Good. Weve been with neogov since 2007 for insight. Which has worked well. Just started with onboard and perform and learn and still navigating those.
Pros: Improve Efficiencies in our processes and consistent with other agencies in our area. Like the integrations between platforms
Cons: Sometimes doesnt work with our processes but we find work arounds. Not as customizable as we would like.

Great and good customer service to support the products within NEOGOV. If there are any questions, they are helpful. I witless like to see some more customizable options, especially with eForms and recruitment options for executive level positions.
Pros: Onboard is my favorite product due to being able to create a consistent onboarding process and forms to include teaining for all new employees or specific groups of employees based on the specific checklist.
Cons: Limitations of eForms with routing forms to people to sign and extra steps that seem duplicative on Perform.

It’s been great. Have been using the platform for 5 years. We use Insight and Onboard. Hopefully we can bring onboard Attract and Vetted.
Pros: Customer support and how many resources it provides. University classes, community, etc. it also has an user friendly interface
Cons: The platforms don’t all communicate with each other. And need to duplication of information needs to be done between platforms.

Overall I love it and I wish we had more products to streamline our other areas of HR. The enhancements have been great
Pros: Very user friendly. I like how you can undo pretty much whatever you did if it was in error. I have to train departments to use it and it’s pretty easy.
Cons: I’d like a little more in job aids for scoring evaluation steps. I can’t find much information on that and when I call they say I should just play around with it because every agency does it differently. An example would be nice.

Sometimes it’s the best thing ever, and sometimes we hit a road bump. All of which are to be expected.
Pros: The conferences are extremely helpful. I learned more in three days than I do in weeks or even months.
Cons: We aren’t able to customize the views as much as I would like. Specifically an HRIS, we should be able to rename the fields and should not have to fill in or see fields that do not apply to our industry.

Pros: Informative sessions with live demos that helped me understand our products better, handouts also helpful as it is information overload by the end of the day
Cons: All the walking was super hard, because I have plantar, was very painful for me to get to sessions and activities.

We have been a customer since 2017–The updates to apps to meet current trends and current needs of its customers.
Pros: Neogov have an awesome marketing team that provides professional customer services and updates on all apps offered.
Cons: Public sector budgets are limited and It can be costly to implement some of the apps to meet our recruitment needs.

I have used Neogov for application review for recruitment of staff. It’s a good products for the entire city.
Pros: Easy to use. The City has been using this product for several years. It’s easy yo use for the applicants and reviewers

I have been a neogov user since 2008 and it has been a great product for both workplaces I have been employed.
Pros: The ease of use, the value for the money and the great initial support you receive. [sensitive content hidden] was awesome with our implementation.
Cons: The sheer amount of options and screens. At times it can be overwhelming but I know all necessary to make the product as good as it is.

Neogov is reliable and easy to use. Anything that I’ve ever had issues with, I’ve been able to do minimal research and get answers.
Pros: User friendly. I like the training material and the ability to see what other users are having issues with or how their process is.
Cons: We need several components. More off a finding issue, I suppose. I have a wish list of several components.

NeoGov provides efficiency and great customer support. They continue to integrate changes and updates to improve efficiency and the overall product.
Pros: NeoGov has made our organization more efficient and integrated. Our recruitment processes are now streamlined because of NeoGov.
Cons: When we integrated another module (Perform), it created some issues with Insight. The system populated many duplicate records.

Good- solid, affordable platform that helps gov agencies get into the digital world. Great staff too.
Pros: The customer support is great. Everyone I’ve encountered here is wonderful. I find the user interface very intuitive.
Cons: Sometimes workflows don’t make sense. I also don’t like you can’t update a survey in learn if people already registered.

Overall I’ve learned so much and have been able to become a neogov guru for my team. All the modules I use have made me a better hr professional.
Pros: I like the user friendly design that it has, as well as the new updates that keep improving the system frequently.
Cons: The only thing I dislike is the requirement to include the SSN and DOB when authorizing a new hire since we don’t require this until they fill out their forms.

Overall it’s been great. Anytime I have an issue, customer service is always helpful. Even if they can’t answer right away, they will follow up to ensure it’s been answered
Pros: For local government it’s been easy to take in hundreds of applications for a variety of positions. It’s seamless and easy.
Cons: In Onboard, there isn’t a lot of flexibility on user permission settings. But with new updates, I’m positive it will change.

At first I was nervous with navigating the system, but now I am happy that I am able to streamline our processes. I am excited to keep learning and make the best from this platform.
Pros: It is easy to track applicants and move them forward in the process. I enjoy having a seamless recruiting and onboarding process.
Cons: I wish there were more training videos on how to utilize the platform (videos). I do like the learning center and that we can reach out.

The sales, implementation team and customer service are all great. Everyone is so easy to work with and seams to understand when things don’t work exactly how we want them to. :-)
Pros: Seamless, very user friendly. It saves so much time with our processes. Still learning newly implemented modules but I hope to implement more in the future.
Cons: There isn’t much that I don’t like. I know sometimes the look or certain features are changed that I feel were not broken but I am open to change.

I found that most of the platforms we purchased have been very respective by our employees and Neogov employees always go out of their way to assist you.
Pros: I like that when i call customer service they don't put me on hold for hours at a time and they really know the products. If they can't provide an answer right away they either get you to someone who may know more then them or get someone to call you back. Customer service is critical in any organization this one is great at it.
Cons: We have had Onboarding for a few years - i found it very inconvenient for a small entity such as ours with only 70 employees. Having to update it once a year with all the new documents needed for new hires.

Cons: There are a few things I wish I could make it do a little easier. One being in onboard I wish I could make it so those who are archived no longer show on the pre hire list.
