Veeqo helps small businesses manage multi-channel shipping and inventory from a single dashboard, at no cost. It’s most used by retail and consumer goods teams. Reviewers highlight its shipping label tools and real-time inventory sync as standout features. Some cite limitations with automation and integration depth. Recent updates like smart order routing and dangerous goods support show the product is evolving to meet complex fulfillment needs.

Works fine in general but in order to send a replacement you have to create a new order, seems unnecessary. When you ship something a pop up comes up every time, pretty annoying. I could go on and on.
Pros: EH. The [sensitive content hidden] of the company chose this software and id have to say its lacking in so many ways. We make the best of it bc we have no choice.
Cons: If you ever have an issue, it doesn't get resolved. We bought USPS labels then found out that USPS was holding onto those items due to not receiving payment from Veeqo. Apparently the ticket has been escalated to the development team It's been 4 weeks and still no resolution.

Cons: My experiences with Veeqo have always been good. I don’t have any complaints about the platform!

Overall, Veeqo has been useful for shipping Amazon orders and everything seems to work smoothly. Would like to have more customization though.
Pros: Easy connectability and integration with Amazon and third party apps
Cons: Not much customization and additional things like information to add to shipments.
Aaron A. · Marketings and Sales · Business Supplies and Equipment · February 24, 2025
It is a great software that integrates into the Amazon selling system in which you can easily manage all orders with Veeqo. My experience has always been easy to use!
Pros: It easily integrates into the Amazon seller ecosystem.
Cons: The payment method has to be directly through a visa/mastercard.

It is very convenient to track the inventory of various products in all of the company’s warehouses and electronic stores. It is also great for comparing shipping companies, their services and their prices. Reports for all operations are available in it in a professional manner, which makes me aware of everything related to my products, what was shipped from them, and what was delivered to the customer. The final and remaining quantities in the warehouses, each warehouse separately
Pros: It saves me time, effort, and staff in managing the online store, tracking products in several warehouses and shipping companies that I need, comparing prices and services they provide, and it is easy to link to other store platforms and warehouses.
Cons: The price is somewhat exaggerated in the basic plan and it does not include several different languages, especially Arabic

Overall, it's been a good experience as it's cut down my daily order processing time.
Pros: I like how Veeqo can bring in multiple different sales from different platforms to one centralized location.
Cons: The credits that Veeqo gives, after the initial trial, are miniscule.

Overall it's worth keeping (so far) despite the major issues with Shopify listed above in the cons section.
Pros: I like that it integrates with many marketplaces and gives good shipping rates and doesn't cost to use like ShipStation does. It's made/owned by Amazon so the integration with Seller Central is reliable
Cons: It doesn't allow post purchase items to be added to the order so we miss shipping those units frequently which is not good for customer service or our costs when we have to ship items again, costing us a lot. Also the tracking emails are getting sent to Shopify customers, and sometimes it doesn't send the right info to get some orders mark as fulfilled. They say they're trying to fix it but it's been a few months now

we have been waiting around 6 months now to get reimbursed as per Veeqo's promises for Amazon Item Not Delivered claims ....and spent countless man hours chasing them up....but CS just make false promises...if they reply at all. as for the advertised 5% credits...in reality these are more like 0.5%. Fools gold both ways - these guys simply do not live up to their promises. dont get your hopes up, and DON'T GO VEEQO 😟
Pros: syncs well to Amazon + other channels. free to use.
Cons: awful product. veeqo claims "Get Protected - Amazon will protect your account and pay for A-to-z claims related to delivery issues or items not received (INR).** this is a LIE. Amazon will NOT protect your account for labels bought via Veeqo. AZ claims get ZERO protection, Amazon does not care about Veeqo Seller Gaurantee, and ignores it. and Veeqo simply does not care that Amazon does not care! Arrogant and unhelpful customer support who refuse to accept they are making false promises, and do not back their guarantee - instead fobbing off responsibility to Amazon and claiming that Veeqo is "just a third party"

I enjoyed using Veeqo for over a year, it's a well-designed system for inventory and order management and I found the support to be excellent. Unfortunately, Amazon purchased veeqo in 2021 and because I use the post office rather than a courier, I do not purchase shipping labels. Amazon decided to change Veeqo's business model from a subscription to a cut of shipping labels and they didn't want me as a customer anymore. Bizarre situation to shut out a perfectly good customer who was more than happy to keep paying, in fact, I even offered to pay more. I felt the staff thought it unfair too as they gave me 6 months of free use while I transitioned to another system which was very kind. I can't comment on Veeqo today, only my experience from 2020-2021 prior to the Amazon takeover. It was very nice software and I had no desire to stop being their customer.
Pros: UI was clean, modern and well-designed The label designer is awesome Good order management Good inventory system Good support
Cons: Amazon now own it Kit/bundle setup was buggy and a bit awkward
Paul B. · Manager · Retail · March 14, 2024
Shipping could not be purchased system down so now we have late shipments we are going back to shipstation
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything
GARETT W. · President · Retail · March 4, 2024
Decent reliable system, if you add the above upgrades it would be awsome!
Pros: The fact that it is free of charge, the support are very helpful, no down time so far, more reliable than other API's we have used, easy to link to eBay and Amazon
Cons: Would like to see product images on the order dispatch queue, and the ability to sort the queue by SKU, to speed up order selection, Instant chat support would be helpful a long with an automatic VAT receipt option to be emailed to customers upon dispatch - need to connect to our Woocommerce store
james m. · Director · Wholesale · September 29, 2023
Overall, it is a great tool for handling inventory and shipping. And also I get credits for using their system for shipping.
Pros: I like Veeqo. I was first confused on how to use it since I did not have any software before on MCF. But I realized it made my job easier and it was recommended by Amazon. Really nice that I gaining the benefits of using it. :)
Cons: The customer service sometimes takes a while to respond to questions. Especially if there is DHL shipping service. Getting errors using that service.
Ralph C. · Owner · Retail · September 28, 2023
Great, support is responsive and generally helpful.
Pros: Agility, they are relatively quick in updating and enhancing this software.
Cons: It's an evolving software, so you can expect bugs popping up here and there.
Vikas G. · President · Retail · September 23, 2023
Flawless. Genuinely cannot believe so much is being offered for no monthly cost. It's outstanding.
Pros: That it handles all of the multichannel eCommerce facilities that we need in one single system that is sleek, modern and functional - and costs nothing!
Cons: Nothing so far. Still early days, but I've not found any issues with the system as yet.
Paul O. · Web Content & IT Administrator · Consumer Goods · September 18, 2023
We love that we implemented Veeqo in our system, we do 20-40 orders a day and Veeqo makes it easy to implement and use. Any team member can learn the software in less than 10 minutes and we can all utilize the tool
Pros: Veeqo provides user friendly, inexpensive solution for business to have fast shipping option. They have better label rates than usual Endicia or UPS user and we appreciate that without additional hustle or work we can get better rates
Cons: Inventory soliton is still clumsy. We have several locations and the Shopify Veeqo inventory is being updated incorectlyBilling could be more detailsReporting is very basic and close to noe

Using Veeqo has enabled us to develop and deploy a unique purchasing and despatch process for the NHS in the UK. By integrating Veeqo with third-party services we have eliminated the risk of data entry errors, particularly with shipping addresses which has resulted in a near-perfect first time delivery success rate. The huge number of articles in the Help Center, supported by a fantastic technical support team, means that we are always able to resolve any niggles incredibly quickly. The support is by far the best I've experienced.
Pros: Veeqo comes with a whole host of features but the pre-built Shipping and eCommerce integrations are up there among the best. Linking to Shopify - easy. Linking to couriers - easy. Each integration took less than a minute to set up and they have all worked faultlessly!
Cons: It's very difficult to find any downside to Veeqo but the one thing that I would really like to see some focus on is the API and provision of webhooks. For orders which don't come via a built-in integration it's difficult to get a notification when an order changes status.
Juergen M. · Digital Solutions Manager · Printing · September 14, 2023
Pros: Really easy to use and get started with, found it intuitive from the start, all of the store integrations worked smoothly and the help from the customer service was really quick and useful when we contacted them with some questions.
Cons: Parcelforce integration would be nice to have added in the future as that was missing.
Stuart S. · Owner · Retail · September 13, 2023
Pros: Easy to use features for shipping and comparing rates across shippers
Cons: Didnt realize we needed to connect an account prior to shipping our first label
Conor c. · Operations · Retail · September 11, 2023
I am extremely excited for Veeqo. There's tremendous change in this space and Veeqo could be the "white knight" many of us small businesses need. However, there are some small improvements for wholesale business needed for us to be able to use it.
Pros: Veeqo is very easy to use and get started. The UI is also nice. It does an EXCELLENT job handling multi-channel (Amazon, Ebay, Shopify) orders and inventory.
Cons: There's not enough built out for the Wholesale side. Custom fields should also be available on product and customer creation and these should be visible in reports.
Knut B. · President · Wholesale · September 8, 2023
Great
Pros: The people who work there. They really help with any issues so you are not left in the dark.
Cons: It was working and then it wasn’t. It was shipping from my Shopify account hooked up to my Amazon FBA but then it stopped working.
Pamela M. · Owner · Health, Wellness and Fitness · September 6, 2023
I am able to ship Amazon and ebay items through Veeqo but need to use another shipping site to ship Wal-Mart and woo commerce. I do like not having to change printer types to print packing lists and shipping labels.
Pros: The most impactful features are the integrated shipping. The ability to have all my channels in one place is great and time saving. The product is pretty easy to use. The integration with some of my business channels was a breeze with the integration wizard.
Cons: I feel like the tracking of a shipment is missing or not easy to access. I wish that when you are in shipping and you choose a weight and package size and save it that the system automatically would use those details the next time that same item is sold. Having to enter the weight and package size every time I ship an item it a bit tedious. I am not able to integrate with my woo commerce site and Wal-Mart.
Jill W. · Owner · Consumer Goods · September 5, 2023
So far, so good. Looking forward to improvements and bug fixes.
Pros: The integration with Amazon is very good, saves several steps when printing labels
Cons: Online AI is not very good, takes you loops to answer questions. The email support is very good and responsive.
Kim N. · Owner · Consumer Goods · August 31, 2023
Iam fairly happy with the current experience and would like to continue to support this as long as i see veqoo making constant improvements and adding functionality incrementally. If i did not have some past experience with enterprise scale platforms, i may not have understood some of veeqo's offerings/ features.
Pros: Quick and frugal interface. Easy to get things done quickly once you get a hang of it. Does 75% of what we need out of the box. Constant improvements going on in the background. Comparable to other inventory management platforms for smaller businesses.
Cons: Poor onboarding/startup experience with inadequate or outdated help guides. Since i have past experience in ecommerce and software packages in general, i was able to figure out some of the functions but there was no way to be a 100% sure of how things were interconnected without trying in live setup. There are some pain points here and there all along the way but fortunately nothing that stops things totally.
Gautam M. · Owner · Consumer Goods · August 28, 2023
Pros: I like it free to use and the customer service guys are super responsive.
Cons: Need a better UI I can't see the full name of the product I need to ship
