Very positive, staff have been very accommodating and supportive for our small non-profit organization
Pros: The ease of use both for our organization and the participants to complete set-up and as users complete a registration
Cons: If changes occur or errors are made, not being able to make edits once published. After working with it a while you can manage this but at first a little frustrating.

The set up of Eventleaf for our Church event was straightforward and I was able to implement everything I needed, including a registration form with a max of mandatory and optional fields with custom names, radio buttons and check boxes. Registrants could submit multiple attendees, receive confirmation emails and update/cancel their registrations as required. QR code scanning via the check-in app worked a treat and could handle multiple sessions within an event easily.
Pros: Eventleaf is a very comprehensive and flexible event management platform implemented in an intuitive way.
Cons: Lack of check-in app in the Starter and Basic packages. The synchronisation of event registrations with the main contact list didn't seem to work very well for our scenario (although, we had unusual requirements in this area).

I used Eventleaf for a professional meetup and was impressed with how quickly I could launch the event page and start collecting registrations. It’s simple to build forms, export attendee lists, and automate email confirmations, all without needing extensive training.
Pros: The platform’s built-in reporting tools made it easy to track registration trends and check-ins. Everything worked smoothly.
Cons: The only area I’d like to see improved is the visual layout editor—adding more design options could make the event pages more engaging.

I would recommend Eventleaf as a great tool for managing attendance at events. My company doesn't use the registration option, so I can't speak to that component.
Pros: The ease of all the admin tasks! From setting up the event, adding check-in staff & pulling reports - it was all so easy and user-friendly!
Cons: I wish there was an option to do a "mass" check-in or out for attendees. This option would streamline the attendee experience and make the check-in/out process much less stressful for volunteers.

I’ve enjoyed using Eventleaf; it is a simple-to-use software that also provides a professional feel for the event. When hosting an event with Eventleaf, everything is conveniently housed under one umbrella: the event webpage, attendee registration, the app, sponsorship promotion, and attendee check-in. This integration eliminates the need to search for third-party software.
Pros: What I liked most about Eventleaf is that you can maintain your brand identity while creating the event landing page. Most components of the page are customizable.
Cons: Currently, there is nothing I dislike about Eventleaf. So far, all of Eventleaf's components fit our event needs.

Eventleaf is a great company to work with. They have developed an excellent, user-friendly product. The UX is also very good.
Pros: Eventleaf is a very well-designed product that is easy to use. The UX is excellent and makes for a stunning website. We also like that it builds both the website and mobile app at the same time.
Cons: Not being able to bill fees to participant revenue. The way billing occurs is complicated and that was difficult for accounting purposes.

Eventleaf helped me to move international participants from rural commuities into a modern way fo interact with events.
Pros: The scalability for small to large sized events. As a faith-based non-profit it is essential to have a tool that you can rely on to give robost event support for a wide range of participants without sacrificing quality. Integration with supporting tools like ZOOM. PDF, and Microsof Office s a must, and Eventleaf does it well.
Cons: Eventleaf did not have a step by step how to video when we first started using the platform. I had to make one that fit the community I served. It had to be tailored for the user who was more mature and had a built in fear of technology. They needed hand holding and the videoo provided that safty net..

Overall, great experience would likely use it again. Have referred out to other nonprofit org. Some quirks with sharing the applications but easily found it once I got more used to the applications. Would be nice to easily put a shared option for link on the main page once it is live would be great.
Pros: I like the templates. Ease of getting assistance on usability of items was great with fast response.
Cons: Going live: it would be nice if it alerted me that it would be some time before published. Should be some thoughts of putting Frequently asked questions together that was a bit of struggle but [sensitive content hidden] offered a lot of assistance and walked me through.

Overall this platform is amazing, saves me 100s hours of work and has the ability to be very customised.
Pros: I use to track Rsvps by sending out emails and then putting it into a spreadsheet, Eventleaf has saved me so many hours of responding to emails and data entry. Also the reminder process again has saved me so many hours of chasing people up! I also loved the survey option, we have needed a way to get back feedback about our events and this feature was great! I have also had positive feedback from our invitees, saying how easy and efficient it was to use. Also, the features of being able to have different categories of invitees and sub categories within that allows me to collect all the necessary information. The event page itself looks very professional.
Cons: When I signed up I was interested in all the features, especially the QR Code sign in. We need all our attendees to sign in and this can be a tedious process when they write their name and sign a piece of paper, and unfortunately this wasn't part of the basic plan. I needed proof this platform was efficient before asking my Board to pay for a subscription.

So far, it has been a great experience! It does EVERYTHING I need and much more! Great platform! I wish I had know about Eventleaf last year for my event. It would have simplified things greatly.
Pros: What I liked most is how easy it is to use and how robust even the starter (free) plan is. Great customer service. The team is very helpful and professional.
Cons: I don't have anything negative to say about the Eventleaf platform. The only constructive feedback might be to consider having a plan in between starter and basic, or reduce the minimum number on the basic plan from 500 to 250.

I absolutely enjoyed using eventleaf, very user and beginner friendly. I’m not too tech savvy however it was fairly simple.
Pros: Being able to personalize our event and the support received from their support team. Also, being able to give our attendees the option of having a payment plan.
Cons: I can’t say there was anything I disliked. I like that we have the option of sending our attendees a message along with their receipts of payment.

Excellent, the team were really helpful to deal with and understood our needs as a small not for profit organisation. The app and website were great and we are really looking forward to using them to interact with members at our upcoming conference
Pros: The ease of use, the website and app were very intuitive to use. I liked that I could brand my instance easily on the website. The features available and competitive pricing where I could pay for the number of registrations I needed and a plan with only the features I wanted.
Cons: The lack of ability to brand in the app, would have been nice to be able to carry that over to the app from the website set up.

I'm currently preparing for an executive-level event and chose EventLeaf for on-site badge printing and check-in. The interface is intuitive, and I was able to upload my attendee list (created from our company-created event site) and customize badges quickly. I have used a couple of other event management and registration systems, including one of the major ones in the event industry (you know who I'm talking about). While I do like those options, it's great to have the option to work on the fly for my smaller events without all the fuss. I also appreciate that it works smoothly with the iPad and Zebra printer rented from Choose2rent. Plus, the sales team and support staff have been great. I'm excited to use it fully on the day of the event!!
Pros: Eventleaf is easy to set up for badge printing. It works well with rented equipment, allowing me to create a whole check-in experience.
Cons: I would appreciate access to professional-tier features on the free tier for small events with fewer than 50 people. Having the option to automatically activate that tier (if available) through my account would have been nice.

My overall experience with Eventleaf has been very positive. It’s a reliable, all-in-one event management solution that streamlines registration, check-in, and attendee tracking—especially useful for both physical and hybrid events. The setup process was straightforward, and the platform offers a clean, user-friendly interface that made it easy for both our team and event participants to navigate
Pros: Manages event registration, badge printing, check-ins, and attendee engagement in one place. and its great for for both in-person and virtual/hybrid events.
Cons: Eventleaf doesn’t offer native integrations with popular CRMs , email tools, or learning management systems — requiring workarounds for syncing data.

Pros: A simple & professional platform that is very easy to use. Sending invitations out / tracking RSVPs are a breeze, and great to have a check-in system built in.
Cons: Event page customization is still pretty limited--would be great to incorporate different fonts / make a more custom page design.

The support personnel was quick to respond and worked with us as much as they could within the limitations of the free offering.
Pros: Easy to setup and format the basic event information, pricing structure and communication emails. Our event attendees found it easy to use and navigate. The free service is very comprehensive.
Cons: The largest issue we had was with need for a registration site that can be used in multiple languages (not the most common issue for most), they had a work around for registrations but it made check-ins much more time consuming and we had to make/print lists.

When Attendify was purchased by another company, the new organization was unable to meet our needs. After much research and many demos, someone suggested I try EventLeaf. Following a demo and welcome call with EventLeaf, I was hooked! We have been using EventLeaf for three years and are extremely pleased with the program, the accompanying apps and the exceptional customer service.
Pros: The ease of use and efficiency of the program. Additionally, customer service is fabulous -- very responsive and helpful!
Cons: I have nothing to add here. EventLeaf is an excellent program that meets our needs beautifully.

Overall a straightforward and streamlined way to facilitate event hosting.
Pros: Simple platform to use to capture and distribute event details. Customer service was also prompt and easy to work with.
Cons: Limited options to customize the look of the design. Also being able to customize buttons/options would be helpful. Some of my attendees were confused with the Registration button when it wasn’t applicable to our event

It seems good so far. A very decent event management tool that will facilitate our work. We aim to be able to select abstracts for our conference using Eventleaf as well.
Pros: Eventleaf is a very intuitive platform and it seems to be very easy to use. I've already created the draft for the Conference we are organizing and I've set up different types of registrations with no difficulty so far.
Cons: Understandably, the basic plan doenst have al;l the features I am looking for.

We needed an event management platform that could handle a large conference every year, and the occasion quarterly event. We needed a platform that would handle event registrations, mobile agendas, and event check-ins. Our organization needed some custom attributes for our attendees. We were able to utilized Eventleaf's API to do this. We evaluated other event management software, but their API was either not modern or non-existent. Eventleaf's API documentation is easy to understand and easy to use. Eventleaf's pricing plans are flexible for our organization. Setting up and event within Eventleaf is easy. I was able to setup custom ticket types easily too. The mobile app is easy to use. We were able to add our logo within the event page and mobile app/agenda too. Overall, I would recommend Eventleaf as an event management platform.
Pros: I loved the API access for our custom needs. I loved the mobile app too. It is really easy to setup and publish events. It is easy to duplicate events too. I really appreciate the Eventleaf customer service too. All my questions were answered quickly and thoughtfully. I love the flexibility of the pricing plans too.
Cons: No major cons, but a future feature request. I would like to be able to change fonts on the event page.
Monica G. · Cloud Engineer · Non-Profit Organization Management · February 21, 2025
Extremely positive! The website and app are easy to use, everyone was able to download the app easily and use it. The team at event leaf were quick to help with any questions I had.
Pros: It was really easy to set up and to get people using it. I liked that you can have different attendee groups that and then you can assign sessions to them. The surveys and Q&A features are a bonus too!
Cons: Nothing, it's ticked all the boxes for what we needed out of an event app so far.

I organized a small event for my team of 50 people, Summer Days. It took me some time to figure out the setup and data entry process. Since event planning is not something I do regularly, the platform’s features indirectly helped me structure the information in a way that ensured participants had the best possible experience.
Pros: Eventleaf is an easy-to-use solution for managing events of various scales. In its segment, it offers sufficient functionality without unnecessary complexity, all at a reasonable price. There’s a free version available, but it lacks mobile access, which is less convenient.
Cons: The mobile app could be included in all plans.
Sergei L. · ERP Department Manager · Shipbuilding · February 11, 2025
Overall, the experience with Eventleaf was positive. It will allow our event attendees to interact with the event in real time, see the agenda, and collect their CEUs.
Pros: The application is user-friendly and straight-forward to navigate.
Cons: The online platform does not have the same features as the application - I wish the online version had the same features.
An H. · Community Liaison · Hospital & Health Care · November 19, 2024
It has been great so far! We are excited to get to use it in real time with our attendee's.
Pros: The ease of adding and uploading a mass amount of data, along with being able to choose colors, themes and hide certain parts of the app until it is ready to be seen.
Cons: There is limitations on adding documents to the invites, it would be nice to be able to incorporate more if needed.
Jaimie S. · Director of Procurement · Hospital & Health Care · November 13, 2024
As a small nonprofit with limited resources, Eventleaf makes it seem like our events are in the big leagues. Customer support has been very responsive and it is very easy to use - I bet I am only using a fraction of its capabilities.
Pros: From the back end Eventleaf is so easy to use and covers all the basis for event management. For the end user, the event information and registration process becomes beautiful, intuitive and easy to use. The few questions I had during the first few weeks of using it were answered promptly with great customer support.
Cons: Not sure this counts and I have to stretch to find something but I wish I could create a default for registration report which would save me a click or 2.
