We've never had any issues with making payments through PayTrace and it's been a helpful aid to have.
Pros: It is convenient for our company as an alternative way to accept payments via card for items that we need processed quickly.
Cons: Just about everywhere has fees added onto transactions processed via card, but having this to use for non-standard items and then on top of that having to charge them a fee is a negative.

PayTrace has been a great relief in many administrative aspects of our clinics, it has allowed us to unify and shorten processes by centralizing payroll management, which has solved payment errors for our employees. Our employees have been able to access more payment options since PayTrace offers bank transfers, debit cards and in some cases cryptocurrencies.
Pros: The support has been responsive to our needs and the pace of work has facilitated the customization of our systems, we have even worked together through video calls which has facilitated the incorporation. It offers competitive pricing.
Cons: We have had no problems since incorporation, it is a tool that works.

Pros: the API is simple to use. the Portal has quick responsive.
Cons: the report could have more functionality such as schedule reporting on certain time of day and on specific days.there should be some notifications if the accounts are locked or password expired.

Pros: paytrace is very user friendly, It allows us to take care of our customers in a timely fashion. customer service support is very helpful , friendly and has the knowledge to care of any problems that arise in the work place
Cons: paytrace is very easy to use, there has not been any issues to report and when technical issues arise you have several different options to reach someone for assistance not just one. you have phone service, email option and much needed information from their website

Very Happy!
Pros: We just switched from Braintree to PayTrace for multiple reasons. Obviously we want a system that works, is intuitive and provides a high level of security for our customers. PayTrace checks all these boxes, but so far what I am most impressed with is the customer service. Easy to get a person on the phone that is knowledgeable and helpful.
Cons: Nothing bad to say about PayTrace. I am having some issues with getting the PayTrace plugin working correctly on my WooCommerce site, but I believe the issue to be with the plug-in developer.

Security with virtually zero liability to process customer payments in a "in time" manner which assist us in providing ease and security for our customers.
Pros: There are several things I like about using PayTrace...User friendly, portal access, security, and very helpful and knowledgeable customer service. Fast and friendly CS to help resolve and teach clients how to better manage their business using this software. Easy, Friendly service to help clients better manage their business. A+++

Pros: Interchange Optimization with little to NO need for additional work on the client's part. Great versatility and excellent customer service.
Cons: Some of the integration products are 3rd party and not as customer service oriented as PayTrace, but no complaints.
