I would not use ever again. Their system is very basic - the parsing of any information is very poor. and you pay a premium for it. The fact you need a (paid) external add on for anything useful, tells you everything you need to know.
Pros: Absolutely nothing. The layout is poor - too many clicks to get what you need. I have paid half of their subscription and get 10 times more accessability with other systems
Cons: CV Parsing makes no sense. It will only pick out wording from their own Master list. Parsing only works with words associated with job titles?? Extremely hard to track where your CV's have been sent. there is a lot of clicks to get where you need to be. Long time for wait on system issues you find. I wait about a week for someone to say to me that they cant fix it. Sending mass emails is very complicated. Hot lists and shortlists is confusing

It has been good. Implementation was fine and our organization has generally had a positive experience.
Pros: Ease of use, AI features, analytics, the ability to create goals by department and person, web publishing
Cons: The experience with Bullhorn has been good. There are a lot of features, so it just takes time to learn them all.

I love it! I am glad my company is using this system for us to have our time submissions as well as all of our hiring process.
Pros: I am actually working while using bullhorn, it keeps my time secure for me to submit, I get help whenever I need to and made my recruitment process super-fast and easy after I had gone through the interview process.
Cons: At first it was hard to understand, once you look around you can see that the user interface is made to be understandable in no time.

I believe it had the capabilities needed but I think it takes more up front investment in order to be used effectively, I got support a few times while using it and found them helpful.
Pros: It was really simple to use and navigate through, It captured data from LinkedIn very easily. I believe the appearance can be customized by organization. Posted directly to job boards in a few clicks.
Cons: It was slow and looked really old, searching was a little frustrating giving inaccurate results at times

It was great when we first bought it 5 years ago, but it has not kept up with the times. Their support is great, but so is the support at Loxo (and many other applications that are cheaper with better features). They also outright lie to you in order to sell you additional products that do not work the way they say they do. They did mass layoffs because they are losing market share. I would not recommend going onto this platform!
Pros: Support is great - that is literally the only nice thing I can say about this product b/c everything else is garbage.
Cons: This is the most antiquated system out there. They are doing mass layoffs and losing a lot of people to Loxo, which is what we switched to, and there is a reason for it. Loading people into the database is painful; nothing is integrated, and everything is an additional charge. Email automaton is an additional charge, but it's spammy, and you can't cater. The LinkedIn integration doesn't work properly. No AI in the entire system, no note-taking. There are too many steps and clicks to get simple things done. It's not easy to find information, and the search is the worst I've ever seen. It's still one of the most expensive platforms on the market, but it's not worth the price.

Great platform, database tool is top of the market, add ons make it shine even better. Once your recruitment program is a little bit mature, it's a must get.
Pros: Really solid, modular tool. I've used it for nearly 10 years, and it's all you needs as a recruiter. Workflows are intuitive, candidate/client database is very organized & searchable, and customization is strong. Some of the add ons will improve the tool dramatically - and the integrations to make this work with your other internal tech stack are easy to set up and manage.
Cons: Some of the outreach tools (email sends, mass messages, etc) are a bit old and don't offer a lot of variability.

Was overall positive. It gives a very good overview for client and candidate tracking.
Pros: Very good applicant / client tracking. Very transparent. Helpfull features to keep track of KPIs. Easy integration with third party apps.
Cons: The loading times can be quite slow on the app. Customer support can sometimes take quite a while to respond to you.

10/10. This CRM System is a lot better than the previous one that we had.
Pros: Great CRM system. Very easy to navigate and use. Works very quickly. Can multiple tabs/pages opened at the one time which is useful.
Cons: The automatic log out time can be a pain at times as it refreshes all tabs that you may have had opened.

Used as a talent management tool with multiple candidates in the pipeline at one time.
Pros: Talent tracking and updating was pretty user friendly. Making sure everyone has visibility as well.
Cons: Ability to save and return to fields would be a beneficial addition to the program.

We used bullhorn for a limited period of time but ended up switching to a different ats due to the no Japanese integrations and other CRMS had better pricing and features.
Pros: Decent ATS with necessary info for candidate tracking.

Switching to Bullhorn was the best decision our team made. It’s fast, reliable, and packed with features that make recruiting easier. Compared to other ATS systems, it’s extremely good :). Highly recommend it for any staffing or recruiting agency looking for a powerful, all-in-one solution.
Pros: Bullhorn is an absolute lifesaver for recruiters. The UI is clean, modern, and easy to navigate. It integrates smoothly with other tools, saving tons of time. The automation features are really dang good, making tracking candidates and managing pipelines so easy. Their customer support is also super responsive and really helpful in my opinion.
Cons: Pricing can be a bit steep, but honestly, you get what you pay for. Some minor bugs here and there, but nothing that impacts daily work.

So far Bullhorn has worked well as an ATS but the options to customize and do BULK actions is a must.
Pros: Bullhorn integrates with most other systems that we use and is accessible on the go.
Cons: Bullhorn is very cumbersome and it lacks the customization we need in the staffing world with many differing clients.

Overall, it's quite good to deal with. Everything is laid out quite well and it integrates with a lot of 3rd party solutions.
Pros: I like that it's relatively easy to create pipelines of candidates, create jobs, track opportunities, and create tasks.
Cons: I wish Bullhorn would integrate candidate headshots (usually found on LinkedIn) to help identify candidates. I also find that the website will stop working properly after being open for about 5-6 hours and will need refreshing.

We used it for about a year before finding a better tool for our team. Once we started using our new tool, it was hard to look back at Bullhorn with fondness. We realized that recruiting was made more difficult by Bullhorn than it should have been.
Pros: I thought it was easy to understand how to use the product.
Cons: Bullhorn required double entry and had workflows that were clunky and made efficiency tough to achieve.

Bullhorn has failed to implement the onboarding process correctly. Within the first 60 days, we raised over 20 complaints. Their analytics feature is non-functional, and they admitted to implementing the wrong version, requesting more time to fix it. Additionally, their LinkedIn integration does not work. We are extremely dissatisfied with the service provided. We are very disappointed with the service provided. The wrong version of Bullhorn Analytics was implemented, causing discrepancies in our metrics. Despite attempts to rectify this, the issues persist. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend Bullhorn.
Pros: Nothing much great to mention about. Except the Brand.
Cons: LinkedIn integration does not work. Bullhorn Analytics was not implemented properly by the their vendor,

It's changed the way we recruit. Allows us to give a really positive candidate experience because we can track our interactions to be personable.
Pros: Easy to use, cost effective, customisable and bespoke to us. The file noting of candidate interactions, ability to easily merge profiles. It's a professional solution, so much better than the HRIS systems with their inbuilt ATS. It's billed on per user, so its very cheap. The support team are excellent.
Cons: Rolling it out and customising was a challenge but was worth it. The mobile app with default customisation is pretty basic so needs work. Sometimes the viewing of CV's in the platform is clunky depending on the CV but still fine.
