Well it is pretty much good compared to a different docu sign tool, the design itself is purely a friendly user.
Pros: It is very easy to use especially when e signature is required in the documents kudos to the owner, I really love it.
Cons: So far it is oustanding, I don't have anything to say about what I like least about DigiSigner so far its doing good.

DigiSigner is very simple and easy to use for the people like me. Till now we tried several such tools and we can say in one line "Its the best user friendly tool"
Pros: DigiSigner is very simple and easy to use for the people like me. Till now we tried several such tools and we can say in one line "Its the best user friendly tool" Easy to find the required actions/buttons/upload/send to recipient/sign etc
Cons: Free version - it should be helpful for people trying it with FREE version. Either it should offer more e.g. 20 documents/month or there should not be a free version. We have so many different tools and to decide which one, we need more options to try out. Sending a document to multiple recipient for signing feature is required to try out.

Our overall experience with DigiSigner has been satisfactory. We’ve used it three to four times, and each time the process was smooth, straightforward, and reliable. The platform delivered on its promise of ease of use, making document uploads and contract signing quick and hassle-free. While we haven’t explored its more advanced features yet, for our needs it provided a convenient and efficient solution without complications. In short, DigiSigner proved to be a practical tool that met our expectations and worked well for the tasks we required.
Pros: lightweight and affordable eSignature solution that excels in ease of use, responsive customer support, and straightforward document and contract signing, making it particularly valuable for freelancers and small businesses who need reliable signing and basic workflow management without a steep learning curve. Its strengths lie in intuitive navigation, quick setup, organized document tracking, and secure contract execution, while also offering simple task and workflow management features that help small teams stay coordinated.
Cons: DigiSigner’s limitations become apparent for larger organizations, as it lacks advanced workflow automation, deep third-party integrations, and enterprise-level task management tools, and its customer support is not available 24/7. Overall, it delivers strong value for money in smaller-scale contexts but may feel too basic or restrictive for companies with complex document management and workflow needs.

I like the detailed tracking and confirmation of signature page provided at the end of the document to confirm signature is valid
Pros: How easy and well explained it was to use. You can custom make the signature space on your document
Cons: The software system sometimes was not compatible with other recipients systems and needed to be sent multiple times

Excellent overall, very little items to complain about really. Will for sure be a repeat user of this service!
Pros: Easy to use software at an excellent price point. Easy integration with just about any file type and promptly get support.
Cons: The thing I liked least was that it lacked some of the features as a free user. Some other platforms have the paid features for free.

Pros: Very simple to use, with clean, organized document management and a smooth signing process. Efficient overall.
Cons: So far everything works well; no major downsides yet, though long‑term use will tell, unfortunately we haven't had budget to use the paid version yet

The free trial was fine. And written before, this was much better than what Adobe offers. If I had to choose between the two, I would pick DigiSigner.
Pros: Very user-friendly and way less cumbersome than, say, Adobe. It does take a while to load your document, but, afterward, everything's nice.
Cons: You got to give us a free version – I'll take ads on it, don't care! The free trial simply not cutting it.

Great - I love that my customers dont have trouble accessing it most of the time and that the boomer generation can even use it
Pros: The legality portion is amazing and I love that I can do this quick and easy from my phone if I’m out and about
Cons: I don’t like that sometimes it won’t send to recipient and I have to send it multiple times to get them to sign it.

I have shared digisigner with 1000's of workers and business owners because it is very easy to use. I mostly use it for signing contracts as I have many projects which require me to sign.
Pros: Sometimes when we get documents to sign it becomes a difficult task because we sometimes have to alter the formating of the document in order to paste a picture of our signature or just sign by typing our names. Digisigner makes it easier to sign contracts and documents. I sent it to 1000's of my workers and all have successfully learned how to sign.
Cons: I dont like that we can only sign 3 documents per month. Although I know it is business. It is very good though.

Great! The product was easily accessible and offered a simple tutorial in case the platform was to hard to navigate.
Pros: The platform offered a free service to send documents for digital signature. The ease of use was fantastic and the contract signing ability was superb.
Cons: Only temporarily free and not infinite. The platform and application would be much more valuable to myself and the organization if it offered longer free services.

It was a great and very easy experience to use this service for my clients. It provided exactly what was needed.
Pros: The DigiSigner's value matched how much I invested into it. It ease of use allowed my clients to easily navigate its features for contract signing, document management and workflow management.
Cons: I do not have any cons for this product, as I said before I really enjoyed using it for my small business needs.

DigiSigner free version was very helpful to our small microschool. We needed a document signed from a board member that was remote and she was able to sign it with minimal instructions.
Pros: Easy to use, easy for those with limited technology experience, helped with getting documents signed by a remote board member simple layout
Cons: The layout of the final documents feels a bit simplistic, but was clean There were minimal frustrations, so it is difficult to find a lot of cons for this service

I had a document that required multiple signatures. While waiting on the hierarchy of my organization to approve my license for Acrobat Pro, I did a search for applications that did not have the usual limitations of a number of signers, more than 1 document per month, on the free account. DigiSigner was the ticket! With its free account, I had up to 3 documents per month with unlimited signatures. That is why I chose this platform.
Pros: The ease of use and the ability to have multiple signers were what grabbed my attention for the free account.
Cons: Not applicable. I have only used this application once, and have not really seen anything that I did not like.

It's been great. So far we haven't used it for many documents, but the 3/month free document signing options, automatic emails has been really great. No customer service experience yet as we haven't had any issues with it.
Pros: Ease of use and signing features. Branding options too. I'm currently on the free plan and it has provided me a lot of value.
Cons: The landing/home page seemed a bit outdated and didn't leave a good first initial impression on how actually good the service is. Especially the fonts and hero section. I feel like modernizing it a bit would help, changing the font, banners and pictures would help

Excellent. I have been using DigiSigner for several months, and my overall experience has been excellent. The app is very user-friendly, making it easy to use even for first-time users. The interface is clean and well-organized, with icons placed logically for quick and easy access. The signing process is smooth, efficient, and reliable, allowing me to complete tasks without any difficulty. I was able to use all the features properly without experiencing errors or confusion. The app has significantly simplified my work and saved me time compared to traditional signing methods. Performance has been consistent, and the digital signatures work as expected. I appreciate how straightforward and practical the app is, as it delivers exactly what it promises. Overall, I have no negative feedback, as the app meets my needs and provides a seamless and dependable digital signing experience.
Pros: It was easy to use. A first time user wouldn’t have difficulty using it. Process are well explained.
Cons: Over the past few months, I have used it for signing documents and my experience has been entirely positive. The app is very user-friendly, and even as a first-time user, I had no difficulty navigating it. The icons are well-positioned and intuitive, making the signing process smooth and efficient. I was able to use the features effectively without confusion or delays. The app performed exactly as expected and made my work easier and more convenient. Overall, I had no challenge using it.

Pros: Very simple to use, cost effective, and secure. Would recommend to others and will use in the future.
Cons: None I can immediately notice. Perhaps I would like to see an option between the free version and one step up price wise.
Dave R. · Owner · Health, Wellness and Fitness · January 26, 2026
I can navigate it well. It is user friendly and most people that sign for the first time can figure it out easily.
Pros: It is easy for the recipient to sign. I like way it auto populates the client's names/emails, when I need to put people's name in for the second document to sign
Cons: I would like a red line strike through option. I can use the black text and "X" through a change. I feel red line ability would be used a lot.

I urgently need may virtual signature because I need to put it in the application. I searched some site about it and this one is easy to use.
Pros: It is easy to use and available for everyone. Free download and you can use it easily. Most importantly, it is a wide range of tools
Cons: It is limited feedback user. It lacks of transparency that’s why it is hard for other user to trust but if you try this site you’ll know.

I enjoy using it, I think other apps should also learn to create an integration between an actual email and signing platform
Pros: Simplicity, it's really simple to use, it was so easy for me to understand around how to use it the moment I logged in. The best is actually that it shows my real email as the actual sender.
Cons: I dislike or say the con that I find is it only allows 2 free signatures which is not enough for a beginner to test out.

It was great!! Definitely plan on using it going forward and continuing to recommend it to friends and family.
Pros: Great value for money. Really easy to use and send to others for signing & good file management system
Cons: The limited availability on the free version could be improved or if there’s a way to stack more free signing
Gurinder A. · Treasurer · Civic & Social Organization · January 20, 2026
Pros: Ease of use, value for my money, contract signing, work flow management. Document management, overall a great product.
Cons: I do not have any cons to share at the moment. I am overall satisfied with what I have been experiencing with this product.

Wonderful experience overall- the cost structure for small businesses, ease of use and the turn around time for someone who has never used the tool are the differentiator
Pros: Value for money for small business Ease of use- was so easy to jump right in, create a document and send to my customer for signature
Cons: None- suits my small business needs. If any minor improvements, I would say when I made a mistake and sent the form- I personally did not know how to edit the file before final signatures were made- maybe use training on my end.

Pros: $90
Cons: The user experience was exceptional, and I found the platform to be incredibly intuitive with no functional drawbacks. My only point of feedback regarding the 'cons' would be the pricing structure. While the service is top-tier, the transition from the free tier to a paid subscription once you surpass a specific number of signings felt a bit steep. I would love to see more flexible or mid-tier options for users who have moderate signing volumes but aren't yet ready for a full enterprise-level commitment.
