Wrenly

Pros: As someone anxious about confrontations and addressing leadership, but also passionate about pointing out issues and presenting solutions, Wrenly has been an excellent aid for me to broach topics from a place of comfort and security, that I might otherwise be too intimidated to immediately present directly.

Cons: Nothing really, I can't think of any way I would improve it.

Pros: Easy to use tool to recognize employees in an organic fashion.

Cons: Nothing major. The lack of authentication means you can edit other people's messages which can technically get weird.

Pros: Its easy to set up and fun to share thoughts and well wishes

Cons: I wanted to add a short movie to my well wishes but otherwise no major cons

Pros: Easy to use. No sign up required and gifs!

Cons: Nothing. The interface is simple and easy to use. Also easy to share with others.

Pros: The "Create Meme" function was an immediate WOW, YES PLEASE moment for me, that I've never seen on any similar platforms before. As an avid meme connoisseur surrounded by avid meme consumers (along with the fact that memes sometimes convey messages much better than text or gifs), I immediately knew that I would be able to express myself fully, no matter what the occasion.

Cons: Frankly, I've found nothing troublesome so far.

Pros: We had a staff member leaving, and they didn't want to do a going away event. We had used kudosboard in the past with students, so I wanted to do something similar for them. Wrenly provided a free option for us to add in our own images, videos and words of encouragement. I love that we could create a recognition board for free.

Cons: I don't know that there were any cons with the way we were using it. It allowed us to all collaborate together and add our own messages. While the free version worked for what we needed, it would be challenging to get approval for a paid subscription, because we have internal platforms for some of the features.

Pros: Simple, clean design, and sentimental value.

Cons: I am unable to express a con about this.

Pros: Wrenly allows for simple collaboration and good visualization on recognition boards

Cons: Simple, but lacks ability to be creative on recognition boards

Pros: It is a great alternative to other similar options and worked well for what we were planning on.

Cons: Just a couple more color/design options would be super so it could match the themes of the projects.

Cons: Layout could be improved in terms of the background wallpaper and the way the tiles are organized.

Pros: No team authentication required for posting.

Cons: The GIF selection button is hidden. Some of the team missed out on using gifs.

Pros: It was easy to use, and there weren't any pesky ads or pop ups while I was using it. The interface is user friendly and sleek.

Cons: I was required to add my email, which I would prefer not to share.

Pros: Excellent utility, easy to use and has lot of options.

Cons: nothing that I can think of. I would love to get an option to send a link to the recipient.

Pros: It is simple to use, no ads, and most importantly, free. The gifs are fun!

Cons: Not able to schedule a board to send to the recipient at a specific date/time

Pros: Wrenly gave me a quick and accesible way for many people to contribute to a celebration board. Everyone i sent the link to was able to effortlessly submit their poat and attach their images. Many of the people i sent the link to created cutom images to attach and it made the board feel so special and unique.

Cons: I had no issues with wrenly at all. It would be fun if there was a way to add an animation that pops up before it shows the board that you could customize with the recipients name, what the celebration is about etc.

Pros: Really great way of getting regular feedback and the survey tool is very easy to use too.

Cons: Would like more online help/how to instructions

Pros: Ease of use, easy to create a nice sounding and looking card.

Cons: It did not auto-populate the email for my work colleague.
