Overall, Dash has been very easy to work with. The people at Dash are very helpful and responsive, and we achieved our goal of improving patient collections by implementing Dash.
Pros: The onboarding process for Dash was very easy. The dashboard is easy to use, and our patient collection rate improved significantly after we implemented Dash.
Cons: So far, there have been no cons about Dash. It would be most helpful to have Dash be able to integrate with different practice management systems to eliminate the manual steps needed to upload balances to Dash and post payments back to the practice management system.

Overall, we've had a really good experience with Dash Billing. Very reliable. Looking forward to seeing what new features they add.
Pros: Dash Billing is very easy to use. The layout is clean, and it’s super simple to figure out where everything is. It’s saved us a lot of time by automating tasks we used to do manually. Their support team is also very responsive and helpful, especially when we have questions or run into issues uploading our files.
Cons: We wish there will be few more options when it comes to customizing reports or tweaking settings for specific clients.

Pros: the support team should be named UPPER ECHELON! customer support is absolutely AMAZING! My favorite feature is being able to see my total collected in the analysis graph. Other great features are easy payment and very friendly customer service.
Cons: Absolutely nothing to complain about! This app is the best.

I literally use Dash daily. I love that it is an easy system to teach to our patients.
Pros: I love the simplicity.
Cons: The only issue I have run into is transferring files from one billing platform into the Dash account. However, it is usually a quick fix with the amazing tech team!

DASH and all of the people there have been great and very responsive if we have questions or issues. The platform is easy to use, integrates with other software, and conforms to your business needs.
Pros: Ease of use, customer service has been great!
Cons: Report pulling, but I know that it in the works!

Excellent experience. The team is responsive, and the software just works!
Pros: ease of use, and exceptional response from our clients to SMS/emails for payments. Payments are coming in much faster after we started using Dash Billing
Cons: no real complaints, would be nice to have a few more reports available- which they are working on adding

Great. We anticipate building a good workmanship with Dash and hope we can continue adding on features to increase revenue.
Pros: Working with [sensitive content hidden] . Quick access and quick replies.
Cons: Twice per month invoice billing however that was changed to once in January so no issues there.

Pros: Dashbilling has been super easy to use on the Administrative side and is very user friendly for Consumers as well. Moving to Dashbilling has enabled consumers to pay their balances much faster and has made my ability to process payments much easier, and I feel like I work more efficiently!
Cons: I cannot think of any cons at this time.

Great team to work with. They listen to what you need and work to get it in place.
Pros: The ability to send texts and e-mails and the web portal payment function.
Cons: Would be nice to be able to make notes and place due dates on those notes so you can follow up. With this feature all of the collections functions would be captured in this one wonderful program.
