Fantastic. Their support was able to help me through any questions I had.
Pros: The ease of use was spectacular - I was able to set up our event in minutes and add multiple discount codes and pricing tiers.
Cons: I couldn't set up specific discounted price for Students and limit the availability with a code.

Pros: Reliable, secure and easy to use!I've used Yapsody for 4 years and have found it reliable, secure and easy to use. I've not had a single issue selling tickets to customers and have no complaints back. I appreciated the discounts offered during COVID-19 and will continue to use this ticketing platform in the future.
Cons: It took a while to find where to input the social media links but eventually found it.

Cons: Integration to my website is not possible

Efficiency in event creation, promotion options, payment flexibility, and excellent customer service are all standout features that make this platform my number one choice for event planning.
Pros: I loved the number of options it offers to promote events and the social media integration and email marketing are super useful tools to reach more people and increase attendance at my events.
Cons: Although it offers a range of premium features, some of them come at an additional cost. While I understand that this is necessary to maintain and improve the platform, I wish some of these features were included in the basic plan at no additional charge.

Pros: Easy y to use from beginning to end for our event
Cons: I wanted Yapsody to take the fees from the sales made instead of us paying them at the end.

Mostly, I continue to use Yapsody because of pricing and because I have already invested a lot of time into setting up an event that I copy from for all subsequent events. I don't want to learn how to use another site. Eventbrite's interface is easier to use (although it's been a few years since I created an event there), but their pricing kind of sucks.
Pros: I like that I can (after working with customer service to figure out how to set it up--because it's not initially intuitive) their survey function, which allows us to track which guests would like a vegetarian meal.I like that I can copy identical events from years past to use as a baseline for future events.I like their pricing. It's pretty reasonable for a non-profit.I like that they allow visitors to simply donate to our cause, if they can't make it to our specific event (although I wish this feature could be made larger and more central--it's a pretty small line of text for a visitor to notice).Their customer service is immediately responsive, and has always been able to explain how to find certain reports or features on the site (a lot of features are a bit tricky to find). Customer service chats are then automatically sent to my email, so I can reference them at a future date, if I've forgotten how to find or fix something on the Yapsody site.
Cons: $7c

I really enjoyed using yapsody to help run my events. It simplified the ticketing system we used and was easy to customise and integrate with our mailing list. The design of the interface is modern but simple - as most of our event-goers are over 50, this was an important benefit of yapsody, as it meant most users could work out how to buy tickets easily.
Pros: I was able to integrate it with my Mailchimp mailing list easily, which I can't say the same for other ticketing systems I have used.
Cons: While I was using it, the price increased. It reached a point where I felt I needed to find a more affordable alternative ticketing platform.

Easily provides an online ticketing solution for a small event
Pros: Variable ticket prices and instant payments
Cons: Scheduling a little confusing with old/expired functions still displayed.
Peter S. · Proprietor · Entertainment · June 17, 2023
Pros: Yapsody had the features I would expect from a ticket management platform, no crazy bells or whistles, but it got the job done for our events
Cons: The reason I sometimes use eventbrite is because of their link to Facebook events, that you can sell tickets directly from FB
Joseph G. · Marketing manager · Entertainment · June 16, 2023
By being able to conduct all ticket sales online and having funds deposited directly into the client account, it felt safe for me and for my client. Being able to collect information from ticket purchasers about where they heard about the event will enable us to focus our advertising next year. Being able to send emails to all ticket purchasers prior to the event with information was really valuable. Their customer service is over-the-top with a live chat feature and excellent documentation. I was blown away by now responsive they were in helping me figure a few things out.
Pros: The fee charged for tickets for non -profits was one of the lowest I could find. When your goal is to raise money for a worthy cause, that fee is really important.
Cons: The interface wasn't as intuitive for customizing font size, layout for the ticket.

very beneficial for selling event tickets online
Pros: Integrating with our own website and having a calendar of events
Cons: in the early days it took time to set up events from scratch and still need to use help for different types of event
Karen J. · Admin Manager · Non-Profit Organization Management · June 16, 2023
When I used it it took the stress of having to find someone to sell tickets for me and the extra cost in doing so
Pros: Easy to put an event online and edit it with great online support and cost.
Cons: Not every venue would accept Yapsody as the ticket office and one had to use there's for eventsI did get a complaint from some people that they found it difficult to book online.

I have been a satisfied customer right from the start (I also used Yapsody for another orchestra and they are still happily using it. I particularly value the 24/7 helpline which is brilliant.
Pros: It is so easy to integrate into our main website and at the same time provides an elegant secondary site for potential customers.
Cons: I am genuinely struggling to answer this question!

Yapsody is a great platform for event management
Pros: Good place to manage events all in one place
Cons: The cost of yapsody. Sometimes the process can be overbearing.
Tasha D. · Owner · Restaurants · June 13, 2023
Very satisfied
Pros: Ease of use and ability to keep track of progress of all our events. The ease of printing out attendee lists.
Cons: Having to have the same payment options for all events that I am in booking over the same period
David C. · Chair · Non-Profit Organization Management · June 12, 2023
Good product for people to buy tickets for our charity fundraiser.
Pros: It was inexpensive to use as a charity organisation.
Cons: Nothing. It was a good product to use for my purpose.
Helen A. · Centre manager · Non-Profit Organization Management · June 12, 2023
Pros: I always appreciate an alternative and Yapsody was able to deliver much of what their competitors do/did. I help clients identify solutions for events of all sizes and they like the simple cost breakdown and those that have selected it liked the custom pages, the overall look and feel of something more exclusive and the added nonprofit benefit.
Cons: Some of the solutions desired either weren’t available to clients or clients felt the process to work around was not simplified enough and may have preferred an alternative considering. They have a good product but it seems a bit more R&D can make them an even stronger competitor but they hold their own. I found it easy but a few smaller entities felt it was more complicated or less straightforward when setting up.
Melanie A. · Creative Consultant · Health, Wellness and Fitness · June 12, 2023
Pros: The absolute made our event much easier to navigate and get tickets sold for our Music fest.
Cons: Nothing! Everything was great. There were no negatives in the whole show.
Lace M. · Happy Member · Fund-Raising · June 12, 2023
Overall, I think Yapsody has been very easy to navigate, I love all of the features and I believe the fees are very reasonable. I also like that Yapsody creates a page that consumers can navigate just as easily.
Pros: I love the custom options -being able to add different ticket pricing, remove or add sales tax and/or additional fees. I also love that I can pick the ticket format.
Cons: If I used the barcode feature this wouldn't even be a thought, but I don't like that the barcode appears on the printed ticket when we do not use any type of equipment to scan the tickets. I wish there was an option to remove the barcode. I just don't like portraying to our consumers that we have the capability, then they come with their printed ticket "to be scanned" and we just receive the ticket and send them in.

Positive, [sensitive content hidden] has been a good partner
Pros: Ease of use in setting up our quarterly productions
Cons: Changes to allowing ticket sales/restricting tickets was a little cumbersome until we got the hang of it.
Keith Z. · President · Performing Arts · June 12, 2023
Haven't been using Yapsody for long, but thus far it has been wonderful! Makes it so much easier to sell tickets and keeps things organized.
Pros: Yapsody is easy to use and very customizable. The feature that allows you to stop online ticket purchases at a certain time is very useful and it integrates well with MailChimp and websites.
Cons: There are so many options it's sometimes hard to find the one thing you need.
Alana B. · Secretary · Music · June 10, 2023
I've used it to ticket a few concerts here and there.
Pros: It's plug-and-play and fairly easy to use.
Cons: It could have more robust features and integrate better with our website.
Jeffrey G. · Publisher · Writing and Editing · June 9, 2023
Wonderful experience overall!
Pros: This product is easy to use and I prefer it over other larger ticketing companies in terms of user interface
Cons: It is not as well known so sometimes it is hard to find some events.
Lauren H. · Resident Physician · Medical Devices · June 9, 2023
Pros: We sponsor group outings to MLB games. This product allows me to purchase the tickets for the group and then Collect the funds. It has done the job for me for a few years and I like it. I would like to be able to create some reports but for the most part, I can use what is provided.
Cons: The lack of ability to create my own reports
Dan P. · Owner · Food & Beverages · June 8, 2023
Cannot fault the customer service or product it’s very good. I particularly like the fact that they don’t change things for the sake of it . If it works then why change !
Pros: Simple and very easy to use with fair pricing.
Cons: There is always room to improve the pricing :) in favour of the client.
