Overall, the system is very user-friendly, practical, and efficient. It helps streamline communication with large retail partners and makes warehouse operations much smoother. For companies that work with multiple retailers and EDI requirements, SBSA Technology is a very convenient solution.
Pros: As a new employee at Miles Lubricants, I had to quickly learn how our order processing and EDI system works with major retailers like Walmart, Home Depot, Tractor Supply, Amazon, Northern Tool & Equipment, Grainger, and Zoro. We are also currently in the process of implementing Ace Hardware. One of the tools we rely on heavily is SBSA Technology, and I have been pleasantly surprised by how easy it is to use. The platform makes it very simple to manage EDI transactions with multiple retailers in one place. Orders come in clearly, and the workflow for processing them is straightforward even for someone new to the system. One feature that stands out is the warehouse module. It allows us to generate shipping labels and required documents in bulk, which saves a lot of time when preparing shipments for different retailers. Instead of handling documents individually, everything can be processed quickly and efficiently.

This is the second time, I'm leaving a review for SBSA Technology. This is a very impressive team. We had an issue with one of the retailers and the accounting record keeping. I spoke to my account manager and regardless the complex problem the issue was resolved pretty quick.

In our experience, SBSA Technology has been a great asset. Their ability to integrate different systems and prevent human error has been impressive. Since we started using SBSA over a year ago, our business has expanded and we have been sending a lot of data, including invoices, shipping paperwork, and other types of documents. We were in awe at how easily SBSA was able to adjust to that and make the necessary improvements. We made the right decision of choosing SBSA Technology.

Pros: As we were searching for the best EDI solution that qualifies what we are looking. We came across SBSA Technology which at that time, for us, it's a "too good to be true" impression. Part of the demo was where they showed us the system that compiles all of the sales orders onto a single, easy-to-use screen. It automatically replies to your partners with order acknowledgments, tracking data, invoices, and any other essential papers. At present, we have no problem with SBSA Technology EDI at all. It lives up to its expectation.
Cons: We are satisfied with their service. We have nothing to complain.

Pros: We were a starting company and we were looking for a less expensive EDI provider with a high-end capabilities. After almost a month of research, we bumped into SBSA Technology. It took a little time to gain our trust with them because of their warm and knowledgeable approach during the demo. Everybody on their team was involved and took their roles seriously. We were quite pleased that they could offer a solution that satisfied our needs and was acceptable to both our clients and trading partners. What's really fascinating about SBSA Technology is that they have the capability to adjust to the constant change of the supply chain without having to worry about staying in compliance with rules and regulations. It is a fact that by cutting labor expenditures and switching to less expensive monthly fees, we were able to save money. Everything is seamless, with better communication and less human error with SBSA. This helped us maintain the trust and relationship with our partners.

Pros: As a business that regularly sends orders across the nation and occasionally abroad. For every shipment we handle, we use a special set of numbers or the SSCC. This allows us to quickly determine the contents of each package. We are now able to generate the SSCC automatically and are certain that every shipment contains the right information. We are able to track down the shipments in real time, This gave us an advantage as we can now provide even more accurate and timely information to our trading partners.
Cons: Business is constantly updating and improving their platform.

Pros: I have been very impressed with SBSA Technology EDI software that my customer opted to use. I was told they started using SBSA Technology not too long ago. As a bookkeeper for quite some time now I've encountered numerous alike services but nothing is impressive as SBSA. I’m able to see how my customer accounts receivable is accurate to the point. All of the invoices have been processed correctly with the retailers like Walmart, Amazon, Costco, BJs, etc. It reduces my time to file claims and reflect the payments. Additionally, their monitoring and reporting capabilities and tools are well designed, you'll be able to access and have a view of the invoices or data being transferred in real time. I could save up some time as I don't have to re-enter information on repeat. It's very efficient, flexible and very easy to use.
Cons: None. So far I have not heard any complaints from my clients about the software. It is working as its intended.

Excellent.
Pros: Honestly, how little I had to worry about. From the very first call they took care of everything, followed up with our clients, solved issues that arose and were available to me whenever I had a question. It's exactly what I had hoped for in EDI integrations.
Cons: No issues at all so far. Anything that has come up has been addressed and resolved in a professional manner.

Pros: We have found SBSA to be a great drop shipping tool. One of the standout features is their powerful, yet easy-to-use tool for managing dropship orders.
