of our staff has been an easy process, and they have caught on to it very well.

Cons: For the most part, I am completely satisfied with the product.

Pros: It's extremely easy to use and set up and I like that faxes come directly to my email in-box, I never have to search for them.

Cons: I feel like it's takes somewhat longer to send out a fax using this software than it does with a traditional in-office fax machine. It's not a major setback, just something I have noticed.

Pros: This product has enabled us to save on paper and toner by only printing the incoming faxes we need and deleting all spam. Sending faxes has also saved on paper and toner with the ease of uploading pdf instead of printing documents.

Cons: It would be useful if the info page that shows successful transmission of fax had an image of what was faxed.

Pros: the ability to import the faxes into the charts with out printing cut down on a lot of double work and seed the process up

Pros: The Fax from email users for user's with an account is extremely useful as they only need to use the number with the customized email domain; and then you get a processing and completed/error report email sent back depending on if it succeeded or not. That allows users to keep track of sent faxes and their success without any additional effort. Capability to either invite users to directly setup their info and credentials or setup user accounts manually as admin and then provide the password or have them reset it afterwards. The optional Drive storage capability is super useful as well as the document/image converter for faxes that are on the user's fax home page.

Cons: The invite user doesn't allow the admin to specify their information until after the user activates the account; where as inviting the user to an account with their info already configured would be more useful as an administrator.

Pros: The software is easy to use and customer service was quick to respond to our inquiries.

Cons: We have no negative experiences with this software or the company.

Pros: mFax is the most convenient software to use in comparison to other software. The simple process of inserting a fax number and various options to attach a file makes it very simple and easy to use. Customer Service of an organization makes it stand apart from competition and mFax has never disappointed us in this domain as well. Kudos to team mFax.

Cons: The fax status report delivery is bit slow.

Pros: We deliver VoIP service to our customer base via public internet trunk connections - but faxing is not going to work consistently on VoIP. Until we signed up with mFax/Documo we were sending our phone customers to efax or other providers. Now we have a branded fax solution and we don't have to refer business to competitors. Support has been awesome!

Cons: It takes some getting used to, to understand the hierarchy of child accounts and how they are managed.

Pros: Easy, quick. Love feeling confident that the recipient has gotten what I sent.

Cons: There is nothing I have been unhappy with in the slightest.
