Pros: There is a very good and diverse selection of rewards to choose from in this easy to use platform. Definitely adds to the overall positivity of the work environment!

Cons: The biggest, and potentially the only real, complaint about worktango is the way you lose points on a quarterly basis if you do not use them.

Pros: Having the ability to reach an entire company with a click of a button. Feedback from all employees is a great value and Worktango makes it easier to manage.

Cons: I didn’t really dislike any of the features in Worktango. It’s a great software for what we use it for.

Pros: It is easy to use! I like the option to make it public or not! I enjoy how easy it is to see where the props come from and then to be able to give them back.

Cons: Having the points expire. I wish that they wouldn't expire but rollover. I would also like to see them go to others if not used.

Pros: Helps put a spot light on coworkers on their progress and birthdays, work anniversary's, and what steps they have made.

Cons: Can't think of any cons that I would think WorkTango would need to improve on at this time. Maybe some other time

Pros: Love to see coworkers lift each other up and create a good environment culture for the workspace, props help bring remote workers together

Cons: nothing, it works great! has everything needed - I love the set up it has, and how easy it is to locate other co workers

Pros: I really liked WorkTango’s focus on employee engagement and feedback. The platform makes it easy for employees to feel heard, which I think is essential for a healthy workplace.

Cons: The platform had so many features that it could feel overwhelming at first. A more guided onboarding experience would help new users

Pros: The platform makes it easy to recognize and reward colleagues. The gift card options are broad, and the user interface is straightforward. It doesn’t take long to get used to. In terms of security, it is amazing. Yes, for companies it is value for money.

Cons: One drawback is the redeem process with some merchants. At times, certain gift cards don’t work smoothly, which can be frustrating when trying to use rewards quickly. The vendor catalog, while broad, still lacks a few well-known merchants that employees often look for. Customer support is helpful but can sometimes take longer than expected to resolve issues.

Pros: Great for gifts, with a nice catalog and a variety of different brands. Has many brands and choices,

Cons: Master card is not working everywhere, and the catalog doesn't have all brands. But it's okay for gifts.

Pros: I love the fact that I can easily share public or private recognition when a team member goes above and beyond.

Cons: I don't have any negative feedback about WorkTango. I have used WT for many years as it has evolved and grown. It is very easy to use.

Pros: Able to reward colleagues with points for achievements and for covering. It also helps display talents

Cons: There are a limited number of points that we are able to give away to coworkers; great for a small team but larger teams should have more points to give a away.

Pros: I love that I get recognized for my work and I can also recognize all my coworkers for their hard work.

Cons: I cannot think of anything that I necessarily dislike, however it would be nice to be able to send different amount of points to individuals when sending a group recognitions rather than having to send the same amount to everyone being recognized.

Pros: I like how it allows options for each user to engage with others by showing recognition in a quick, fun and easy way. It is so user friendly, and gives you access to so many different vendors and merchants for products. The point system is equivalent to the value of money when making purchases. I honestly love using work tango and working towards a goal to earn points for gift cards and other cool things I want or need.

Cons: The only con is probably that if you don't give away your points you lose them each month. But it does make sure you recognize others more often then not.

Pros: Being able to show my coworkers appreciation throughout the year in an easy to use and fun platform!

Cons: I wish that the redemption of gift cards was slightly easier. I have been able to figure it out but some of my coworkers have struggled immensely.

Pros: WorkTango is easy to use and fun to look for different giftcards and there are many options to choose from.

Cons: I would possibly like to get an alert or notification for when I reach a certain amount of points earned. Like get a notification when I reach 1500 points.

Pros: I like that we are able to recognize one another and lift each other up with compliments, points are a plus.

Cons: None to complain about honestly, I never have an issue using WorkTango and its so easy to send points to my colleagues.

Pros: I enjoy earning points and rewarding points. The customer support is great and overall i think its a really great tool!

Cons: The interface isn’t very intuitive, for new users. Mobile app feels clunky and less reliable than desktop.

Pros: The flexibility to recognize an employee for a job well done, no matter how small or big. The user interface is easy

Cons: The minimal listing of options for a PROP, why we are giving them. The amount of points needed to get a gift card

Pros: I like that we are well connected with other employees! We get to appreciate other employees and make everyone feel good about working at GMG!

Cons: The pricing of the rewards are too high. I would love them to be at leas a little more reasonable if possible.

Pros: I love taking the challenges and also giving and receiving acknowledgements, and achievements for everyone

Cons: Sometimes my info does not go through, but I always have help with that and it works out in the end thankfully

Pros: I like the features it provides for recognizing across tools, making it easier to create different initiatives and range of options it provides to convert your points to different vendors or get merchandizes.

Cons: I feel interface of the application could be more gamified to improve user experience. I feel Worktango recognition sometimes remains isolated, it should have some integration with work mail where it shares daily one mail of activity to relevant parties and probably across the selected group for awareness. this will increase overall reach of employee achievements and intern could have positive moral effect.

Pros: What i like the most about Work Tango Rewards and to give receive to give praise to co worker. Tango is a great place to connect

Cons: nothing i think tango is great i would not change anything tango has alot of great benefits rewards and prizes

Pros: What I like most about WorkTango, is the ability to see my coworkers lifting up other coworkers, it really boosts morale.

Cons: I have not found any features within WorkTango that I do not like, it is very user friendly and easy to use.
