The drag-and-drop email builder is smooth, automation is super intuitive, and it doesn’t take long to get campaigns up and running. The pricing is also very reasonable compared to other platforms with similar features. I also noticed really good deliverability, my emails actually land where they’re supposed to. Their support is also perfect. I just chatted with their support agent today, [sensitive content hidden], and he assisted me a lot.

Cons: Very disappointing experience — unclear policies and sudden account suspension I used Sender.net for over a year to send professional emails promoting my services to contacts whose details were publicly available through official sources. Suddenly, my account was suspended without prior notice, even though my usage had been consistent. Their anti-spam policy is unclear and not well-communicated during onboarding. If only opt-in subscribers are allowed, then this should be clearly stated upfront — otherwise, the platform is not suitable for any kind of B2B outreach or genuine professional networking. I requested clarification and deletion of my data, but the support response was dismissive and unhelpful. Very disappointed with the lack of transparency and customer care.
