Been happy so far. I see new features and improvements happening frequently. Our small nonprofit has been growing and tracking projects and tasks across volunteers, staff, board, etc has been surprisingly frustrating in many ways but Edworking seems to be working well for us in the past couple of months since we adopted it.
Pros: Edworking has been around a while but the company recently rebuilt the whole thing afresh from the ground up to improve it into the future. And, having tried out the older version and saw the potential but found some things slow or confusing, I have to say that the new version is loads better. It is snappy, organized, clear, and works well. I have tried allllll of the other project platforms and this one does so much without overdoing it. All of our work: tasks, files, documents, chat, meetings, etc, can happen here. It tracks time if you want. It alerts you via email. Adding people to projects is easy. Our org is adopting Edworking after literally years of trying everything else. Powerful but not bloated.
Cons: The new version has a few things to spruce up. I am sure the devs will get to these, like uploading folders isn't working yet [uploading files individually or in group works fine]. Can't think of anything major.

Overall, the system is great. I really like the standalone apps compared to the browser version—they help me focus better on work. The ticket system is well designed and very effective.

Cons: The system has a slight learning curve compared to other tools, but once you get past that, it truly rocks. It becomes a powerful, reliable, and value-for-money solution.

It’s been great for our team to track projects and be able to encourage them to keep kicking goals together
Pros: We love the ability to have different projects and tasks and teams working smoothly on one platform.
Cons: The app isn’t great, which leaves us to working usually on the desktop, which makes it hard when we are out and about to manage things.

The experience is simply great. No bullshit. The team can work really well with it, and most importantly, I no longer forget the tasks I've assigned to the individual teams. I used to forget that constantly, especially with smaller, "less important" tasks.
Pros: I run several gyms and other companies, each with small teams. I was looking for an intuitive tool that addressed my core problem: task allocation and monitoring, storing work instructions, and tracking contracts. Edworking handles all of these tasks and more. It's incredibly easy to use; every employee can get to grips with it immediately.
Cons: It's fine so far, as it's far ahead of other solutions. When uploading documents, you could add the option to specify which workspaces they're for, or even add a date and tags. Similar to how tasks are handled.

0 SUPPORT! Cheap cash grab of a dysfunctional application. It was looking bad when we bought it but at least it worked - now we have to look for another tool because the owners absolutely murdered all the functionality with the last update.
Pros: - decent suite of tools with an ability to buy lifetime subscription from AppSumo. - Decent Interface
Cons: EdWorking is TERRIBLE and completely disfuntional after the last update. And in 40 days since the release - they fixed 0 issues. They absolutely murdered this application. After the latest update - they improved the UI but ABSOLUTELY NOTHING is working. Want to create a task? Wait for 1 minute for the dashboard to load. Want to update the task description? Wait for 15 Ajax Errors and for it to load until you can make any changes. Want to save the changes to your task? Too bad - it's like playing Russian roulette, where in 1 out of 7 chances you can expect the application to actually update. Don't fall for the AppSumo ploy! It's impossible to use due to the most awful coding I have ever seen in PM software

I love the API abilities and the fact that they have already launch an app for android and iOS. The desktop is better because it gives a quick, larger overall dashboard overview. I can’t wait to play around with the API to see what I can automate.
Pros: This software is the beginning of an interruption in team building interface, task management, and project management. From internal stories (similar to social media), calls, meetings…to much to name.
Cons: It has the potential to be a very strong client facing project management tool as well but may lack specific internal layout and access limitations to achieve this. However, the team has already voiced that they are considering it. Life CRM or notification capabilities for client facing would take it over the top.

Great app with 2FA plus we can use it in various handheld devices that we are looking for a long time. So far, no other apps can do the same !
Pros: Our team members can use EdWorking in iPhone, android and desktop. It also supports google two factor authentication that adds extra layer of security.
Cons: Seem no dislikes or problems as at this moment.
Sophia W. · Senior Project Manager · Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing · April 26, 2024
Pros: Easy to use and I love that it's not app-based.
Cons: I wish there was an option to share files larger than 1GB. I would pay more for that option.
Ruth R. · CEO · Retail · April 10, 2024
Pros: Price is pretty good comparing what features you receive.
Cons: API connection is extra payment options so it makes harder to connect with other tools I use.
Petr V. · Owner · Telecommunications · March 2, 2024
Pros: The ease of use, the friendly interface and the functions that allow you to organize your daily life.
Cons: Maybe the fact that you don't have reminders for tasks.
BERNARDO C. · CEO · Computer Software · February 26, 2024

Cons: Usability but they keep up working on it.
Jeremy R. · CEO · Online Media · February 26, 2024

Just great, that’s why I’m writing this review because they are truly a hidden gem.
Pros: Before I had to integrate and jump from app to app, I love how Edworking has made everything seamless and definitely made the workflow so much easier. The thing I love the most though, is there awesome customer service which I have not experienced in such a long time. I would pay the money for just that alone. Seriously, the people working on this deserve our support and the software is simply great❤️
Cons: Of course it’s still in development, I have no complaints and am super excited about what’s to come😊

When we need to discuss a particular project, it's easy to create a discussion topic with just a few clicks. As a result, we can make better decisions.
Pros: Edworking can do everything you'd typically expect project management software to do as a single tool for your team. In addition, you can use it as a team communication tool, collaborate on projects, share files and documents, or even schedule meetings, all without additional costs.
Cons: There are some glitches in the software, but they are minor and quickly fixed.
Chiara D. · Engineer · Renewables & Environment · October 26, 2022
Pros: I'm a freelancer and spend most of my time working from home. I need super fast, stable tools and can easily work on both mobile and desktop. My favourite thing about Edworking is the simplicity of the interface, the ability to work on my projects from anywhere, and the fact that my team and clients can see what's going on. This is something that doesn't come easy.I also like that Edworking keeps my data private, secure, and accessible on all devices. The fact that they have native apps for mobile is a huge plus too.
Cons: I don't have much to complain about so far.
nicoletta f. · Architect · Architecture & Planning · October 22, 2022
It's been great to manage projects, collaborate on files, and communicate efficiently in one place. It has integrated features with other apps, so I can access everything I need in just one application.
Pros: It's perfect for managing multiple teams and small businesses that need all their communication and information in one place. I like how the app integrates seamlessly with Google Calendar, making it very easy to sync my team's schedules with Edworking. It's a feature-rich, easy-to-use collaboration and productivity tool that helps people get more done.
Cons: I wish there were a way to customize the colors and branding and move the icons around. Other than that, this is my absolute favorite app.
Roberta R. · Senior Engineer · Civil Engineering · October 22, 2022
Pros: Easy to use and great for organizing project tasks and team work when working remotely. Communication with the team is easy and quick. Definitely recommend!
Cons: There are no aspects of the software that I don’t like.
Dorotea P. · Engineer · Construction · July 16, 2022
Pros: I've been using Edworking for personal projects for almost a year and seen the progress of this app I can highly recommend it for any team working remotely. I love the chat :)
Cons: It was difficult for me to migrate from Monday my tickets.
Giuditta T. · Electrical Engineer · Transportation/Trucking/Railroad · July 6, 2022
I am working remotely from home and needed a platform to help me efficiently manage my tasks and projects. I also needed to have a calendar and a task manager. The app does that perfectly!
Pros: I love the simplicity of this app. The interface is beginner-friendly and super-efficient in managing tasks, working with my team members, sending and receiving files, and even chatting and video conferencing. It's right there on one single page. And it's available on iOS and Android!
Cons: Nothing, it's just a pleasure to work with.
Sandra S. · CMO · Accounting · June 29, 2022
Pros: We are a team of writers who use the workspace to collaborate. The workspace is where we dump all ideas and instructions, and once we decide on the content and overall flow, we format it right there and publish it
Cons: For blog publishing, the features of the workspace are still incomplete (if you will compare it to the features of WordPress, for example.) What problem is the product solving, and how is that benefiting you? In our old collab software, we used to just send and receive files if we wanted to collaborate on an article. With Edworking, we can write and edit all at the same time.
Anton B. · BDO · Computer Software · June 17, 2022
EdWorking delivers a top notch virtual home office experience.
Pros: What I like most about this software is the user friendly concept. I use this software weekly to keep in touch with my team members, and the software is not complicated or wonky as I have experienced with others. One of my favorite features I will highlight is the file sharing. This makes my job much easier because I am able to share a host of information and documents for my team with the ease of a click. I also appreciate the price budget friendly.
Cons: So far, my experience with the software has been phenominal. It would be difficult to find anything I do not like about the software.
