so far i am loving it! i just started out with Oveit for my events so we shall see if they continue the great business! customer service is great btw.
Pros: they make setting up events and managing registrations simple and easy. they offer a free plan for small events.
Cons: the mobile app crashes a lot and they definitely need more options to customize the visual aspects of the badges and tickets.

My overall experience was good, I see a lot of opportunity with this platform and I am excited to see what updates are made to continue using this app in the future. I recommend using it for your upcoming events as it will help you stay organized with you business.
Pros: My experience with this company was acceptable. There is many features available from customizing ticketing to cashless payments, you can do alot in this platform.When it comes to customer service, they are very attentive to your needs whether it is via live chat, email or phone.
Cons: An area I feel that needs improvement would be on the mobile app. I noticed that it occasionally crashes and once I restart it, it works fine.

Really solid. Took a lot of stress off the team, especially with last-minute changes. Support was responsive and helped us fix an issue quickly before the event went live.v
Pros: What I loved was how fast we were able to get our event online. Ticketing, registration, even access control — it all worked out of the box. The cashless payments feature was a nice surprise too, guests actually enjoyed using it.
Cons: A few minor bugs when editing attendee info, and the UI could be a bit more modern. Not a huge deal, but there’s room to improve.

Overall good. It made running small events way easier for me. Once everything’s set, it basically runs itself. Customer support was helpful the one time I needed them.
Pros: Really easy to set up events and sell tickets online. I liked how you can also manage access and even create cashless payments — all without needing a ton of extra tools. Interface is pretty straightforward too.
Cons: Took a bit of time to figure out some of the advanced settings. Also, some parts of the dashboard could be a bit more modern, feels a little outdated here and there.

Pros: I found it quite useful to see how Oveit manages the real-time ticket availability on different sales channels. I have used it both for advanced online ticketing and box office and the real-time inventory update has eliminated any chance of overbooking or selling twice to the same client, especially during busy events.
Cons: I identified cases where the data ran into synchronization issues in the processing of high amounts simultaneously. This time there were minor delays when signaling the confirmation especially if more than two attendees were trying to use the bracelet at the same time.

A great cloud based event management platform which enhance the experience of managing any event with all time available customer support team which helps in every possible manner.
Pros: Its smooth payment process which ensure funds can transfer swiftly. It provides the real time reporting of event about payment to aids organizer which helps to take decisions.
Cons: I have some concern about the ticketing customize I wish it could allow me to reflect my event branding. Its duplicate detection has been noted as the challenging task.

You can use it when you need to sell tickets during the event. It is easy to manage revenue, and I think it is a really good program for both customers and event organizers.
Pros: If you are planning to hold an event, I recommend this app! You can easily sell tickets to customers. It seems convenient to receive and manage customer information at once during the ticket selling process. It seems more convenient for customers because it issues QR codes instead of paper tickets and uses them as tickets.
Cons: Advanced analytics and custom branding are subject to a fee! The additional costs are not expensive, but it is something to keep in mind. And in some countries, the payment system is restricted.

Overall my experience with Oveit was well over average. I would give it 5 stars. It is great for events with large numbers of attendees and the seating feature is a plus.
Pros: I love how easy it is to start an event in the event tab and how you can set up multiple events.
Cons: I would like to see the "add on" options to be made more visible when purchasing a ticket/season passes.

So far so good, the Oveit team is very helpful and the platform is developing in the right direction to service all the needs of a permanent theme park location. Took us a lot longer than expected to implement and use all the available features of the platform.
Pros: - real time update of the tickets in the website - independence from a developer and accessible, any team member can learn to make changes - connecting ticketing with cashless payments for a better analysis of the customer - the team who is willing to adapt the platform to particular clients - rapid response of the oveit team in case of issues
Cons: - there is an unexpected high learning curve for the personnel using the platform

A very swift experience, quick support & very useful platform.
Pros: It is a very useful platform that simplifies a lot the ticketing actions and registration process for our business event. It is swift and easy to use for everyone, even without technical knowledge. The features we needed and didn't existed at some point were quickly developed and implemented.

Pros: * automatic registration of participants * automatic issuance of invoices
Cons: * I have to download and merge 2 different types of reports in order to have in the same place all the information related to participants (personal details & payment details) * that error of the payment which was not notified in any way! The participant paid ticket fee, the platform didn't record the participant and did not issued the invoice so we were in a difficult situation in front of our participant
