Kechie

Pros: Kechie performed reliably with minimal issues throughout our time using it. The software offered solid features and good value for managing our ERP needs. When we did encounter any problems, the MOA support team was very responsive and resolved things quickly. The overall level of service and partnership was excellent.

Cons: There was very little to dislike about Kechie. The occasional minor issues we encountered were handled promptly by the support team, so nothing stood out as a significant drawback during our time using the software.

Pros: I liked the fact the fact that it was easy to navigate as well as easy to learn how to use kechie, was really helpful to us in our warehouse inventory.

Cons: I didn't like that in the event there's was an issue we had to submit trouble tickets and usually it took awhile to get it fixed as well as sometimes having issues accessing the site.

Pros: The customer service team for trouble tickets and trouble shooting was responsive and helpful. Particularly [sensitive content hidden].

Cons: Customizability for user errors. Some mistakes may be made and couldn't be altered. Records are locked for security reasons which is great but adding a feature that maybe requires records being changed/updated to be approved by a secondary (admin) user.

Pros: Kechie helped us a great deal with operations Kechie has been a life saver for us. It has real time visibility and audit traceability on everything, so we know who move what and when. Before, we’d lose items and had a hard time locating items. Kechie has also heled organize events and everything going to the events from consumables to equipment. We use the CRM to maintain our communications with our clients and any special requirements. It has been very user friendly and the team was great in training. Reporting is also very easy and helps with grant application. Overall a great system.

Cons: Cons: Budgeting is not offered, but they are working on launching it soon.

Pros: It's fast and responsive, the UI is intuitive, it's reliable.

Cons: The software could look more beautiful, but this is a small complaint. The current level of beauty does not detract from functionality.

Pros: Ease of use. ALL the reports are wonderful

Cons: Wish i could move some of the modules around. Like Sales order and Sales shipping should be in the same module i believe. Same with Purchase Orders

Pros: Basic instructions and how to use it those are awesome and explaining everything making sure that we were all OK with the steps.

Cons: I would’ve liked a in person training instead of on zoom it’s more personable that way for me.

Pros: Very straight forward system that is similar to other inventory systems and allows users familiar with digital inventory systems to adapt quickly.

Cons: It is somewhat difficult to distinguish when you are viewing a different sub-menu within a module. For non-tech savvy users, it is not easy to navigate each sub-menu as there is no clear indication that there are different "view" and "activity" items in each sub menu. I would also recommend adding a "Favorites" option to allow users to save their most frequently used modules and access them quickly.

Pros: Our non-profit organization stepped up to aid to the Migrant crisis in Chicago. We opened a Donation Center in a warehouse that was completely bare. We had no clue how we'd manage the influx of donations and purchases together. After looking for an inventory system that will help us maintain integrity, accuracy, orders, inventory and logistics we heard about Kechie. Not only did Kechie help set us up for success, but the team has been amazing! They have been with us from the beginning of the process, until we went live. We cannot have been more pleased. We are the first Donation Center in the City to have an Inventory Management system that maintains the data and integrity and we owe it to Kechie. We even have a new scanning system that helps keep everything organized and in its place. We are so thankful for a system and team like Kechie.

Cons: Kechie did not have tutorial videos for training, this would be helpful for incoming staff that needs to be trained. Kechie does have PDF step by step. Kechie is not compatible with some Mac's, so we did have to purchase tablets with windows.

Pros: Ease of use and lots of automation. Integrated accounting and financial reports.

Cons: The implementation can be tedious however their support was very helpful and accommodating.

Pros: We love how thorough it is - it's got many bells and whistles. And the helpful staff was very clutch in getting us set-up.

Cons: It took a little longer to get set-up on our end and at times felt like there were too many bells and whistles.

Pros: We've been using Kechie's Sales and CRM module for a while, which has significantly improved our deal closures and partner activations. Having access to comprehensive information, including conversations, contracts, and historical data, has proven invaluable. The system is user-friendly, accommodating even our less tech-savvy team members. The ease of use and a noticeable increase in sales revenue confirm that investing in this system is entirely worthwhile.

Cons: We encountered some problems during the initial implementation, but the customer service team was responsive and quickly helped us resolve the issues.

Pros: - Working with Kechie has been excellent, offering tailored solutions for our expanding business and user-friendly software accessibility. - The standout quality of Kechie is its seamless integration with our operational framework, ensuring continuity in our business processes. I strongly endorse Kechie for any enterprise in search of an intuitive MRP/ERP system. -Kechie delivers substantial cost savings alongside the ability to fulfill our company's requirements effectively. The customer service provided by Kechie is exceptional at every level of interaction.

Cons: I haven't come across any areas that I dislike in the software.

Pros: I am a new user and still learning, so far it seems to be user friendly but I have a lot more to learn

Cons: I don't really have any major cons yet, as I am still in the learning phase of all that it has to offer.

Pros: Quickly process orders and find information

Cons: it takes too many steps to get to some screens

Pros: The Customer Service. We are a combination of businesses- retail, e-commerce, wholesale, B2B, and D2C. This means that this ERP system needs to support managing these interfaces.

Cons: Same as the above- at times because we require multiple business platform interfaces we do need to request workarounds. I will say that the team at Kechie is always anxious to support us in resolution.

Pros: Responsiveness of Kechie, esp the development/deployment team Available modules and features

Cons: Nothing, so far. We continue to use the produce.

Pros: Customer support is always quick to respond and help us accomplish what we need.

Cons: It is aesthetically bland and could be more intuitive for finding what you need

Pros: User Friendly, Intuitive, there is no payroll option but this software has upload option, wish they had a payroll option too.

Cons: It would have been good if they had a payroll option.

Pros: The software is easy to navigate, making it effortless to manage our inventory effectively. Moreover, its complete functionality provides all the necessary tools for streamlined inventory management.

Cons: Need some reports customize, other than this I didn't have any issues with the software.

Pros: We use Kechie to automate our customer management, order processing and invoicing. We like the fact that all modules are similar in layout so it is easy to learn, plus it is fully integrated and eliminate manual processes. It is easy to drill into information we need with just one or two clicks so it makes the process very fast. Also, the software is customizable according to our business needs.

Cons: There are some dashboards but more would be nice to have.

Pros: The integration process was hard for our company and took multiple managers to implement. But the Kechie team has been a huge help to answering our questions.

Cons: The BOMs were not flexible and took a process to tailor the program to our company's needs.

Pros: Flexibility, ease of use & support provided are unmatched. As a non-profit with limited resources this makes huge difference.

Cons: The only thing missing is a user friendly front end user interface. The process for order picking, inventory management, reports, etc is very straight forward but still requires some level of training or "getting used to". It would be great if we had a customizable dashboard to give stakeholders a quick view of our warehouse without getting into individual reports and such.
