MRPeasy

Pros: Great value. Robust enough to work for most manufacturers. I'm even able to find in system work arounds for a few use cases that aren't planned for in the software.

Cons: No good way to back date entries. As a small business you don't always have time to record everything into the software. This effects summary reporting. If we ship out an order on the 29th, but it doesn't get record until the 2nd. You can't make it appear in certain reports for the correct month. Multiple steps to workflows can be cumbersome. The software seems designed for a team of people. A sales person putting in a SO, another putting in request for shipment and someone in the warehouse pulling and releasing the order. We are a smaller company that primarily uses MRPeasy for cost tracking across complex manufactured products. The multiple steps can feel cumbersome at times.

Pros: We are an educational manufacturer of rock, mineral, and fossil kits. We manage a large inventory, and MRPeasy has been a great tool for tracking inventory, generating purchase orders and invoices for both suppliers and customers, and managing the entire manufacturing process from raw materials to finished kits. We also use QuickBooks for our bookkeeping, and all invoice information transfers automatically from MRPeasy into QuickBooks. In addition, as we were setting up, customer support was readily available to answer questions.

Cons: For cons, this is less about MRPeasy and more about QuickBooks. When we receive payment and close out an invoice in MRPeasy, it automatically transfers to QuickBooks, which works well. However, if the payment is deposited in our bank first and we close out the invoice in MRPeasy a day later, QuickBooks has often already generated an invoice to match the deposit. This can result in duplicate invoices in QuickBooks and requires some cleanup. It is a bit frustrating, but to be clear, this is not an issue with MRPeasy.

Pros: MRPeasy is easy to use and offers great value for money. The inventory management is accurate and efficient, and invoicing is simple to handle. Customer support is responsive and helpful, and the system feels secure and reliable. Overall, it’s a solid solution with only minor issues that are quickly resolved. good Document Management.

Cons: I haven’t experienced any issues—everything has worked smoothly for me so far. i would only add the date needed from customer PO to the production order file, so the workers can see the delivery date.

Pros: MRPEasy is straightforward to use. The help docs are great and available right where you need them. And the price is good - we moved from something that looked a little nicer, but essentially did the same thing. Happy customers.

Cons: It uses a system where, to access further parts of an order details - say adding a payment - you need to create an invoice. In doing so, the page refreshes and extra parts appear. This seems logical but modern gui's dont usually work this way. Once we understood that, it was plain sailing.

Pros: What we liked is not having a steep learning curve to learn the ins and outs of the software. As all of us knows, adopting to a new software takes time, they are not one size fits all since it's not custom made to our specific needs. However, MRPeasy comes close and does a very commendable job in making our company better in terms of inventory, production and so forth. Their tech support responds immediately so that helps a lot when we have some questions. In terms of pricing, we feel it is reasonable for what they are offering.

Cons: We wished there would be more ways to customize some areas of the software, such as more text fields (some fields are customizable but not enough).

Pros: I like how easy it was to import my data from previous software into MRPEasy. That transition was not difficult.

Cons: The application did take some time to get used to. Adjusting certain formatting elements and settings was not very intuitive to begin with.

Pros: What we value most is the clear structure and reliability of the system. It significantly reduces mistakes, improves process visibility, and makes daily operations more efficient.

Cons: The user interface could benefit from some modernization to make it even more intuitive and visually appealing. However, this does not impact the overall functionality and reliability of the system.

Pros: For a small company, having a tool that is not only great value for money, but also simple to use, easy to understand, learn and implement has been a huge plus. With only a few employees, we have to make sure that the inventory management systems we use can be implemented quickly and efficiently and MRPeasy ticks all those boxes.

Cons: We sub-contract our hot works to a third party who works within our building, and so trying to integrate this to the system is a little challenging at first, but we have found a work around.

Pros: Great process. We do not make mistakes anymore. Everything is clear and easy to use. Xero integration is also great.

Cons: UI, it looks old. Many improvements to be made there. But since the system is very functional I'll still give 5 stars.

Pros: Easy to use, Support is great, Cost Effective, Have all the features for food manufacturing, Traceability, Bill of Material Management is great, Customer order to PO-Manufacturing order and to invoice, fulfillment flow is so great. I have already recommended this to many small business. Great visibility to cost structure, efficiency in production. Nothing but good things. I have used SAP Business 1 Manufacturing module and Netsuite, I love MRPEasy way better.

Cons: Lack of controls, not a big issue for small business. Template design flexibility. Returns and Credit management is bit tricky. You have to integrate with QB or an accounting software. I use this only for manufacturing and traceability. Accounting Module is not worth the time

Pros: We are coming from Inflow, and we are very happy with MRP, they have excellent support, easy to use interface and lots of features.....

Cons: cant think of anything really, i understand the interface is not modern and there are limitations to the number of records that can be uploaded, but really that is not going to matter that much

Pros: The UI is modern and clean without a lot of clutter. You can navigate through different contextual menus and settings pages that are provided in relevant places throughout the system. Their customer support, while sometimes borderline too concise, is prompt and helpful. They don't brush off issues and investigate issues and report back to you when they have been resolved. They know their manual well and reference it often when troubleshooting so you get to know it well too to refer back to in the future. Their system is highly standardized which helps companies who have not used an MRP system before standardize their work too. It may feel restrictive at first but they implement best practices in order to succeed in their software and you are better off for it. Their network of consultants proved helpful during initial implementation. We paid for this additional service and were pleased with its impact.

Cons: The learning curve is steep and will test your patience as you understand how different functionalities communicate with one another. It is easy to bring your assumptions into the system and have it not work as you hoped. A lot of times you will say "that makes sense if you think about it but I have never thought about it that way" in regards to system behaviors that seem like a bug or go against how you currently operate. If your company is complex, MRPeasy will visualize that for you and some staff may be uncomfortable with that initially. The capability means you may also overcomplicate some parts of setup and may simplify them later on. You may still need to rely on spreadsheets for reporting as not all the information and reporting may match your needs.

Pros: Very easy to use. All information can easily be accessed from almost anywhere in the system. If all you have is a part name, or a few digits of a long item number. Its easily finds what you are looking for and you and trace the info with a click of the mouse. Very customisable. Excellent AI chat bot

Cons: As a UK user. You just need to adjust to some of the terminology. The dashboard view is generic. All blue. looks good but coloured tabs would be a good update.

Pros: User Interface is incredibly straightforward and responsive, works exactly the same across desktop and mobile app. System itself is very powerful and flexible, allowing us to gradually phase in the implementation and increase our usage of the system over time. You really can measure almost anything about your production processes and plan your manufacturing, purchasing and delivery for weeks and months in advance if required!

Cons: Due to the flexibility and potential for customisation, it can however sometimes be a little tricky to find the 'best' or most efficient way to reflect your manufacturing process in the system. Also sadly missing the features to create recurring Customer, Supplier and Manufacturing Orders, this would be a huge time-saving feature.

Pros: Value for Money, I thought it would cost a lot more. customer support was very helpful and professional.

Cons: There were not really any Cons to report. I was completely satisfied with all areas of MRPeasy operations.

Pros: The stock control system is efective and easy to use. Training manuals are excellent. Would be more useful if the BOM was not necessary as we add stock out as the build progresses.

Cons: A limited number of stock items in the basic version meaning we had to upgrade. Many of the features are not applicable to our operation but we find ways around that. It is more flexible than it first appears.

Pros: It’s an easy way to track all builds, parts & inventory. As someone who’s never used a parts/ordering system I have found it User friendly.

Cons: I wish there was a way to auto email the vendor the PO directly from the PO once it’s been created, instead of having to download it and send it manually.

Pros: MRPeasy gives us the core functionality we need to plan and manage our production and stock control at a very reasonable price point. It also integrates directly with our financial package. The support is responsive and helpful.

Cons: The user interface is a little basic, and some added flexibility in how information is presented would be very useful. The functionality of the Zapier integration could be improved

Pros: Improved our ability to Order and track required materials for different production facilities in different locations. Improved our materials forecasting requirements for different factories based on current orders. And allowed us to do more with fewer people.

Cons: limiting the number of BOM's and Routing allowable on the system at any one time. The initial quantity is very high and took almost 2 year to reach the Cap but once it was reached is caused a lot of issues and we had to start doing regular maintenance on the old out dated BOM's to get the numbers down.

Pros: Really customized. I can pretty much change a lot of things on the fly without hiring a professional coder.

Cons: Reporting can get better. This software has tons of potential but not sure why they don't introduce more tools such as tracking unfulfilled orders & partial orders, daily dashboard to see what is due and what is behind [need to introduce on dashboard tasks eg: if an order is delivered then immediately it should alert that invoicing is not done. This would rival bigger players in the market only if they keep developing!!!

Pros: The ease of use and short learning curve, it is intuitive to use, easy to add users and get them up to speed on using the system. Inventory and usage are accurate and easy to use.

Cons: The inability to substitute materials in a subcontractor BOM/order, makes it more complicated than it needs to be. Need to add a feature like other MRP's to be able to swap materials within an order instead of having to change the BOM short term or writing off the consumed materials.

Pros: Easy to learn and use – intuitive interface Strong inventory and production management tools Great value for small and mid-size manufacturers Scalable – add modules as you grow Integrates well with Xero, QuickBooks, and e-commerce platforms Helpful and responsive support team

Cons: Very little to say. A couple of points to mention are limited customization and reporting flexibility, along with the advanced features, which take time to learn. Minor issues.

Pros: Order Management - Order management is good and found satisfactory and we can track on daily basis. and we can check productivity also.

Cons: Inventory Management - After releasing Manufacturing Order ,stock is not deducted after finishing Manufacturing Order it will get deduct. Quality : More input to be provided to add records in the MRPeasy only.
