Our business quickly and successfully made the transition to Cetec. Team was great and costs were controlled. Employees enjoy using it.
Pros: Covered most of features of our contract pcba business. Great value for money. Personalized service.
Cons: Hard to find the function of some features. Minor issue of features breaking on new versions but they are always addressed

I have over 30 years experience with ERP systems and six months with Cetec. Hi-Tek has been using Cetec for 18 months we are still in the process of implementing the software.
Pros: The document management process is outstanding. It is simple to upload documents and attach them to the correct record. It eliminates the need for paper files and storing PDF’s on a server. The relevant documents are right at your fingertips and they are easily accessible by other members of your team who have the necessary security access.
Cons: The weakest link in Cetec is the financial reporting because it is incomplete. The reports it generates are accurate they are lacking in format, relevance, flexibility and number of options. They are so bad that they need to be exported into excel to get standard finance reports.

Overall, it has significantly improved traceability and process control, but it takes time and training to fully realize its potential.
Pros: One of the biggest advantages of the Cetec ERP is its ability to centralize all operational and quality functions into one live, traceable system. I especially appreciate that it ties together quoting, contract review, travelers, inspection data, document control, NCRs, and PPAP/FAI activity without having to rely on separate spreadsheets or disconnected software. Everything is timestamped, revision-controlled, and fully traceable, which is critical for an AS9100 and MIL-PRF-31032 environment. The real-time visibility helps prevent mistakes before they happen instead of having to fix them afterward. It is powerful, scalable, and has already proven to help tighten process discipline across departments.
Cons: The learning curve is steep and some workflows feel overly click-heavy, which can slow users down until they are fully familiar with the system.

Its been okay.... like i explained i wish the verbiage was more user friendly and staff was more helpful for newer users
Pros: The vouchering and invoices are simple.... the erpalooza is geared for more seasoned users it would be nice to have a class for beginners
Cons: The disconnect between your launguage in the software vs what businesses actually use for the the ease of doing business

I am pleased with their willingness to assist with our daily challenges. I appreciate that Cetec is open and actively improving each and every day.
Pros: I really like the ability to be able to integrate with other companies who can improve our day to day operations.
Cons: Having many multiple ways to step through the same processes. This had made it slightly challenging to create clear and defined steps that are readily teachable to the staff.

It runs the business and does a great job. I like the support and the routine training conferences.
Pros: Collaboration with fellow users. Time with developers to bat aroubd bew ideas. Good support. Good reporting.
Cons: Need more lunch options. I like that we for all of the slides ahead of time so that we can review courses prior to attending.

So far, so good. Responsive tech support, specially if you are in standard support. We've been in CETEC for about 3 years
Pros: Cost of licenses is acceptable. Tech support is pretty good, even in the community forum. In-premise implementación
Cons: Sometimes you need to go to the old version when the new version does not work. It's a little bit annoying.
Cesar A. · Information and Data Services Manager · Airlines/Aviation · October 21, 2025
Pros: I like that there are so many different parts of Cetec. I’ve used a lot of it but there is still so much more that I have not even come close to using everything available
Cons: With there being so much, it’s easy to get lost in the site. And it’s hard to navigate sometimes when you haven’t ised everything.

It has been a positive and influential relationship that has helped me learn my industry and new things about my industry.
Pros: The ease of use is what makes this ERP stand apart. It is fast, simple and yet fully comprehensive!!
Cons: The QBO integration is complicated to set up, but once configured it works very well and helpful for our team.

They listen and make changes. The software is easy to navigate and has the lowest learning curve in seen in erp. There’s always something I’m going to want to change in the erp system. The regular updates make that more of a reality for us.
Pros: Open apis are beyond handy. The integrations feel completely native. The attitude towards iteration and improvement is unmatched in the ERP scene.
Cons: Ok, so the service tickets. They work, but it’s not ideal. Don’t get me wrong, they’re quick to answer and helpful, but I just don’t like it.

My overall experience with Ceteck ERP has been very good.
Pros: Ease of use and tracking. The transition to Cetec ERP went smooth.
Cons: There are some features that I wish it had, when running invoice reports I can't pull the part number and qty listed. I feel like there are features that we are not aware that could support ease of use.
Kerri T. · Executive Assistant · Warehousing · May 15, 2023
Cetec has been very useful in our company. It is easy to read and understand reports for financials, help keep everyone informed.
Pros: Easy to understand features. How to videos help learn Cetec applications quickly.
Cons: Some purchasing features missing from Entering a Purchase Order and Invoicing options on partial orders.
Johanna H. · Administrator · Defense & Space · May 9, 2023
Overall quite positive. Anytime there is something I cannot figure out I reach out to the support team and they respond within minutes most times.
Pros: I love that everything links together and how well the traceability works. I appreciate that everything gets a document tab to upload to. Makes organization that much easier, and that much easier to access.
Cons: Sometimes the math is weird when using landed cost. So typically when receiving something it can break the cost down to something like 0.0000001$ per unit... but when it does landed cost it only goes to 0.01$. This can really throw off the numbers when the purchase order gets received.
Bryan B. · Supply Chain Manager · Environmental Services · May 9, 2023
Pros: Ease of use and relationship with developers.
Cons: Still young and developing as an ERP system that was recently released.
My N. · IT Manager · Medical Devices · April 3, 2023
Pros: Cetec is very easy to use and teach a new user on. We use it from quoting, to inventory management, to invoicing, and paying our vendors. It is our system from point A to Z. We have been using it since end of 2015, and we have no reason to switch to any system.
Cons: Only con is sometimes when an update comes out, there will be some very minor glitches, but its rectified quickly. None of these issues cause us to not be able to work throughout the day.
Rj N. · Engineering Manager · Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing · April 3, 2023
Our experience continues to be very positive primarily due to all the support we had before, during & after the conversion. We still are in the learning stage & the patience & guidance we receive has eliminated the frustrations of starting all over with a new operating system.
Pros: Incredible amount of data is available, merely click to obtain all relevant data sorted by any date range, by customer, order etc. Great for Customer Service & Management has a customized Dashboard to view a snapshot of the business on a daily basis. The response time for support is always prompt. User Roles can be defined based on function and authorization. This software has streamlined our entire order process & in doing so has made us much more efficient.
Cons: Being in distribution we are still in the process of learning & adapting the software to fit all our needs. But we are confident it will all happen.
Fran D. · Vice President Operations · Industrial Automation · January 23, 2020
With this ERP system, we have better inventory usage features which helps us keep a better accurate inventory count. The general flow that the system provides makes order processing more efficient. There is no worry about having to integrate between two systems to share the date from general business processes to the financials. We can now give access to our Sales Reps out in the field to view and/or create quotes, customer accounts, and inventory.
Pros: Flexibility of Roles: Accessibility is very important. With Cetec ERP, we are able to create our own roles to grant specific access to certain user while denying it from others. This really helps by protecting information from being manipulated by users who do not carry that permission. Usage Logs: In the Medical Device Industry, having traceability is key. With this log, the Admin can review any user to see all their activity (viewing, updating, deleting, creating, etc.) User-Friendly: Ease of Use throughout the system so you do not click hopelessly throughout. Organization: Better organization means more restrictions for all processes, which improves accuracy and enforces following of the processes.
Cons: Default Roles: Default access should be visible for easier assigning of roles and to be able to customize roles with ease. Default Reports: These reports are easy to use and have minimal customizing functions but they are just a little shy of the customizing functions that would help the company, without having to purchase the separate module for customizing reports which they provide as an add-on. Time-Consuming: With more restrictions you set the more time consuming it is to be waiting on the person who does have access.

CETEC IS A COMPREHENSIVE AND ROBUST SOFTWARE THAT MEETS THE NEEDS EDGE TO EDGE FROM CREATING QUOTES / PROCUREMENT / ORDER MANAGEMENT / PARTS MANAGEMENT / PRODUCTION / ACCOUNTING,, TRACEABILITY AND MORE. CETEC HAS ALSO BEEN WORKING WITH PARTNERS TO OFFER ENHANCED FEATURES SUCH AS EXPEDITING PROCUREMENT EFFORTS USING CALCUQUOTE. WE ARE VERY HAPPY TO UTILIZE CETEC AND TO WORK WITH A VERY CUSTOMER CENTRIC COMPANY.
Pros: HANDS DOWN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM. THEY ARE VERY RESPONSIVE AND VERY HELPFUL IN ANSWERING YOUR QUESTIONS. THEY OFFER OPTIONS AND HOW-TO'S SO THAT YOU CAN CONTINUE TO LEARN HOW THE SOFTWARE CAN WORK TO MEET YOUR NEEDS. 2ND TO THAT, THIS SOFTWARE IS EXCELLENT AT PROVIDING THE TRACEABILITY WE NEED AS WE ARE AN ITAR COMPLIANT ORGANIZATION.
Cons: I WOULD SAVE TIME IF ABLE TO ENTER 1 PIECE OF INFORMATION (SUCH AS A LEAD TIME) THAT CAN BE APPLIED TO MULTIPLE LINES OF AN ORDER ALL AT ONCE VS HAVING TO ENTER THE SAME INFORMATION LINE BY LINE.

For ERP needs, this is for you.
Pros: Upon using this software, it made ordering and shipping out products very smoothly. It indeed met our expectations. Customer support is great too.
Cons: The software tends to become slow at times and somewhat very difficult to use at times.

Cons: -Slow operation/functioning. -Difficult to self learn.

Pros: This is a great tool for inventory monitoring and management. It gives you a simple overview of all raw materials and assemblies.
Cons: While this is a great inventory management system, it has a lot of ways to customize your experience for your company, but no documentation on how to customize it. You have to ask very specific questions through their support feature to make any headway.
Anonymous User · Production Supervisor · May 1, 2018
Pros: Architecture is good Modules are straight to the art Ease of usr agile approach of every approach
Cons: Some vague things come to the reporting end and overall product is needed to get updated by the requiremenst of future.
Farman A. · CEO · Information Technology and Services · April 24, 2018
Pros: The cost is very transparent. From the day one we knew how much the implementation will cost us. For some reason all other providers were struggling to provide us with a quote at the time of selecting software. The system design suites our needs and allows us to see our production at every step. Especially we liked the "Outsource PO" button, that allowed us to send PO to our contract manufacturer seamlessly.
Cons: The only con is not intuitive design of ERP. We felt that everyone is used to the menu on the left and every item launched with one click. CETEC has a menu located at the top of the page and selection is close to a website architecture.

I am president of small company and I wanted to see my company to become an enterprise. I found Cetec ERP met my requirement. I believe that this is a really good software with a lot of restrictions.T
Pros: Covers all the aspect of a business but with limitation. CRM is there but not even extent of Zoho CRM.
Cons: A lot of restrictions. There are a lots to name. 1. CRM does not cover all the aspects. 2. Training material not available if available then it is very generic 3. No space for trial 4. Admin help not there.
Loveleet G. · President · Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing · October 9, 2017
Pros: Fast; easy to search; able to upload documents; able to see history / orders easily; ease of contact to customers through system (email acknowledgements, invoices, etc.)
Cons: Missing a few features that should be standard for production (stock in multiple Revisions, ECO for stock items, etc.)
