Pros: I like the ease of functionality and ability to learn new things within the system. [sensitive content hidden] , our account manager, is always so helpful in walking me through capabilities I may need for an upcoming event.
Cons: I wish there was a way to take paid transactions for events. It's a great platform and I wish it could expand past just RSVP for events.

It’s been a very positive experience overall.
Pros: I really enjoyed how customisable and intuitive the features and I have been pleased with the level of customer support during the onboarding and as of needed.

Cons: I don’t have any real complaints. If I had to nitpick, I’d say it was a little difficult to get a hang of on the front end, but I anticipate that from anything I’m new at.

Overall zkipster has made our life soooooo much easier and I love the platform. There are just a few updates I wish you’d make.
Pros: Creating forms for guests to fill out and having automated confirmations sent are two things I like most.
Cons: I wish you could customize forms more, even just simple text/color options and I always have issues when it comes to couples. Often the salutation is Dear x and y but there isn’t a way to do it unless you add both names to the first name field.

It has generally been pretty good! We've been able to make fairly customizable RSVP forms.
Pros: The support team is very responsive and open to receiving feedback. They are quick to address bugs and keep us up to date on progress.
Cons: I don't always find the formatting to be intuitive and there are definitely some weird formatting of text happening. A tiny bit of a learning curve there.

Zkipster has improved our overall guest communication, check-in, and seating process. As a small organization with limited staff bandwidth, it is a critical part of our annual engagement.
Pros: Great for guest management - especially seated dinners!

I think Zkipster is really simple to use. I wish though that you didn't have to upload different list for different groups of people and that you could upload one list and have it designate the different groups based on your affiliation.
Pros: I love how user friendly it is and that you can access it anywhere on your phone. I also love that multiple people can work on it at the same time and it's easy to train staff on.
Cons: The fact that you can't do large theater seating by dragging and dropping. I wish Zkipster would also upload existing theaters that many groups use into their system instead of having to build theaters as a user.

we use it for fan check in almost daily and it makes the process very quick! only have had issues with the QR code for the waivers

I appreciate zkipster as an event-promotion and management tool. Their support team is helpful when I need to navigate a quirky invitation element or I just need to adapt to an evolution of the user interface.
Pros: I like the professional appearance of our invitations and the "add to calendar" functions.
Cons: We occasionally experience issues with Zkipster messages landing in "unfocused" inboxes or spam/junk folders.

Overall, Zkipster has been a helpful platform. The chat team is always readily available and helpful whenever there are issues, or questions.
Pros: Ease and accuracy of being able to send outreach and track RSVPs.
Cons: You have to start invitations from scratch each time, with there was a template feature in which you could create a general template to reuse.

I think it works well, it has been very helpful, is useful to be able to use the platform in at least two devices, I appreciate that is very user-friendly -no brain breaker to use it. And also it is quite clean app.
Pros: That I can use it on my phone and is very intuitive.
Cons: Well.. it left me hanging a few times in a few events recently ... it seems that you cannot use the app in different devices at the same time .. I had to be logged in 3 ipads (that were all mine) but were set in different places physically and this did not work, so I had to be running around the place.. Also, while using it on the computer the app does not work as fast -- and you cannot filter the search as much as it'd be useful - for example know how many people from one same company have arrived or check -in .. you have to count them manually.

But for a few hiccups, it's intuitive and easy to use!
Pros: Was able to start using it to send invitations to events with a minimum of practice/training. I like how easy it is to import/export guest list information and to capture information about dietary/access reqs. Also the check-in feature is very easy to use, and makes greeting people very smooth with a minimum of fuss/button pressing. Our account syncs up really well between devices which means during busy events it's easy to keep track of who has arrived and how many etc. I like that you can search guests by their name/surname or email, makes it very easy to use alongside our other databases.
Cons: A couple of (hopefully) helpful suggestions: It's not always that easy to paste copy into text box when making a communication, and sometimes it's difficult to change the font. It would also be great if there were more fonts available, particularly Aptos, to be more compatible with Word or other programmes. Also I think earlier in the year the functionality of the test email changed, so that any form confirmations would actually be sent to the test user even if the email used was not theirs. This led to some of our donors receiving 'sorry you're not able to join us' emails prior to receiving the invitation to the event. It would have been nice to have been notified in advance that this change would take effect - there was a notification on the site but only after this had taken place. And actually, it would be great if we could test the functionality of form responses without an email being sent out, as before. Thanks!

Really good so far, they have an amazing customer support team who is always keen to help. The platform itself gets easier to understand after a while.
Pros: The ability to easily organise dinners and share dietary requirements with the venue

Great - but to expensive, specially for agency usage.
Pros: It is super easy to use and has a nice interface. The seating tool is incredibly easy to use and great!
Cons: I think the subscription (monthly and yearly) is way too high. As an event agency you can't estimate how many events you will host in a year where you need zkipster, as the planning becomes more and more short notice. I would appreciate a "agency" friendly solution with reduced prices.

I have mainly utilised zkipster to complete the task of allocating seating for restaurant diners to a custom seating plan. Dining bookings come with stadium seating for events and being able to efficiently allocate seating accurately and meeting any requirements has made my life much easier!
Pros: The handy features that shave valuable time off of completing tasks such as seating, creating custom floor plans, exporting guest lists.
Cons: A bit of clunkiness with the seating plans. It's not quite designed for stadium/rowed theatre seating.

Good. If invitations are more technical then needs a graphic designer or needs more knowledge of how to create them. Basic invitations are perfect though.
Pros: User friendly. Quick set up. Seating plan is great and relationships are a good addition. Multiple floorplans are a great addition too.
Cons: Check in fields need to automatically fill in info. I need to do it myself in each profile. Long procedure.

The software itself is brilliant, but the people is what makes it instrumental for me and my firm. The concept of being an events person means you love to engage with people. The folks at zkipster are always there to guide and help me. They truly are the best. Nothing is more painful than launching a software and having no one to rely on as a resource. They are there every single step of the way within minutes to help me.
Pros: I onboarded zkipster to my new firm. It is a life saver for automating event campaigns and tracking capabilities. I cannot imagine hosting an event without it.
Cons: I would love to have zkipster integrate a CRM add on. This will help us build out our rolodex of VIP clients and easily pull the relevant data.
