Pros: サポートセンターの対応です。土日以外なら2日以内に返事が来るので、安心感が有ります。また、文章だけじゃなくて、ちゃんと写真やスクリーンショットを併用して説明して貰えるので、分かりやすいです。自社サイト予約エンジンを無料搭載できるのも良いです。

Cons: 予約エンジンのデザイン性。無料なので贅沢は言えませんが(￣▽￣;)何となく簡素な感じの仕様なので、かたいというか、可愛くない感じがします。笑 自社サイトをデザイン性とどうしても乖離してしまうので、一貫性を持たせにくいです。外部サイトに飛ばされた印象があります。

Pros: Lo mejor de este sistema es que, por su precio, cumple lo que muchos otros prometen. Aunque puede no ser tan llamativo como otros sistemas existentes, al usarlo te das cuenta de que es el que más cumple y te ayuda a ahorrar dinero. Otros sistemas suelen basarse más en estrategias de marketing para aparentar mayor valor y justificar un precio más alto, pero sus herramientas realmente deberían costar lo que Beds24 cobra, un precio justo.

Cons: Verse un poco anticuado en comparación con otros, pero la verdad es que, si uno lo piensa, al momento de trabajar y practicar en este sistema, uno se acostumbra, y ese es el detalle que menos importa.

Pros: The cost. It was an inexpensive PMS where I only paid for what I needed, and it was customizable for my small hotel. It was fairly easy to use, but there was a learning curve. They did not require a contract.

Cons: Many things. First, support was only available by email, and their support team was based in Germany, working only during their business hours. They would demand that you look at their FAQs, and their responses were often condescending if you asked a question that was addressed in their FAQs (but usually a different scenario). Every aspect of their product had a separate price, and configuring things required a lot of trial and error. Many things that were possible with other PMSs were not possible with Beds24, such as an easy-to-use interface and some reports (such as a pace report). Moving customers between dates and rooms was not easy, and it sometimes caused the system to hang. Connections to OTAs were straightforward, but not easy. It did not have an interface to charge credit cards, so pre-authorizations were a time-consuming process.

Pros: 安い。 PMSとサイトコントローラーが1つのサイトで完結するので楽。 あと予約エンジンつかえるのが非常に大きい決め手でした。 実際、予約エンジン使えるのはありがたいです。 料金は上げないでほしいです。

Cons: サイトのGUI、使いづらいと感じる。 特に予約エンジンの画像の入れ方とかわかりづらい。 マニュアルを、もっともっと充実させてほしい。マニュアル見ながら誰でもできるように。 あとテンプレートも少ない。 電話での問い合わせもっと気軽にさせてほしい。 楽天、じゃらんが高すぎる。

Pros: Beds24はサイトコントローラーと予約サイト、顧客管理がセットになっていて、コストに対しての機能の幅の広さが一番の強みかと感じています。他社OTAも無事に連動して利用することができてホッとしています。

Cons: 英語のサービスがベースになっているからか、自社サイトを設定するのがやや難しかったと感じています。日本語の説明や自社サイトをカスタムする操作方法がもう少しシンプルでわかりやすくなって欲しいと思いました。

Pros: Very affordable and feature packed software that lets you do almost everything from channel/booking management to payment processing!

Cons: It reminds of a 97’s Windows, hence can be quite clunky, and tricky to navigate through the setup process as it offers innumerable customisation options…

Pros: The price is low compared to other channel manager, however, it comes with a higher cost of not being able to have a reliable system.

Cons: So many glitches. The latest one is I can’t login to my account and I’m unable to get a quick help as they can only be reached by email.

Pros: 各OTAの予約状況が一目でわかる。ダブルブッキングの防止に効果的。サポートが親切。取り扱いOTAが豊富。他のOTAコントローラーはまだ使った事がないので相対的に何が優れているかはわかりませんが、費用対効果としては問題ないとおもいます。

Cons: 休日も技術サポートが欲しいです。また電話での技術サポートがあれば最高だと想います。またスマホでもスケジュール管理が出来るアプリがあるとの事でこちらの方はこれから使っていってどんな問題があるか検証したいところです。

Pros: ⚪︎在庫を一括でカレンダーで見る事ができるから部屋割がしやすくなりそう。 ⚪︎支払いをオンライン決済にする事で、チェックインの際にお客様とのやりとりが少なくなり混雑緩和になるかなと期待している。 ⚪︎空室カレンダーにより、宿への問い合わせが減るのではと期待している。

Cons: 外国の会社なので来るメールや設定などで ちょいちょい英語で理解できず 無料期間過ぎましたが予約エンジンはいまだに使えていない。メールでの問い合わせを主にしてるから悩んでる事が結局解決できず 自分なりに❓ながら、なんとなく設定した。

Pros: サポートに相談しやすく、メールフォローがちゃんとしていると思います 分かりやすく教えてくれます

Cons: できることが多いので、よくある質問でなく、全体が把握しやすいマニュアルもあれば嬉しいです できることが多いので、使いこなせるようになるまで時間がかかる印象がある サイトの文字の大きさが小さい

Pros: 在庫を連携して、一括管理を日本OTAから海外OTAまでできるところ。 以前使ってたサイトコントローラーでは網羅出来てなかったので、とてもいいと思います。

Cons: カスタマーの対応が少し遅いと感じます。何か緊急時や細かいところでわからないところでメールで聞かなきゃいけないのは少々不便です。

Pros: リーズナブルな価格でダブルブッキングを防止し、自動的な価格調整も可能。そしてサポートの方々の説明するスキルが高いと思います。

Cons: 初心者には複雑なので、もう少しシンプルだと助かりますが、しかし機能が充実している事の裏返しなので仕方ないと思います。

Pros: Nothing really, the interface is cluttered and confusing.

Cons: I spent ages customising the calendar to try and make it understandable for my wife who doesn't use computers every day. It did not retain those changes. This seems to be common place, change something, nothing happens. Some with text hovering over bookings, changed it, made no different. Documentation on their help pages doesn't even match the product, seems like they change the UI but not the documentation.

Pros: 不明点がある際に、丁寧かつ迅速にサポートをしてくださるので非常に助かっています。

Cons: 特にございませんが、基本的な設定では一度に2名以上が同時にアカウントにログインする事が出来ないというのがネックかなと感じました。

Pros: 操作画面は使い安いし、月額料金もとても安いです。カスタマーサービスメールや電話で対応できます！

Cons: 中国語の言語があれば、最高です。ソフトエンジニア経験持ってない人なら、慣れるまで、少し時間かかります。

Pros: Compared to the six different on-line booking platforms that we use, Beds24 is by far the friendliest, easiest piece of on-line software to setup and work with. It's cost effective, intuitive, full featured and not buggy!! The integration with Xero and Paypal is excellent, and has allowed us to easily do things we never thought possible!! Tech support is fast, and knowledgeable. I rarely leave reviews for companies, but these guys are good, and I can't say enough good things about them! Keep up the good work!! -John H.

Cons: There are no cons really. If you really pushed me for a con, they don't offer training to employees in Spanish. But, it's so friendly to use, we haven't really needed their support to train our staff.

Cons: 日本の旅行掲載サイトを網羅していない点。 また、設定方法がわかりにくい、UIが悪いと感じる

Cons: Experience in customising software and knowledge of HTML/CSS are very helpful for the setting process, especially for individual adjustments.

Pros: 複数のOTAを1つで管理できる点、予約の管理、決済の管理などが全て網羅されているところ

Cons: チェックイン、チェックアウト機能をつけてほしい。部屋を飛び越えて簡単に予約を移動できたらさらによい。

Pros: コストを最小限にし、OTAの掲載も最小限にすることで、OTAの掲載と予約にばらつきを無くし、収益を得やすくすることができる。 逆にOTAの掲載を増やすと追加料金がかかる為、注意。 （国内OTAは必ず追加費用がかかります。） 国内OTAに関してや、仕様、対応方針に関してはBeds24の運営の方に相談することで様々な対応が出来ますので初めての方やそうでない方でも安心してご利用出来ます。

Cons: 各OTAの掲載やスマートキーの連動会社、その他keycafeなど連携が出来てくるとかなり良いのではないかと思います。 keyCafe様と連携ができるとホテルの鍵管理が楽に行えると思うのでご検討いただけますと幸いです。

Pros: 弊社はたくさんの民泊物件を管理し、毎日大量の予約を捌いています。その際に少ない工数で予約の確認、変更、同期、決済ができることが魅力です。Payment状況も管理しやすいです。

Cons: たまに、beds24上で部屋変更をした時数時間後戻ってしまっていたり、決済をしてもPaymentステータスが切り替わらないエラーなどがなくなると嬉しいです。
