Pros: The responsiveness of the team. [sensitive content hidden] has a been a huge help with onboarding our account and making sure we are set up for success!
Cons: it's a bit complicated when moving from a software with zero automation. A lot of things to learn to make sure we are using it to its fullest.

It's been very good, we're only scratching the surface of what we can do with Whippy so I'm excited we're training our staff to be more effective.
Pros: Very professional team who helps whenever there is an issue. Customer service and training is amazing. They never hesitate to jump on a call to help and this sets Whippy apart from everyone else out there.
Cons: I can't think of anything that makes me think any less of Whippy. Perhaps they can arrange hour meetings by default instead of 30 minutes sessions.

I have always had wonderful experiences when I reached out for help. I leave with great ideas to implement! They will help with anything that I ask of them.
Pros: They respond so quickly and are ALWAYS happy to help with any issue that we might have. They resolve the issue and give me great feedback for what things I could change to make things better for us.
Cons: We have used a few different texting services in the past 10 years. Whippy has been #1 in customer service and help. We love the service they offer!

Pros: Whippy's support, and specifically Ariana's coaching and consultation, is their best asset. While the product itself is great... the responsiveness to questions, adjustments, changes is top notch.
Cons: I wish the interface was a little less complicated... its very robust with lots of options... but for some, that makes it a little harder to navigate.

It has been extremely easy to make the change. They are very responsive and authentic to work with, enjoy working with [sensitive content hidden]
Pros: The intro demonstration call was amazing! Had us sold with that, but then the setup with [sensitive content hidden] was detailed and explained every step of the way. Her training was thorough, she answered our questions we before we could ask. [sensitive content hidden] has been very responsive to all our needs.
Cons: almost too many tools in the setting area, but we're learning. We did have some glitches transferring our messages from our previous platform, but I don't think that was a Whippy issue.

Cons: We’re still discovering features we weren’t previously using, so it takes time to fully maximize everything Whippy offers.

Great experience so far and we have only just now scratched the surface of its capabilities! The training and customer service has been excellent.
Pros: Whippy has been great for keeping in touch with our employees! The level of customer service that Whippy provides is next level!
Cons: This isn't really a Whippy thing but it's hard to find the time to learn everything there is to learn about Whippy's capabilities.

My overall experience with Whippy has been excellent and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an all in one communication platform.
Pros: Whippy is an intuitive product that streamlines the communication process with employees and candidates. The value that you get from Whippy is well worth cost when compared to competitors. The platform is easy and user-friendly for setting up outreach to individuals or mass messaging.
Cons: I do not have any areas where Whippy has underperformed over the past 3 years. When an issue arises the Whippy Help desk is extremely quick at identifying and resolving it.

Pros: Helps streamline the hiring process and gave me hours of time back in a day so I can maximize profits.
Cons: I have no complains after 6 months of use. The whole program is designed to be user friendly. I will recommend to others.

Exceeded my expectations. The Website, App and Extension are quality products. they have advanced products for all the heavy tech users and they have dumbed down versions for people who just want to keep things simple.
Pros: It's a user friendly platform, with excellent customer service backing the product. They listen to their customers.
Cons: Everything I would ask to be improved, has been approved already over the time we've used it. The only glitch I could see is that occasionally the app will logout and if I am at home, it's tough to get the password from my work computer. It's rare and nitpicky, but it's the one Con i can think of.

Pros: I like the scheduling and automations with forms. I use campaigns a lot so it has been a great tool.
Cons: I am not sure yet... I am still learning the new updates. so I can not say for now.

I tested close to 15 platforms for our organization. The team at Whippy since day 1 has been so great about working with us to figure out how to solve our biggest pain points -- they've been able to do just that. We're more efficient than we've ever been.
Pros: This platform is by far the best tool I've used for communications. Absolutely love the campaign feature as well as sequences. Everything is easy to use and we always see great results.
Cons: Absolutely nothing. This platform is capable of so much -- I love that Whippy is constantly evolving and adding new features.

Cons: It's a little costly but overall a good program. No direct phone number to call for help but there is a chat feature and someone gets back to you within minutes. Response time is excellent.

Cons: My biggest hesitation with Whippy is the one-year contractual requirement. That said - we wanted to give it a test drive. The onboarding support has been great!

We've been using Whippy for years and through that time we've seen tremendous growth within the company and within their product offerings. The platform just keeps getting better without reducing the amount of support offered.
Pros: Truly incredible customer support! In the age of Ai chatbots, it's not all that common to have such a helpful team to not only onboard, but support through any question/problem. They're incredibly responsive and very helpful.
Cons: The only downside is the occasional international number we aren't able to text back. Other than that, we love it!

In conclusion I am very pleased with Whippy and its features and their very quick response to questions or issues.
Pros: I am a fairly new user of this Whippy program but the more I learn about it the better I like it. I find it very helpful in communicating with our associates. I also like the fact that Whippy gives us the ability to reach multitudes of people with one campaign.
Cons: What I found rather confusing was the pricing structure and what activities actually created charges. In learning more in this area we are better prepared to create campaigns that are more cost effective

The Whippy team has been super supportive - I am grateful for all of the help they have provided to our team.
Pros: Customer Service is very important to us. I do not want to wait days to get help. I also want to speak with the person who can help - not just have someone take a message and pass my request on to the person who can help. I understand transitions can be difficult and there will always be glitches, but the way your team has supported us is top-notch! Thank you so much for not blowing off our requests but rather addressing them in the moment!
Cons: As the Admin, I would like a little more control over the details - like assigning templates to specific users.

Great! We are still learning new ways to use it to our fullest advantage and learning about new features and how it better aids in what our specific needs are in our office.
Pros: It connects to the software we are currently using which makes communicating with clients, customers and associates easy.
Cons: Some of the features are not user friendly. For example when you send out mass texts the system deletes all the first names of everyone the message was sent to and you have to manually re-enter everyone's names individually. We have contacted the help line multiple times and this seems to still be an issue.

The customer support staff is the best. Answers to my many questions about some of the advanced features of Whippy (sequences, automations, campaigns) have been quick, often swiftly accompanied by offers of one-on-one support.
Pros: It's an incredibly rich environment full of useful features that helps us initiate, engage, and maintain communication with job seekers, candidates, and employees.
Cons: While the general messaging portal is intuitive and simple, much of the more advanced features can be quite complex and require lots instruction, trial and error, and/or support from the CSR team.

My overall experience with Whippy was very positive.
