Pros: Molto veloce da usare Sincronizzazione su tutti i dispositivi Ottimo per uso personale e lavorativo si possono creare progetti, assegnare priorità e collaborare con altri utenti la rende adatta a qualsiasi genere

Cons: Alcune funzioni come i promemoria e le etichette avanzate sono disponibili solo in versione premium.

Pros: Todoist is easy to use and great for staying organized. Creating tasks, setting deadlines, and managing daily to-do lists is quick and efficient. The clean interface makes productivity feel simple.

Cons: Some advanced features are limited on the free version, but the core features work very well for everyday use.

Pros: L’outil est simple, rapide et efficace. La création de tâches et les rappels sont très intuitifs. J’apprécie aussi la possibilité de prioriser facilement ce qui est important.

Pros: Todoist è estremamente intuitivo e facile da usare, perfetto per organizzare attività personali e professionali. Ho apprezzato la semplicità dell’interfaccia, la velocità di inserimento delle task e le funzionalità come priorità, etichette e reminder. Ottima anche la sincronizzazione tra dispositivi.

Pros: Simple to use, and good level of reminders about ongoing tasks. Notifications keep you on top of your tasks.

Cons: Getting used to having a different app to use, as well as a calendar, rather than having them integrated.

Pros: Quick to add tasks, easy to set dates. Simple enough that I actually use it. The keyboard shortcuts are also nice.

Cons: Reminders are behind the paid plan, which is frustrating. That should be free because I would be paying just for that and a few other functions.

Pros: The fact that it’s very simple to create task and track them compared to other similar products. The interface is clean and simple.

Cons: I would like to be able to sync it with the task app on my Iphone so I can update those task while on the go.

Pros: The thing that sets Todoist apart from other similar products, in my opinion, is ease of use. The layout of the product is intuitive, and it provides just the right amount of features, not so many that its boggy but enough that it gets things done.

Cons: No to do app is perfect, and the thing that makes Todoist a go to for me is going to turn off some people who feel like they need every single bell and whistle.

Pros: Simple and easy to use This is the biggest win. You can jump in right away without feeling overwhelmed. Clean layout Everything is organized in a way that just makes sense. It’s not cluttered, which helps you actually stay consistent. Great for daily planning Perfect for mapping out your day, setting priorities, and staying on track. Works across all devices Phone, laptop—everything syncs smoothly, so you always know what needs to get done.

Cons: Can feel too basic at times If you’re trying to build out more complex systems or workflows, it might feel a bit limited.

Pros: I like the different views you can use in Todoist, i.e. boards and lists, as a lot of people like to work differently. I think the screenshot/file handling works pretty well, Todoist did not crash today after I tried to complete this. I was surprised that the AI actually broke down a huge task I had created into little pieces for me today, whereas I would normally expect nothing out of these kinds of things.

Cons: When you have thousands of tasks in one project (especially large Web Dev projects that have a ton of subtasks), it can get extremely slow. Another problem I have with Todoist is that you cannot assign a single task to multiple people.

Pros: Unexpectedly Todoist was great at coordinating tasks across our small team. It offered fast feedback and tracking of who was meant to do what and if it got done.

Cons: I'm not generally a fan of tick lists, but even that discomfort was easy to overcome in light of the productivity gains.

Cons: Je l’utilise depuis des années et je ne vois aucun point dépréciable. Je n’ai jamais payé de version pro car la formule gratuite me va, tout simplement.

Pros: It has a simple clean look to it that doesn't appear childish with colors or over cluttered upon launch of the app.

Cons: The fact that it doesn't have any self help attributes to it at all. It would be pretty simple of them to add in a feature for bible quotes, spiritual quotes or personal improvement quotes to your todo lists to just empower people randomly throughout the day. Sure not everyone would want this feature, but you may save a life from someone that was not doing well and read that one quote that changed their outlook.

Pros: Where would I be without Todoist? It keeps all my random thoughts and ideas structured and allows me to progress with my work.

Cons: Nothing really. It has continued to be a reliable workhorsethat I can depend on. I would like the text to be larger.

Pros: Task tracking, good set of project collaboration and other features, and overall value for money. I do like the UI, which is minimalist.

Cons: Compared to Asana, perhaps not as intuitive or not as comprehensive as it could be. Too simplistic? If the features maybe had an ounce more of ability that would be more helpful (Kanban Board).

Cons: The paid version feels more professional and robust, but it can be a bit expensive for someone who doesn’t yet see the importance of structuring their day efficiently.

Pros: I have been using Todoist for over a decade to track work and personal tasks. The app makes it easy to categorize tasks across categories, workstreams, and projects, allowing you to stay organized and clutter-free. It integrates fairly well with Outlook, Google, and iOS calendars, as well.

Cons: There is a learning curve with how to best take advantage of the labeling, priorities, and project tags to organize your task manager. The app's calendar features have improved over the years, but there is still room to improve the app's filtering features to see only certain types of tasks at once.

Pros: I appreciate the most the ability of Todoist to add my current tasks from my calendar. Also, the reminders help me a lot to never miss any tasks.

Cons: It is not a free tool and other programs like this offer more versatile features and tools for collaboration and communication.

Pros: I love that I can use the app or computer version and they sync consistently. I also like that I can add # to different categories and organize them pretty quickly. Simple reminders help me remember even the daily tasks. This app has been a great body double, keeping me in check.

Cons: Sometimes the daily tasks do not remind me to check them off. So they can build up. This is an easy fix in settings.

Pros: I like that I can track my task. I like that it will remind me of things that I have to do. I also like that it is easy to use and if I need to collaborate with other people I can.

Cons: I don’t like that I couldn’t really organize my task. I thought that some of the functions weren’t that easy, maybe it was because I was on the phone.

Pros: Easy to use. The speed at which I could throw things on my list was limited only by my ability to think of them.

Cons: Other similar software seems to have more versatility of at least has made me more aware of its versatility
