the app is literally perfect for the goal it is normally used for but in my case it was for ramadan challenge for about 30 people and it worked perfectly , I have searched for a lot apps like this before starting the challenge but I lost hope because when I find one there was paying for participants number or tasks can be published but with this app the free version cover all what you need and if I want to do something bigger with same idea I will take the paid version for it as 1 st option for sure .
Pros: the free version cover everything needed . the team behind the app is very understanding and interactive so whatever problem I faced they responded fast .
Cons: to be honest I would have said the limitation but when i searched for other apps that can do this thing with this simple I didn't find .

Easy to use and extremely useful. It has helped us organise our different teams of volunteers based on skill sets and interests so we can assign tasks easily.
Pros: For small non profits like us, the free package has what we need and more. Having Zelos helped us tremendously organise our volunteer base. The platform is very intuitive and easy to use too!
Cons: Just a couple of minor things such as improving the speed of the messaging services as well as adding reactions to messages. Also, a polling module would go a long way.

So far so good, an easy app to use, but there are a few niggles that need to be ironed out, which will probably come with updates. 🤞
Pros: It makes scheduling staff and volunteers easy and straightforward to manage, but visibility of people on tasks should NOT require 'Administrator' status!!
Cons: The time it takes the app to open, (slow) and, when someone replies to a message in the thread you're looking at, it doesn't immediately show in said thread, instead you have to go back up to the 'Messages' header....!?

It's worked really well for coordinating my HOA volunteer opportunities which has eliminated a lot of back and forth via email.
Pros: The ease of use for setting up tasks for my small community. Registering is easy as well. I haven't had any issues with my community members registering and signing up for tasks.
Cons: Duplicating a task can be tedious especially after setting the task. Also, it would be amazing if "people" could setup a reminder, maybe I missed that setting.

Happy so far, but I chose Zelos as a "slow-burner" so that I could gradually get all users (including myself as admin) up-to-speed so unable to review fully at this stage.
Pros: Seems to offer similar functionality to the expensive 'Assemble' used by our National parent charity - an imppressive feat for a free app.
Cons: The invitation to join the group I creared every time I click on the app. Most of our members (including myself) are fairly advanced in years so any shortcomings may be user-related,

I love it, my team love, we enjoy using zelos daily for communication and work. Zelos has become our office outside of the office. It's easy to setup, even easier to use, and who doesn't like instant message notifications!!! It's just a beautiful software.
Pros: The fact that we get an unlimited number of people in each group, even in the free plan makes this a game changer!
Cons: Having an automated notification system for task and deadline reminders would have been a great feature as well.

Love it! The support team is friendly and genuinely wants to help. I've never felt pushed into purchasing even when I inquired about it. Thanks for keeping it real!
Pros: Zelos is very user friendly! The free version has many features and allows an unlimited amount of participants.
Cons: I would like to see the Task Completion area a little more modular. Right now participants can only upload photos and leave a comment. I would like to see the comment section to be customizable per task. One task might need a number value, or a scoring value, etc. When the admin can control that, the data when exported is cleaner.

Great experience overall. Johanna has always been quick to reply to messages. Onboarding the volunteers has been working well. I was a little concerned as not all are tech savvy but following the link and downloading the app proofed no problem.
Pros: It is simple but seems to have all we need for our 30 volunteers who help out irregularly (with no regular tasks or roster). I like that people can let me know their availability because sometimes I have more than I need and i like to choose the best team for the job. I like the free version for our small non profit theatre.
Cons: Being very new I am still getting used to the lay out and where to find things.

It has been a fabulous experience. The developer team are super responsive to any requests or ideas and fast on turnaround on any bug. I wish all software companies were like that.
Pros: So simple to use, no unnecessary features to get in the way! Really customizable, and easy to configure to what you need to manage your team and tasks. Simple to train users and admins.
Cons: Hard to think of anything. Possibly the fact that you have to resort the list of team members by however you want to filter them every time you go to the list (no way to set a default). But that's really minor.

Pros: Zelos provides a way for team member to communicate with each other without having to disclose personal information. Posting and editing tasks is simple.
Cons: It would be nice to be able to attach notes to team members. It would also be nice if announcements could be posted.

The support is incredible! Supported every step of the way. The majority of our users find it so easy to navigate and use. For an organisation as big as ours it has reduced admin burden, streamlined scheduling and helped recruit volunteers.
Pros: Easy to set up! Easy to navigate! It does what we need it to do: scheduling, recruitment, matching volunteers to tasks!
Cons: That we are unable to customise the notification our team receives. The team were really responsive to our feedback though and made changes for us!!

The on-line support has be great to help us configure and deploy the tool.
Pros: The Zelos functionality is just what we needed to move from a mail based system to platform which will allow us to be more flexible.
Cons: Some fields were not as configurable as we needed but hopefully this will be improved in the next version.

I needed a free platform for volunteer management. For non-profit organizations like public schools, it is difficult to find
Pros: I chose Zelos because of the options for groups and chat and the simple interface.
Cons: I need a bit more functionality with sign up options (such as a custom field or ROLE option - lead vs assistant type thing). I need the volunteers to be able to communicate and interact with each other. Don't understand why they are not allowed to be visible at the user level.

The overall experience has been great, the costumer service is amazing and I can't wait for all the new changes coming up in the app!
Pros: The chat feature makes the work flow easy and having direct contact with the volunteers has been positive for both myself and the 80+ volunteers. The notice board with relevant information so people could easily access it has been a great feature that I used a lot. Tasks creation and assignment was easy and straight forward. Very user friendly platform overall.
Cons: I would like the filtering to be done in an easier way, I struggle the most in my work flow having to go back and forward with the filters disappearing.

Overall it's been a great system and the tech support has been amazing. As a small volunteer run group this has helped us immensely
Pros: We were looking for a way to track volunteer event signups and zelos fit the bill perfectly. It was easy to implement and easy for members to sign up
Cons: The only thing I wish it has was the ability to register multiple members like families as one unit.

Its good, could be more seamless
Pros: Its ease of use and the simplicity of the app
Cons: Minor things like; when I open up a task that's on the bottom of the page and then go back from it it takes me to the start of the page.On mobile there is a small design flaw(nothing major, but a very easy fix, I know I'm an ios developer) the app doesn't count as some people have phones with notches and it just cuts out the top part where to notch is. like i said its an incredibly easy fix and it should be done.

Customer support has been amazing.
Pros: There are a lot options out there that follow an org. structure, but very few options that allow for ad hoc team management on the go. Zelos excels at this.
Cons: Doesn't support project management, but this can easily be solved through integrations.
