Flodesk

Pros: I've been with Flodesk since its start. It's been great to watch it grow and even more exciting for my business as they've added updates, making it increasingly easier to create beautiful, professional-looking newsletters without the stress of needing to be super tech-savvy.

Cons: I've heard complaints about it lacking certain aspects for e-commerce, testing, segmentation, automated workflows, and such, but at this time, I'm not using many of these features, or I'm just beginning to dabble in them for my business. I mostly keep things simple, so I have few complaints at this time.

Pros: i love the view-ability. It is easy on the eyes and super functional. I found creating a work was fast with a map to see where everything went next. I love the duplicate feature for the email tab. It makes creating a new email fast.

Cons: I had a hard time creating a sign up link that I can just hand out like candy. I want to be able to paste in a link when and where i want.

Pros: What I love most about Flodesk is how beautiful the templates are and how easy they are to build out and customize. It's also so helpful because in my industry (creative agency), I can purchase ready to go designs and campaigns that are on brand for me right oout the door!

Cons: I would have to say that what I like least about Flodesk is the price...but that is not out of line compared to other email campaign sites. In a perfect Utopian world...it would be free! Haha.

Pros: The beautiful designs really make it fun to work in Flodesk. I like how intuitive it is to create the newsletters.

Cons: The price is a bit high for me, but standard I believe. I wish there was a slightly lower price tier.

Pros: Besides being very visually user friendly, the Facebook support channel is superb. [sensitive content hidden] is always there ready to give excellent help!

Cons: Not sure if it's an issue still. When I pause a workflow to update, if I remember correctly, it does something janky to the email people who are in the midst of this flow. . .

Pros: I really like the variety of the designs that is offered. I love that I can customize my emails and send to different segments.

Cons: I do not like that I cannot conjoin two different layouts into one design but overall it is a great experience.

Pros: The aesthetics and variety of layouts make it easy, enjoyable, and inspiring to create newsletters and workflows

Cons: Setting up the workflows can be a bit challenging, and bulk actions are slow. Overall, the main difficulty for me is sustaining the cost.

Pros: Adoro Flodesk è uno strumento molto creativo, ho provato altri sistemi, ma nulla regge il confronto. Le automazioni sono fluide, ha integrazioni con Canva, Google Forms ed altri tools integrati che rendono tutto il lavoro di creazione fluido. Ha la possibilità di attuare pagamenti ricorrenti o one-time (utile per percorsi annuali o pacchetti).

Cons: Rispecchia le mie esigenze ed è molto semplice, non ho riscontrato cose che non mi soddisfano. Negli anni si è sempre evoluto e continua a farlo.

Pros: Flodesk is very user friendly! The analytics are informative without being overwhelming. I never have issues with deliverability. Templates are easy to customize and aesthetically stunning. It's a great price for all the customization and features that are available!

Cons: Nothing, I love it! There is nothing that I don't like. I like everything about it. I can't think of one thing that I don't like.

Pros: What I love the most about Flodesk is the ability to customize it to your brand and your needs. I also appreciate that I can track customer data and create specific segments and workflows - this has been a game changer for my business!

Cons: I wish there was an option to make my own photo layers and manipulate layouts similar to how you can on platforms like Canva. Sometimes I get a little held up in my creation flow due to those limitations.

Pros: I'm a complete novice when it comes to marketing and Flodesk is brilliant. I love the masterclasses which are easy to walk through step by step and the support has been amazing. Love the choice of templates and guidance you provide.

Cons: It'd be great if there was a search facility to look for templates. That would be super helpful. Thanks

Pros: I spent hours comparing all the email service providers and settled on Flodesk because of its ability to design beautiful and elegant emails that really reflect my brand. I want to create my emails as 'experiences', so visual design is important to me. Flodesk's onboarding is fantastic - webinars, tutorials, a help function that actually helps, meant that I was up and running really quickly.

Cons: It may not have all the snazzy bells and whistles of some of the other platforms, specifically split testing or advanced workflow functions, but this doesn't worry me as I like to keep things clear and simple.

Pros: I love the design. My emails look stunning with very little effort. It's really easy to use and it has a "done-for-me" feel to the user interface.

Cons: I don't like that the templates aren't more customizable. I'd like to be able to switch the aspect ratio of the photo slots in some of them for example.

Pros: I love the ease of how I am able to create newsletters from polished templates. I also love the checkouts which are basically sale pages. It makes my life a lot simpler.

Cons: I had to learn how to add blocks I needed to my newsletters to make them look the way that I wanted. Customer service was very helpful and I was able to get it done.

Pros: It's so easy to use, and so intuitive to design with. And getting better every day. I really like the integrations with Unsplash and Canva for evocative images to really make the emails shine.

Cons: The only draw back so far has been sales tax integration but I know that's underway, and I'm looking forward to that so I can use Flodesk for even more of my business!

Pros: Flodesk is intuitive to use, and almost impossible to make unattractive. It does the heavy lifting for you in terms of making it pretty, no matter what. Importing contacts is easy, duplicates are dealt with and we don't end up with duplicate contact records, and best of all, I don't dread the process of laying out, assembling and sending out our emails.

Cons: I wish you could list labels on the csv import files instead of having to import each label's list separately. And I wish that when it was choosing between differing sets of contact info for the same person (brought in with multiple imports due to multiple labels or sources), Flodesk would ask which you wanted to keep, or keep both, instead of automatically choosing the most recent imported data. I also wish that sending the same email again to unopened recipients or a second list, etc. did not involve duplicating the email and starting over like it was brand new. But those are literally the only 3 things that I come up against that aren't ideal.

Pros: I quickly learned the features of Flodesk and started creating email campaigns and adding signup forms to my website and social media almost immediately. They offer several templates to choose from, making this easy. I also like how fun and easy it is to create automated workflow campaigns with segmented audiences and easily read the analytics.

Cons: 1- More options to archive and organize workflows and email campaigns over time. 2- More features for admins to work with clients that use Flodesk.

Pros: Very easy to use and with lots of possibilities for your business. I like that the look and feel is very nice and non-branded. The templates are great, the design options too. I like that I can build my workflows and forms with just one tool and in the same place.

Cons: That stat section could be better to filter the data and it used have better pricing for the functions and number of contacts compared to other platforms and now it changed. Nonetheless it keeps being a useful option.

Pros: I love the combination of functionality and beauty that Flodesk combines! As an entrepreneur I want simple systems that support my business growth and connect me with my audience and potential clients but form and flexibility in design are key to me enjoying and actually using them. With Flodesk I get the business system functionality that serves my need for masculine structure while being very easy to use, and customer support has also always been incredible if I get stuck, and serve my creative desire to make things still beautiful and pleasing to consume beyond just what I write. I also love that it's a female led team behind it!

Cons: I can't think of anything I haven't outright liked. They recently switched their pricing tiers to volume based which I don't love as a model but I understand it and can respect their need to grow and serve their clients and company best.

Pros: After working in SaaS for more than 7 years, I've seen a lot of software. And when it came time to choose what I would use for my own tech stack when starting my business, I did extensive research on email marketing platforms to see what was out there. I was instantly drawn to Flodesk for how intuitive their UI was and how design-forward their email builder was. I didn't need highly complex automations in the beginning but still needed something robust enough that could grow with me as my needs expanded, and Flodesk checked all of those boxes.

Cons: Two years ago, I felt that the functionality of Flodesk was a bit limited compared to competitors. But what I quickly realized was that this company builds out their product with their users at the center of the entire development process. I was so impressed by their public roadmap and the ability for users to add feature requests and vote for others' requests. And the product team actually selects most of their projects from those user requests! As a result, the features of Flodesk have grown considerably over a short period of time, and the product just continues to improve.

Pros: It's...quirky! I love the templates and although I've tried all the other email companies out there, Flodesk is simply faster, easier and more fun to use. I also think I might get better response rate over the others...

Cons: I'm not sure I'd call it a "con" but it took me a while to master how to add large batches of emails via CSV.

Pros: We love how easy it is to use Flodesk, make our emails look great, stay consistent to our brand, and track our data. It makes organizing our email list easy and gives us a ton of flexibility when speaking to our audience.

Cons: I wish there were some sort of folders to organize our emails according to various types of services but they do have strong tools that allow you to search for what you're looking for.

Pros: The drag and drop design makes creating eye-catching and "pleasing to read" emails so easy! I actually have a lot of fun putting together my newsletter emails simply because Flodesk makes the designing of them so intuitive.

Cons: Sizing images within some templates can be finicky sometimes. But generally, I follow the same template for each newsletter email, so having to deal with this isn't super frequent for me.
