Pros: Easy to use software at an excellent price point. Easy integration with just about any file type and promptly get support.

Cons: The thing I liked least was that it lacked some of the features as a free user. Some other platforms have the paid features for free.

Pros: Very simple to use, with clean, organized document management and a smooth signing process. Efficient overall.

Cons: So far everything works well; no major downsides yet, though long‑term use will tell, unfortunately we haven't had budget to use the paid version yet

Pros: Very user-friendly and way less cumbersome than, say, Adobe. It does take a while to load your document, but, afterward, everything's nice.

Pros: Sometimes when we get documents to sign it becomes a difficult task because we sometimes have to alter the formating of the document in order to paste a picture of our signature or just sign by typing our names. Digisigner makes it easier to sign contracts and documents. I sent it to 1000's of my workers and all have successfully learned how to sign.

Cons: I dont like that we can only sign 3 documents per month. Although I know it is business. It is very good though.

Pros: The platform offered a free service to send documents for digital signature. The ease of use was fantastic and the contract signing ability was superb.

Cons: Only temporarily free and not infinite. The platform and application would be much more valuable to myself and the organization if it offered longer free services.

Cons: The layout of the final documents feels a bit simplistic, but was clean There were minimal frustrations, so it is difficult to find a lot of cons for this service

Cons: The landing/home page seemed a bit outdated and didn't leave a good first initial impression on how actually good the service is. Especially the fonts and hero section. I feel like modernizing it a bit would help, changing the font, banners and pictures would help

Cons: Over the past few months, I have used it for signing documents and my experience has been entirely positive. The app is very user-friendly, and even as a first-time user, I had no difficulty navigating it. The icons are well-positioned and intuitive, making the signing process smooth and efficient. I was able to use the features effectively without confusion or delays. The app performed exactly as expected and made my work easier and more convenient. Overall, I had no challenge using it.

Pros: Very simple to use, cost effective, and secure. Would recommend to others and will use in the future.

Cons: None I can immediately notice. Perhaps I would like to see an option between the free version and one step up price wise.

Pros: It is easy for the recipient to sign. I like way it auto populates the client's names/emails, when I need to put people's name in for the second document to sign

Cons: I dislike or say the con that I find is it only allows 2 free signatures which is not enough for a beginner to test out.

Cons: None- suits my small business needs. If any minor improvements, I would say when I made a mistake and sent the form- I personally did not know how to edit the file before final signatures were made- maybe use training on my end.

While the service is top-tier, the transition from the free tier to a paid subscription once you surpass a specific number of signings felt a bit steep. I would love to see more flexible or mid-tier options for users who have moderate signing volumes but aren't yet ready for a full enterprise-level commitment.
